Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Signed updated Apple Developer agreement, but App Store Connect still blocks version creation
I’m running into an issue in App Store Connect where I’m being blocked from creating a new app version because it says I need to accept the latest Apple Developer Program License Agreement. However, I already accepted the agreement two days ago. When I go back to the agreements area, it appears that the agreement has been signed ("Issued June 18, 2026. Accepted June 24, 2026."), but the prompt still appears and continues preventing me from creating a new version. I’ve tried refreshing App Store Connect and checking again, but the issue is still happening. Has anyone else run into a delay where App Store Connect takes time to recognize the accepted agreement? Is there anything else I should check, or is this something that requires Apple Support to resolve? Thanks!

Betas not available to all developers?
It's been over 2 weeks and I still don't have the option to download the Mac or iOS 27 betas. All I see is the option for the current public betas for Tahoe and iOS 26. I am a registered developer and thought I would get access to the betas. I've submitted 2 tickets through the feedback assistant and both were closed with the comment "investigation complete - working as designed". I don't know where else to go. Is it true that not every developer gets access to beta software or that developer betas are released in phases? I've never read that anywhere nor heard that once released that beta software isn't available to all developers in the Apple dev program (not the public beta program). Can anyone shed light on this? is this true? Are betas released in phases to developers? At this rate as a developer I will have to wait until the public beta. Help!

Your enrollment could not be completed.
Hello everyone, I am experiencing a roadblock while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and am hoping to get some insight or advice from anyone who has resolved a similar issue. My Setup & Steps: Account Type: Individual / Sole Proprietor The Issue: I completed the initial information steps, but immediately after clicking to accept the Developer Program License Agreement, the page redirected to a generic error screen. Error Message: Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time. What I've Done So Far: I have already contacted Apple Developer Support directly to investigate this from the backend. They have opened an official case for me (Case ID: 102921563857). Since I am currently waiting on a response from support, I wanted to check if this is a known system glitch or if there is a common trigger for this error (e.g., identity verification hiccups, regional payment issues, or Apple ID region mismatches) that I can fix on my end in the meantime. Has anyone else encountered this exact error immediately after the agreement step? If so, how long did it take to resolve, or what did support require to clear it up? Thank you in advance for your help!

Enrollment pending for 3+ Weeks
My enrollment has been pending for close to a month. Apparently my brand new LLC had a false positive for some sort of US Gov sanctions list, matched with 2 companies in Asia that I've never heard of, I'm a Boston, MA developer... I've called apple support over 6 times and numerous times over email to try to resolve. One representative overrode the account which let me get to accept agreements for enrollment but it keeps prompting me to accept and when I do it just says thank you. The last representative said he would escalate the case but I have not heard anything yet. There is apparently some separate team that must give the okay on manual reviews related to the sanctions list. I have 8 native iOS apps that have gone through extensive QA and are ready to submit. I'm now wishing I just developed them for Android. Any help would be much appreciated as I anticipate the app approval process to be another ordeal after going through this. Thank you

URGENT: Entity Transfer stuck for 3+ weeks blocking app launch — Critical business impact (Case 102912721623)
Hello Apple Developer Support / Community, Our company's iOS app launch is currently paralyzed due to an automated enrollment block, and we are facing intense customer backlash because our Android version is already live. We urgently need an Apple representative to reset our enrollment status. The Situation: Originally, we started developing our app under a temporary legal entity (Homeflow BV) while our final corporate entity (Luo BV) was being legally formed. We initially opened Case 102912721623 to transfer the account from Homeflow to Luo. However, Developer Support informed us that because Luo is not acquiring Homeflow, a simple transfer isn't permitted. Accepting this, we decided to do it the right way: we abandoned the transfer, unlinked the primary Apple ID (s.aerts@...) from the old Homeflow account, and attempted to enroll Luo BV from scratch as a brand new Apple Developer Program member. The Blocker: When we attempt to enroll the new entity, we are immediately hit with the error: "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." It seems our attempt to clean up our accounts and start fresh has triggered an automated security block. We are stuck in a catch-22: we can't transfer the old account, and the system won't let us pay for a new one. Business Impact: • We are a registered energy provider in Belgium • Our Google Play app is live, but our Apple users are entirely blocked from managing their energy contracts. We literally have households where one partner can use the service and the other cannot. • We cannot publish under the old Homeflow entity as it exposes private residential data. Could an Apple representative please clear this security block so we can finalize the enrollment of Luo BV and get our app to our customers? Thank you, Sam Aerts Luo BV

