Renew Membership Button Missing (Recurring Issue, Account Holder)
Hello, I’m facing a recurring issue with my Apple Developer account. Every year, around the renewal period, the “Renew Membership” button does not appear in the developer portal. This already happened last year and now it’s happening again. I am the Account Holder, and I’m unable to renew my membership in any way: No “Renew Membership” option in the developer portal No active subscription available in my Apple ID (Subscriptions section) No way to proceed with renewal I have already: Logged in from different devices (Mac and iPhone) Checked Apple Developer portal and Apple ID settings Verified payment methods Tried alternative flows Nothing works — the renewal option is simply missing. I also created a support ticket, but I received a generic response that does not address this issue. This is now blocking my ability to maintain and update my apps in the App Store, which has a direct business impact. Has anyone experienced this recently? Can someone from Apple please review my account state and manually enable the renewal flow? Thanks in advance.

Unable to enroll in Apple Developer Program – blocked before code entry (Academy enrollment)
Hello, I am currently a learner in the Apple Developer Academy and have received a valid Apple Developer Program enrollment code. However, I am completely blocked from enrolling. Whenever I try to access the Apple Developer Program enrollment page, I immediately see the message: “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” Because of this, I cannot even reach the step where I can enter my enrollment code. This is preventing me from continuing with the Academy program, as Developer Program access is required. Details: 2FA enabled Payment method added Signed in on iPhone and used App Store Issue persists for several days I have already contacted Apple Developer Support, but received a generic response without a specific reason. This seems to be an account restriction issue rather than a problem with the enrollment code. Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or is there a way to resolve this? Thank you.

Apple Developer Enrolment Issue
Hi, I've been trying to enrol for over a month and I keep bumping into a generic error message that doesn't really tell me what's wrong. I contacted support multiple times, also no response. This is very frustrating. Can someone look into my account and tell me what's wrong? I recently moved from the UK to the US but I already updated my profile with a US address, phone number and bank account so I'm not sure what the issue is.

URGENT! Unable to Renew Apple Developer Program No Renewal Option Available (Blocking Production Apps)
We have an active business-critical issue and need immediate assistance. Our Apple Developer Program membership for Tolemar LLC expired on April 22, 2026, and we are attempting to renew it immediately. However, there is no available method to complete the renewal. Current situation: • No “Renew” option is visible in the Apple Developer Membership section • No renewal prompt appears in the Apple Developer app (iOS or macOS) • No renewal option is available in App Store Connect • The membership is not listed under Apple ID Subscriptions • We are logged in as the Account Holder using the correct Apple ID • Multiple devices and browsers have been tested with the same result Impact: • All apps are currently unavailable on the App Store • We cannot push updates or manage existing applications • Agreements cannot be accepted due to expired membership status • This is actively impacting production systems and business operations This appears to be a system-level issue preventing renewal, not a user error. Request: We need one of the following immediately: • A direct renewal/payment link for the Apple Developer Program • Manual renewal triggered by Apple • Escalation to the appropriate team to resolve the blocked renewal state We are ready to complete payment immediately. No Renew button (membership)!
We had a work card attached to our developer's account. team ID 924RUYJZ34 dev ID 8771bf7b-31a9-4602-baae-02580fe5b6c4 Funds are debited from this card in other services, there are no problems with it, the amount in the account is sufficient. Our membership subscription did not renew automatically. The applications are blocked. We can't renew our subscription, there's no Renew button anywhere. There is no way to extend it on any device, web version, or anywhere else. We can't even cancel and re-arrange it, all the functions don't work. Please help us, how can we renew our subscription?!

