Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. My enrollment request (H9V8P25F67) has been accepted, but now I'm getting a Sign In error in App Store Connect
The epic saga of registering an Apple Developer Account for my company seems to have been successfully resolved. The full story can be read here My account has been approved, I've paid the membership fee, and everything appears to be in order. Huge thanks to everyone, especially the Apple staff members who didn't stay indifferent and went out of their way to help. Current status: My developer account is active. I can sign in to https://developer.apple.com/account and see that everything looks fine - there are no pending actions on my side (no agreements to sign, etc.), and the account appears completely normal. However, when I try to sign in to App Store Connect, I get the following error: To access App Store Connect, you must be an individual or team member in the Apple Developer Program, or invited by an individual to access their content in App Store Connect. (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login?errorKey=ITC.signin.error.invalidUser.asc) I'm attaching a screenshot. What I've already tried: Clearing browser cache, trying different browsers and devices, and waiting for some time — none of this helped. On May 9, I submitted a support request (Case ID: 20000112974233), but I still haven't received a response. My guess is that my account may have exhausted its Apple Developer Support request limit, since during the original issue I sent dozens of messages and may have used up my quota. This is just a hypothesis, but if I'm right, I would be very grateful if my ability to receive Apple Developer Support could be restored. Thank you in advance. For reference: similar case: I also did some research and found that another forum user had the same issue, which was resolved through Apple Developer Support (hopefully this helps point in the right direction): https://discussions.apple.com/thread/255265181 Thanks in advance for any help!

Apple Developer Support, please respond! I need your help
(Note: I don't need DTS support. This is not a DTS issue, and the standard responses aren't relevant to the situation. I would ask that DTS not respond in lieu of the developer support official) Yesterday, a poster in this forum wrote about his experience waiting several months to get approved to have his apps notarized. He had hit the "status code 7000; Team ID not configured for notarization" block. An Apple Developer Support account responded to him saying they would help the poster. After a month of waiting and praying for Developer Support to approve my Team ID for notarization, and no progress via the official channels, I am rolling the dice that asking Developer Support here will get my account approved or at least moved forward. I just can't wrap my head around why it takes so long to allow a Team ID to submit apps for notarization. My Team ID is V67NRZ84A2, and my support ticket is 102874600970. Spending months and months developing an app, paying the Developer Support annual fee, and then having to sit on your hands for months while your app gathers dust due to the Status Code 7000 bottleneck is very demoralizing. Again, not a DTS issue. The official channels 100% do not work. Developer Support did respond to a poster yesterday, so this is the pathway I'm hoping will lead to my Team ID getting permission to notarize apps. As it stands, no other method is leading to the problem getting resolved.

Issues updating W-9 and bank
After my account was converted to an organizational account, I tried to submit a new W-9, but I get an error: "The Type of Beneficial Owner does not match the individual or company status you previously provided." I had selected "Individual/Sole proprietor", based on my understanding that this is what should be selected on the W-9 for a single-member LLC. My initial guess as to what's causing the error, is my single-member LLC may have been miscategorized in the migration to an organization account so the intended option doesn't work. As per the official W-9 instructions, a single-member LLC should be categorized as an "Individual/sole proprietor or single-member LLC" on the form for tax purposes, but when I select "Individual/Sole Proprietor" on the "Type of Beneficiary Owner" dropdown on the App Store Connect front-end form for the W-9, which I assume corresponds with the aforementioned option on the true W-9 form that includes "single-member LLC", I get the aforementioned error. I was alternatively informed by Developer Support that the above error may be occurring because I haven't signed the latest Apple Program License Agreement, which I haven't been able to access, which they claimed is because I hadn't provided banking information for my account. So I added my business bank account but a week later the top of the Business section still says "Your banking updates are processing, and you should see the changes in 24 hours. You won't be able to make any additional updates until then." I contacted Apple Developer Support about all of the above and am still waiting for a response. While I wait, I'd like to ask here whether anyone has any ideas as to why the W-9 error is occuring or how long banking changes actually take to process, in case either of these is something I can resolve in the meantime.