Enrollment still PENDING after 4 days
I purchased my Apple Developer program on April 16, 2026. It’s been 4 days now, and my status is still stuck on "Pending." What’s worse is that the system is now prompting me to make the payment again. I know many of us are experiencing this exact same issue right now. I am from Thailand, so I decided to make a phone call to the Apple Developer support team to get this sorted out. They told me that due to a massive volume of requests, it might take a very long time to approve. They promised to "expedite" my process, but completely failed to provide any specific timeframe or even an estimated date of approval. Honestly, it felt like the support agent was just reading from a script to calm me down without actually offering any real help—they didn't even ask for my Order Number to check my case! Based on how this is being handled, I strongly believe that anyone reading this who is stuck in the same situation might have to endure this problem for months. Has anyone actually gotten their account approved recently?

Urgent: Developer Account Glitch – "Renew" Button Missing, Pending Agreements Invisible, and Apps Removed
Hello, Our organization is facing a critical, blocking issue with our Apple Developer Account. All of our live apps have been removed from the App Store due to an apparent expiration, but the standard dashboard UI seems to be entirely broken for our Account Holder login, leaving us completely unable to renew or fix it. We need urgent assistance from an Apple Forum Specialist or anyone on the engineering team who can look into this account state. The Issues We Are Facing: App Status: All of our applications have been removed from the App Store and are marked as expired. Missing Dashboard Controls: When logged in as the Account Holder, the "Membership Status" section and the "Renew Membership" button are completely missing from the developer console dashboard. Missing Agreements: We received a notification stating we have a pending agreement that requires acceptance. However, there is absolutely no banner, link, or "Action Required" page visible anywhere in our console to review or sign it. Because the standard self-service renewal paths are missing from our view, we are entirely blocked from resolving this on our end. We believe our account is stuck in an anomalous state or technical glitch that requires manual intervention or an internal backend reset. Has anyone else encountered a glitch where the renewal buttons and pending agreement banners completely vanish for the Account Holder? If an Apple team member can assist, we are ready to provide our official Team ID and case details privately to get this escalated. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Stuck – ID Verification Rejected and No Response from Support
Hello, I am posting here as a last resort because I have been unable to get any assistance through Apple Developer Support. Case ID: 102888399005 Timeline: I started the Apple Developer Program enrollment process using the Apple Developer app on my iPhone. I successfully uploaded my ID document. After that, I received a message stating that my identity could not be verified. I submitted a support request to Apple Developer Support. I received a reply from Developer Support, but the response did not address my issue or provide any guidance on how to continue the enrollment process. The status in the Apple Developer app on my iPhone later changed to "ID Verification Rejected". I replied to the existing support case and, after receiving no response for two weeks, submitted a new support request. Several weeks have now passed without any response to either request. The enrollment page on the web now displays the message: "Your enrollment could not be completed." The Apple Developer app for iOS still shows "ID Verification Rejected" In the Apple Developer app for macOS, I am able to start the enrollment process. However, after scanning my ID document, the app either displays a completely black image or crashes immediately. At this point, I have multiple open support requests and an unresolved case, but I have not received any guidance on why my identity verification was rejected or how I can proceed with enrollment. I would greatly appreciate any assistance, guidance, or help in getting this case reviewed by the appropriate team. Thank you for your time. Best regards, Jan Bula

No response from Apple Developer Support – how to proceed?
Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with the App Store review / support process and would really appreciate some guidance from others who may have experienced something similar. I have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times regarding my app, but unfortunately I have not received any meaningful response so far. At this point, I am unsure how to move forward or how to get proper feedback to resolve the issue. The lack of response is making it difficult to proceed with my app submission and address any potential problems on Apple’s side. Has anyone encountered a similar situation? How did you successfully escalate the issue? Is there a specific way to get a response from the review team or developer support? Any advice on how to move forward would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Apple Developer Enrollment Issue : Immediate Failure Across Web, Mac, and App
I’ve been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for days, but I immediately receive the error: “Your enrollment could not be completed.” This happens on the web, on my Mac, and in the Apple Developer app. I cannot proceed to any step, as the error appears before entering any information or payment details. In the app, the “Enroll Now” button is also disabled.