I have attempted to register multiple times using different accounts due to recurring errors, and I am now in a position where I have been charged but do not have access to the program. Hello, I am currently unable to proceed with the Apple Developer Program enrollment because the “Enroll Now” button is disabled on my account. Here is my situation: During a previous enrollment attempt, there was an issue with my address information. Since then, I have not been able to restart or continue the enrollment process. The “Enroll Now” button remains greyed. Additional details: I am unable to proceed with a new enrollment attempt. I do not have access to phone support in my region. Struggling to enroll to developer program
I am currently stuck while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. Initially, the app kept throwing an error without any details, so I reached out to support. Unfortunately, responses take nearly a week, and in several cases, I received only generic replies. Eventually, I was asked to submit documents for ID verification, which I did a week ago. Since then, there has been no update. On top of that, the “Enroll” button in the app is now disabled. I have requested escalation multiple times, but there has been no progress on that either. This delay has already impacted my app launch timeline. Due to the lack of progress with Apple enrollment, I went ahead and released the app on Android instead. I didn’t expect this kind of experience. If the high volume of support tickets is causing delays, it seems like something needs to be improved on Apple’s support side. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can get this unblocked?

Has anyone got any advice or similar experience in waiting weeks for an organisation developer account to go live? Apple advised they had all the documents they needed and was ready to set me up but checked whether I wanted individual or organisation account (I asked a question about this) and it’s been 3 weeks since I requested the account and I’m not sure how long it should take? is anyone from Apple able to check my application to see if its lost in the system? thanks :)

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my Apple Developer Program membership and App Store Connect access. My Apple Developer Program membership appears to be active. I received confirmation from Apple that the membership was approved and that the payment was successfully processed. However, when I try to sign in to App Store Connect with the same Apple Account, after completing two-factor authentication, I still get this message: “To access App Store Connect, you must be an individual or team member in the Apple Developer Program, or invited by an individual to access their content in App Store Connect.” It has already been more than 48 hours since the payment and activation, but App Store Connect still does not recognize my account. I contacted Apple Developer Support several times, but I still haven’t received a clear response or solution. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there an additional activation step, account linking issue, or App Store Connect setup step that I might be missing? I would really appreciate any advice from the community. Thank you.

Timeline: April 7, 2026: Migration form submitted April 15, 2026: I called Apple Developer Support to request status update. The representative committed that the case team would respond within 2 business days. April 17, 2026: Aline from Developer Support responded with the migration requirements (as committed during the April 15 call). I replied the same day with all 5 verification requirements confirmed. April 22, 2026: Sent a follow-up email on the same case thread asking for status update. No response received. April 27, 2026 (today): 10 days since my April 17 reply, 5 days since my April 22 follow-up, 20 days since original submission. Case ID: 102862706949 All migration requirements have been provided and confirmed in the case (2FA enabled, organization website publicly available, D-U-N-S number active, no paid apps or in-app purchases distributed yet). This delay is now blocking our iOS App Store submission. Our production-ready build is waiting. Has anyone experienced a similar situation in 2026 with Individual-to-Organization migration delays despite multiple follow-ups? Any guidance on the appropriate escalation path would be appreciated. Hello, I'm hoping someone from Apple or the community can help me get some clarity on my situation. Two months ago, my app was rejected by App Review, and I immediately filed a formal appeal. Since then, I have received absolutely no response — not an acknowledgment, not a status update, nothing. In the meantime, I have also reached out to Apple Developer Support via email on multiple occasions. Again, no response of any kind. I understand that review and appeal timelines can vary, but two months of complete silence — across both the appeal process and direct support emails — makes it very difficult to know whether my case is even being reviewed or if something has fallen through the cracks. If anyone from the App Review team or Apple Developer Relations sees this, I would appreciate any guidance you can offer. And if any developers have been in a similar situation, I'd like to know what worked. Thank you.

Hi, My enrollment has been "Pending" for 3 business days after submitting the requested documents. Details: Country: Peru Entity: Individual Subscription paid: April 22, 2026 (PEN 389.90, confirmation received) Documents submitted and acknowledged on April 22 with a "follow-up within two business days" message Today (April 25): account still shows "Pendiente" with a prompt to pay again, even though payment is active I have an open Case ID with Apple Developer Support and can share it privately if a moderator needs to reference it. Is this delay normal right now? Posting here in case anyone has guidance or has experienced this recently. Thanks!

I created a new iCloud account, and this time when I try to enroll and enter my payment information, it says the payment wasn't approved.
