Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Apple Developer Enrollment Stuck — Paid Twice, Still Pending
Hello, I am writing this post because the Apple Developer Program enrollment process is clearly malfunctioning, and I have reached a point where this situation is unacceptable. First payment I initially purchased the Apple Developer Program on December 3rd, 2025 at 16:03 (Turkey time). The payment was fully completed, confirmed by my bank, and I received the official Apple Store receipt. • Order ID: W1557478965 • Amount: 1029 TRY • Status: Completed / Posted Despite this, my account continued to show: • “Purchase your membership” • Enrollment status: Pending • No access to App Store Connect After several days with no response from Apple Support and no activation, I assumed something had gone wrong on Apple’s side. Second payment Because I was completely blocked and received no reply from support or the forums, I made a second payment to rule out any payment failure. • Order ID: W1694587309 • Amount: 1029 TRY • Status: Completed / Posted Current situation At this point: • Two separate payments • Two unique Apple Store order IDs • Zero activation • Zero response from Apple Support • Enrollment still Pending • App Store Connect still inaccessible Support case details: • Apple Support Case ID: 102769533427 • Multiple follow-ups sent • No reply • No action taken This is no longer a delay — this is a system-level failure. I have paid twice for a single Developer Program membership and received nothing in return: no activation, no explanation, and no support. I am formally requesting manual intervention by Apple staff to: 1. Immediately activate my Apple Developer Program membership 2. Investigate and resolve the duplicate payment (refund or clarification) 3. Explain why a paid enrollment can remain blocked with no support response If this forum is monitored by Apple employees, this issue requires urgent escalation. individual to an organization
Hello, it's been 3 weeks now since I started the process of migrating my individual profile to a company profile. However, I still haven't received any information, and despite contacting support multiple times, I haven't received a response. When I log into my profile, all I see is: "We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization. Please note that your membership benefits are temporarily disabled during this time."

Hello, Apple Developer Support Team, I registered for the Apple Developer Program using the Developer app on my iPhone. Payment and identity verification were completed successfully. Nevertheless, the phrase "Complete Your Purchase" still appears when I check in online, and my registration status is listed as Pending. Even though I've already finished the enrollment procedure on my iPhone, the system seems to be requesting me to do it again. I already have opened a case with Case ID: 102844593298 but had no response. Would you kindly check my account and let me know how my registration is going right now? I appreciate your help. Dev Acct membership enrollment limbo
I signed up for membership on Monday March 16th. It took my credit card info and put me in ‘Pending’ state. My cc was charges $99 but when I go back to my account it has a box for me to continue to signup for membership where it asks to charge my account again. I tried using the account support where it asks to with provider a phone number to call me or to send an email. I chose phone. It called me almost immediately but it was already in the middle of explaining options to select. And before I could get to my keypad it said that my time had expired. ‘Good Bye’. I went back to try again and saw a case id assigned. But it would not let me do another callback or email. Instead I got “Error processing your request”. I’ve tried for 3 hours trying to find another channel to get help. They have my money and I dont have membership. can anyone suggest where I go from here?

GST Tax Form Question
I am in the end stages of creating my app and apple is saying I need to include Business number and GST (RT) number - I'm Canadian and not sure how this applies to developers in other countries. Just wondering if any developers from Canada can shed light on this process of getting a GST number, the CRA is saying you can create a GST account/number once your business reaches $30,000 is revenue so its seems different than what Apple is saying to do. This is my first time creating an app and I'm a solo developer.