Organization Development Account Creation issue
I submitted my paperwork on May 5 to development support to verify my organization and my signing ability for my organization and I have not heard anything back to this day. I know that these things are supposed to only take two business days. So I’ve also emailed and have not heard back. Has anybody ever had these issues before? And is there a way to contact Apple that’s not requesting a phone call I work full-time and cannot receive phone calls while I’m at work so that’s not a feasible option for me. Hopefully somebody will see this from support and respond to my emails and or submission.

Organization Developer Account
I have been attempting to contact development support regarding verification of my organization in my signing ability on behalf of my organization because my account has not been. My initial filing was on May 5 for my new reference number because my first one got declined the developer portal as that it should only take two business days, but it is definitely taking a lot longer than that to verify my business. has anybody had this sort of issue before and is there a phone number to actually contact because the email process also seems to be delayed at this point in time. I work full-time and cannot receive phone calls during the day so putting in a ticket for someone to call me is not feasible. Hopefully somebody from the sports team will see this post and reach out to me and give me a way to contact Apple development support so I can get this finalized.

When apple support doesn't want to suppot.
This is my case. I am based and Canada (Quebec) recently i moved to org. I am small supplier. I don't have revenue. My app is free on app store. I am forced by apple to till my tax GST and RT. My app is completely free and does not use In-App Purchases, subscriptions, or paid downloads. The Paid Applications agreement appears to have been activated accidentally, and App Store Connect is now forcing Quebec tax registration fields that do not apply to my account. I need the Paid Applications agreement removed or reset so I can continue updating my free app. I called and email number of time the support but most of the time no "support" at all most of the time is is turn off/turn on "support". I am not even able to call them I am totally blocked to connect them. Support just send you links and leave you without solutions. I am really desperate and my app is blocked month without update and using services that I paid.

Waiting Over 2 Months for Apple Developer Membership Conversion to Organisation
Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice or shared experiences regarding the Apple Developer Program membership conversion process from an Individual membership to an Organization membership. I submitted my request more than two months ago, but the process still does not appear to have started. Current support cases: Case 102844790649 Case 102884491745 I have followed up multiple times, but several follow-up emails did not receive any response, which has made it difficult to understand the actual status of the request. I have already confirmed that: Two-factor authentication is enabled on my Apple Account My organization has a valid and publicly accessible website I am ready to proceed with the migration However, I still have not received confirmation that the migration has officially begun. I would appreciate advice from anyone who has gone through this process: Is it normal for the Individual → Organization membership conversion to take more than two months? Did you receive confirmation when the migration officially started? Were there any escalation methods that helped move the process forward? Is it safe to continue publishing apps while the migration request is pending? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment
Hi everyone, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, November 4th, 2025. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated. Thanks in advance for your help and feedback! — Martin

Agreements page broken in App Store Connect – Can't accept pending agreement to submit app
Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone has run into this before because it's completely blocking our release. When we try to submit a new version of our app, we get an error saying the Account Holder must accept a pending agreement. The problem is, when the Account Holder logs into App Store Connect, there are no agreements showing up to accept. To make things worse, the Business page is broken — every time we try to open it, it throws an error and won't load at all. This means we can't access the Agreements, Tax, and Banking section through the UI. Things we've already tried: Logging in as the Account Holder (not just an Admin) Trying different browsers and incognito mode Going directly to appstoreconnect.apple.com/agreements/#/ Checking email for any agreement links from Apple Nothing has worked so far. The page just errors out every time. Has anyone experienced this and found a fix? Did you have to go through Apple Support directly to get it resolved? We've already reached out to Apple Support but wanted to check here in case there's a known workaround we're missing. Any help is appreciated!

“Your enrollment could not be completed.” Please review my case
I am very disappointed and frustrated. I applied a developer account two months ago and is getting stuck in somewhere. After two months and many rounds of email and call communications, apple support cannot provide the reason/solution/alternatives how to proceed my application. Background: I applied an apple developer account through developer web in Mar, and received order acknowledging email from apple team. It said that it will take 2 working days for processing. However, two weeks later, it is still no news. Then I created the support ticket by email and wait for two weeks, apple support team recommended me to apply the account through “developer app” instead, then I follow the guideline to apply and encounter the ID image submission error. After few days, when I revisited the developer web and checked the status, it showed “Your enrollment could not be completed.” I tried to send several rounds of email, but got no reply for almost one month, finally, I call developer support several times, and support still cannot provide the reason/solution/alternatives how to proceed my application, they just repeated the fact of “Your enrollment could not be completed.”, although I request to escalate my case to senior technical advisor, it cannot. I am really very disappointed and frustrated. I hope someone here or apple support, please help to review my case and guide me how to proceed my application. My case ID: 102855764543. Thanks a lot.

