Your first subscription must be submitted with a new app version
I have been submitting the app multiple times and I keep getting rejected for: Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness Specifically, the in-app purchase is not available and the app is unresponsive when we tap the Upgrade button. I feel like I am stuck in a circle since it is showing me the pricing is unavailalbe on my subscription page. I have checked and it is wired correctly and works in the google play store. The issue is that my subriptions are not approved yet. But I can't get my subscriptions approved without the app being approved for the first time. So the Upgrade button cannot work, since the subscriptions are not approved, and they can't be approved without the app being approved. I can't test it in the sandbox, since the application is not approved. Anyone know what to do with this issue?

I have tested the wiring and it works, the issue is that the subscriptions are not approved because: "Your first subscription must be submitted with a new app version. Create your subscription, then select it from the app’s In-App Purchases and Subscriptions section on the version page before submitting the version to App Review." So I can't get the subscriptions approved without the app approved, but I can't get the app approved without the update option to work. I seem to be stuck in a loop. Please assist.

The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.
Hello, I have an internal TestFlight build for my app PewPewApp (Apple ID 6760741808). The build is processed, assigned to an internal group, and the tester invitation is accepted. The build status shows Ready to Test / Testing in App Store Connect. However, installation from TestFlight fails with: “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.” Could you please check whether there is an account-level or backend TestFlight distribution issue affecting this app/build? Thank you.

Could not resolve host: static.rust-lang.org
This happens way too often (see the image below). Especially today. Looking for TestFlight feedback on Steady, an app for impulse interruption
Hi everyone, I’m testing an iPhone app called Steady through TestFlight and would love honest feedback. Steady is built for the moment right before someone acts on an urge they may regret. The core idea is to create a short pause before action, then let the user log what happened so they can spot patterns over time. Use cases could be things like sending a text you shouldn’t, reacting too fast, opening something you wanted to avoid, or other impulsive moments. I’m mainly looking for feedback on three things: Does the concept feel useful in real life? Is the flow clear or confusing? What feels unnecessary or missing? App Store doesn't display English among available languages for my new app
I published several apps in the past that display the correct languages in the App Store, but my newest app, which has English as the default development language in Xcode, displays all languages set in Xcode except English. My other projects seem to be set up in the exact same way, except they display correctly. What could be the issue? I am working on an application where I want to add InApp Purchase. The application is offering storage to users. The user will be presented with different level of storage. He will be able to buy one level of storage through InApp Purchase. Is it possible to add some restrictions in the Product so that a user can not downgrade from a large Storage to a smaller storage? Because if he does so, then all the datas in the large storage can not be migrated to the smaller storage.

I am submitting an app to the App Store and want to understand the best way to handle keywords that include special characters. If a keyword has accents like coração and users may search for coracao without accents, should I include both versions or rely on Apple to match them automatically?

App stuck in “Waiting for Review” for more than 30 days
Hello everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with the review process for my app on App Store Connect. My app has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” for over 30 days, and the review process has not started yet. Initially, I submitted the build on February 9, but the status remained “Waiting for Review” for a long time and never moved to “In Review.” Because of this, I canceled the submission and resubmitted the build on February 17. However, even after resubmitting, the app is still stuck in “Waiting for Review.” I also submitted a request for an expedited review, but unfortunately I have not received any response regarding that request either. Since the app status is still “Waiting for Review,” the Resolution Center option is not available yet, so I cannot contact the App Review team directly from there. I also attempted to contact Apple Developer Support but have not received a response yet. Has anyone experienced a similar situation where the app remained in “Waiting for Review” for this long? Any guidance or suggestions on how to move the review process forward would be greatly appreciated. Cannot Sell App in Apple Store connect distribution
I am distributing my project as Apple Business Manager, but App Availability gives a Cannot Sell warning in my distribution country and I cannot show my application. My country is Türkiye. Why am I having such a distribution problem? Please I would like detailed information on this subject. Is this a software issue or an issue with my application? My application is currently in 1.0.1 Ready for Sale status and I am trying to distribute my application as Private — Available as a custom app on Apple Business Manager.