Apple Business Account Verification Stuck, No Response After Multiple Submissions
Hi everyone, I’m currently trying to set up a business account on the Apple Developer Console, and I’ve run into a really frustrating issue. Last month, I was asked to submit additional documents for verification. I submitted everything as requested and received a confirmation email: “Thank you for providing the documents we requested. We will review them and follow up with you within two business days.” However, weeks passed with no update. About 1–2 weeks ago, I reached out to support again. I was asked to re-submit the same documents, which I did. Once again, I received the same confirmation email stating a response would come within two business days. It’s now been 7 days since that second submission, and still no response. At this point, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or if this is just a delay on Apple’s side. What’s more confusing is that we’ve successfully created developer accounts on other platforms (like Google Play) using the same business information and DUNS number, with verification completed in under 24 hours. Has anyone experienced something similar with Apple Developer business verification? Is there something specific Apple looks for that I might be missing, or is this just a backlog/delay issue? Dear Apple Developer Support, I am writing to formally report an issue I encountered during my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program. I paid the required fee for the enrollment, but the process did not complete successfully. Instead, I was prompted to re-enroll from the beginning. When I attempted to do so, it asked me to make the payment again. Since I already paid, this triggered an error stating, “This is not available in your region.” I would like your urgent assistance to resolve this issue, as I have already completed the payment, but cannot proceed with the enrollment. Please advise on the steps I should take next.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Not Activated After Payment (15 March)
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and completed the $99 payment on 15 March. However, my developer account is still not activated. When I try to sign in to App Store Connect, it still shows that a Developer Account is required. I also contacted support through the developer contact page but have not received any response. The only email I received was the payment invoice. Has anyone experienced this before? How long does activation usually take, and is there anything else I need to do? Thank you.

"Your enrollment could not be completed" — No Explanation Given, Support Unable to Help
I've been unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and am posting here after exhausting the standard support channels. The situation: When I attempt to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, I receive the error: "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." No additional explanation is provided. I have contacted Apple Developer Program Support multiple times by both phone and email. Each time, I was told there is nothing they can do. I asked for escalation and was told escalation is not possible. At no point was I given a specific reason for the rejection. One possible cause I identified on my own is that the name on my developer profile may not match my legal name. My Apple ID at appleid.apple.com shows my correct legal name, but I'm unsure whether my developer profile reflects the same. I have not been able to confirm whether this is actually the issue, because support has not told me what the problem is. What I've verified on my end: Two-factor authentication is enabled A valid major credit card is on the account I am enrolling via the web, not the Developer app I am not using a VPN My Apple ID is email-based, not phone-number-based I am an admin (not Account Holder) on a separate organization's developer account, which should not conflict with an individual enrollment The most frustrating part of this experience is the complete lack of transparency. The error message gives no indication of what's wrong, and support agents either don't have visibility into the cause or aren't authorized to share it. I'm willing to correct whatever the issue is - I just need someone to tell me what it is. If any Apple staff can look into my account, or if anyone in the community has resolved this same error, I would be very grateful for any guidance. Thank you.

Delay migrating membership from Individual to Organization
It's been about two weeks since I provided all the relevant documents needed to migrate my Apple Developer membership from Individual to Organization. So far, the migration is still in progress, and I am getting the following message: "We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization. Please note that your membership benefits are temporarily disabled during this time." I have a scheduled go-live date in two weeks and would like our release to span both Google and Apple. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed if the migration isn't completed in time? Can I create a new account, release under "Individual" and transfer the app to the organization later when it is done? Will this affect the App Store reviews?

Developer account terminated for “feature switching” – need advice on reinstatement
Hey everyone, I’m looking for advice from anyone who’s been through something similar. My Apple Developer account was recently terminated due to what Apple described as “concept or feature switching.” After digging into it more, I believe this happened because I made updates to my app after it was approved without submitting a new version for review. Here’s what I changed: Added a new screen (friends list) that required navigation changes Updated parts of the UI (visual improvements) Added a feature (button that helps users structure a plan) Enabled Google sign-in I did not change payments, subscriptions, or the core purpose of the app. At the time, I didn’t fully understand that these kinds of changes (especially anything affecting navigation or features) need to go through a new App Store submission rather than being updated remotely. I now understand how Apple could see this as bypassing the review process. Since then, I’ve: Stopped all over-the-air/runtime updates Made sure the app matches the last reviewed version Put a plan in place to use proper versioning for all future changes I submitted an appeal, but it was denied and my account has now been terminated. Apple mentioned I can submit a petition for reinstatement. I’d really appreciate any guidance on: Has anyone successfully gotten their account reinstated after something like this? What helped your case? Anything I should emphasize (or avoid) in the reinstatement petition? I’m trying to fully align with the guidelines moving forward and just want to handle this the right way. Apple Business Account Verification Stuck, No Response After Multiple Submissions

I have submitted 2 tickets, haven't heard anything either, as well as called and was told there's nothing I can do. Any tips for next steps? Or anything else I can do?