Enrollment Still Under Review After 3 Months — Case #102821473004 — No Resolution Despite Multiple Follow-Ups
Hello, I am posting here in hopes that someone from the Apple Developer Program team can help escalate or review my case. I initiated my Apple Developer enrollment in February 2026 and submitted all requested information and documentation through the web enrollment process. Since then, my application has remained “under review” for over 3 months despite multiple follow-ups with Apple Developer Support. The latest response I received was: “We checked the status of your enrollment and confirmed that it is still under review. We will let you know as soon as we have an update for you.” Case Number: 102821473004 At this point, I have not been informed of: any missing information any rejected documentation any verification issue or any estimated timeline for resolution This prolonged delay is now significantly affecting development and deployment plans for our applications and business operations. I would appreciate guidance on: Whether this timeline is normal Whether my case can be escalated for manual review If there is any additional action required from my side For context: Enrollment was completed via the web portal All requested information was submitted Multiple support emails have already been exchanged No concrete issue has been communicated to me so far I would sincerely appreciate assistance from anyone who has experienced a similar issue or from Apple staff who may be able to help escalate the matter. Thank you.

Apple Developer Account Terminated
My Apple Developer account was recently terminated, and I received an email stating that the reason was section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. However, I have not changed anything recently in our apps, business model, or developer activity, and I genuinely do not understand the reason behind this termination. I have always tried to follow Apple’s guidelines carefully and act in good faith. This termination has severely impacted my work and users, and I am urgently requesting clarification regarding what exactly triggered this action. If someone from Apple or the App Review / Developer Relations team could please contact me or review the case again, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Developer account
Hi everyone, Hope all are doing well. So I'm facing the issue with my apple developer account registration. I applied before with the duns number I got from apple and it keeps on saying it's a wrong number. Now when I get the new duns I went there to enroll for the developer account it doesn't let me fill the field "Legal Entity Name" and "D-U-N-S® Number" and the other it let me fill and when I click on continue I get this error "We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred." I sent apple an email but still didn't get a response it's been a week so if someone also faced the same issue I will really appreciate a help. Thanks for your time reading this.

My application for organization status is taking a very long time to process.
I submitted the application with my DUNS number on May 8, 2026, and today is already May 11, 2026. After submitting the form, it said the process would take about 1 day, but quite a bit of time has already passed and I still have not received organization status. I also have not received any emails from Apple. Could there possibly be some issue that I am not aware of?

Developer program renewal blocked: "This item is currently not available in your country or region" — phone escalations not returned for 3 weeks
Posting here in hope of getting this in front of someone at Apple who can actually look at our account, since three weeks of phone support has produced no follow-up. Setup: Organizational Apple Developer Program membership, active through 2024 Did not renew in 2024 (no apps shipping that year) Same country/region as every prior successful renewal; nothing has changed on our side Have a completed app ready to ship right now Error: During renewal, the payment page returns: "This item is currently not available in your country/region." Reproduced consistently across browsers, networks, and payment methods. What I've tried: Renewing via the existing org account → same error every attempt. Enrolling a new org Developer account → enrollment is auto-cancelled with the message that our organization already has a membership and we must use the existing one. Phoned Apple Developer Program Support 10+ times over the past three weeks. Every call ends with the agent stating the issue requires senior advisor escalation and that I will be contacted by email. No email has ever arrived. What I need: A path to a senior Developer Program Support advisor who can actually look at our case. Happy to share Team ID and Apple ID through any official channel. If anyone from Apple sees this - our case has been open via phone support for three weeks with zero follow-up. Any pointer would be hugely appreciated.

My enrollment request (H9V8P25F67) has been accepted, but now I'm getting a Sign In error in App Store Connect