Developer account identity verification unsuccessful and there is nothing I can do?!?
I have had the same active apple account for over 20 years and recently I tried to enroll in the paid Apple Developer program using that Apple ID. The Developer App identify verification process (hold ID up to camera) didn't work, and now it seems that I am permanently locked out of being able to access Cloud Kit and other more advanced apple APIs for my apps? I talked to Apple Developer Support (an actual person) and they said my identity wasn't verified, that's Apple's final decision, no reason was given and there is no way to appeal, escalate or move forward. What kind of developer support experience is this? I'm really frustrated. If anyone has had a similar experience and found a way forward, or if anyone from Apple Developer support is paying attention and can help me through this, I'd really appreciate it!

Membership expired, no where to renew it?
Hi, my apple developer membership expired as my payment method did not work, and now all my apps published have been removed from the store. I have tried going onto my account on the apple developer app, but there is no place to renew the app. All i get is the text "Renew your membership to continue accessing program benefits and services. Open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone or iPad, tap the Account tab, and sign in. Then tap Renew and follow the prompts. If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you'll need to agree to it again after renewal. You can view this agreement in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect." Apple support is not providing any info, i have gone to the agreements and there is no new agreement to accept, so i need help in how to renew my membership urgently and have my apps relisted.

Renew button missing — cannot renew expired membership (Individual, Team ID HTEAMU74ZJ)
My Apple Developer Program membership expired on June 20, 2026. I am unable to renew it because there is no "Renew" button anywhere — not on developer.apple.com, and not in the Apple Developer app. In the Apple Developer app (Account → my team → Apple Developer Program), the membership card shows "1 year membership, Valid through Jun 19, 2026" but it is not tappable and offers no renewal option. On the website, the Account page only shows the expired notice with no renew/pay button. What I've already tried: developer.apple.com on desktop — no renew button Apple Developer app on iPhone — membership card not tappable, no Renew option Sent 3 support emails over several days — no response Called Developer Support twice (60 and 52 minutes on hold) — never reached anyone Account details: Team ID: HTEAMU74ZJ Type: Individual Region: Montenegro Latest Program License Agreement: accepted June 19, 2026 (so no pending agreement) Could an Apple representative please look into why the renewal option is missing from my account and enable it? Thank you.

Support Issue
Hello, We're trying to migrate our app from an individual to a business, which within our developer console it gives me an option to continue migration - but the page 500 errors. I have tried going to the "Contact Us" support, but that appears to be broken as I can't select a topic it just spins - tried this on multiple devices in incognito too. I called support, but they can't help with development issues. I'm at a loss of what to do to trigger this migration?

Migration from an individual to an organization
I submitted everything on April 15, 2026. I call each week, I've sent emails explaining the name of the company if there was any doubts about it's origins. I have been asked twice, by email, for more documents, which I replied in a matter of minutes too with the uploads and notes in each upload. May 11th, an individual in Developer Support reached out via email for some documents, that I replied to very quickly and received a reply from that individual. May 8th, another individual in Developer Support reached out via email for some documents too, I replied very quickly and did not receive a reply to my email this time. I've put off everything on a product that is not SIWA related, now I've finished those items and need to get a token, which I can't in my account's current state. Thank you for your time.

Program enrollment pending for 1 month!
Our Apple Developer Program enrollment has been pending for around 1 month. We have contacted support multiple times and had a scheduled call today, but we were not connected after waiting 40 minutes. Support keeps advising us to wait for senior advisor review, but the delay is blocking us quite hard. Could someone from Apple please help us?