Duplicate Charges on iOS 26.4 Beta - Refund Request Denied
I am currently running iOS 26.4 Beta and have encountered a critical issue with the in-app purchase system. Due to a system malfunction in this beta version, I was charged multiple times for the same purchase. I have already submitted a formal refund request through the official channels; however, the request was rejected/not processed. Has anyone else experienced similar billing issues on this specific beta build? Any advice on how to escalate this, given that the standard refund process has failed?

App availablitiy issue in New Zeland
Hello, help needed! I released an app to all 175 countries on March 5, 2026. However one of my testers notified me, that the app isn't shows up while being searched in New Zealand. I validated the issue. The US App Store link works: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/heartble-heart-rate-bluetooth/id6758879454 However, if I switch to New Zealand (in the footer on that web page) it navigates me to App Store home. Search results doesn't contain HeartBLE app: https://apps.apple.com/nz/iphone/search?term=HeartBLE Please, help! Should I create a feedback? Or maybe I missing something in the ASC setup?

Unable to Add Internal Groups to TestFlight Builds / Cannot distribute
In App Store Connect I've uploaded a new build about 11 hours ago and but I'm unable to distribute the App to my tester groups - including internal. The internal group is grayed out. I am able to Select an External group but they actually do not receive any email notification nor do they see any update within their TestFlight App. I've attempted to upload the build a few times, including old builds which had been distributed in the past to no avail. I'm not able to distribute to any tester group, please advise.

Three Apps Stuck in “Waiting for Review” for Over a Month – No Responses Received
Hello, I am trying to understand what is happening with my submissions because the situation has become very unusual. I currently have three applications in the App Store review queue: • Healthoria – submitted Feb 5, 7:01 PM • OrbitGoals – submitted Feb 17, 4:11 PM • Memochron – submitted Mar 10 All three of them are still in “Waiting for Review.” The first submission has now been waiting for over a month. During this time I have sent support emails and submitted an expedited review request, but I have not received any response or update. What makes this situation more confusing is that most developers report review times of 2–3 days. Seeing my apps remain in the queue for weeks without any communication makes it difficult to understand whether there is a technical issue, an account-related delay, or something else affecting the process. I completely understand that review times can vary, but having three separate apps all stuck in the same stage for this long seems highly unusual. Significantly Delayed App Review
Hi all, Like others my app submission has been stuck in “waiting for review” for weeks. I know initial app reviews take longer than updates, but this has been delayed far too long and makes me concerned about repeating the process in the future. I submitted this app for review back on Feb 10. It was initially rejected for a minor issue, which I resolved and resubmitted the same day. After that, the build remained in “Waiting for Review” for about two weeks with no further communication. At that point I canceled the submission and resubmitted the build, thinking it may have been stuck in the queue (I now know not to do this next time). Unfortunately the new submission has also been waiting for review for another 9 days now with no messages or updates. I’ve contacted app review support as well (case ID- 102826632729). I understand review times can vary, but delays like this make it difficult for developers to plan launches or push updates when the review process is the only path to distributing apps. As paying members of the Apple Developer Program, we rely heavily on this pipeline functioning reliably. Hoping this post will reach someone from Apple who can help move the process along. If any other devs have suggestions/tips that have worked for them, please share so others in this position can become unblocked. Thanks in advance.

Delete the published App Clip link
My app has been released, and there is an "App Clip" link available in the advanced experience. Could someone please tell me if there is a way for me to modify or delete this link? (I'm not looking to deactivate the link; I just want to remove it so that other apps can use it.) If I remove the already published APP, can I also delete this link?

Delete the published App Clip link
My app has been released, and there is an "App Clip" link available in the advanced experience. Could someone please tell me if there is a way for me to modify or delete this link?
