Estou aguardando a mais de 4 meses a liberação da conta. Foi solicitada a isenção da mesma por ser um APP religioso. Como se a demora não bastasse, eu não consigo nem mudar o processo para pagar, ou seja, estou travado aguardando uma resposta. Já entrei em contato inúmeras vezes e a única coisa que me dizem é que devo esperar. Alguém poderia me ajudar ?

We just signed up, and are a legal entity in delaware. To other developers, how have you proceeded with such issues?

As stated in the title, I'm a Russian citizen located outside of Russia and Belarus. I am trying to enroll into the program as a US LLC that has EIN. I am the only owner and employee of it. Today has been exactly 1 month of me going back and forth with Apple Support. I provided all of the requested information, including company ownership verification, as well as have been verified that I'm not on the sanctions list. For the past two weeks, I have not received any reply from the support. I know that access to the program is heavily restricted for Russian citizens, but I have not seen any mention that I cannot enroll even if I'm applying as a US LLC registered with the IRS. I also did not get any mention from the support that my citizenship is a problem. I am not sure what to do next. Any advice is appreciated.

Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I am writing regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment, which has been stuck in "Pending" status since January 19, 2026. Despite a successful payment through the mobile app, my dashboard still displays the message: "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now". I have already been charged for the membership, but the 48-hour processing window mentioned on the dashboard has now passed.

I purchased the Apple Developer Membership a few days ago and have been unable to access my account. In my account section on the web, it still has the button to complete my purchase, which I've already done and received an order confirmation from Apple for. I've reached out to support by email, but haven't heard anything back. Does anyone have any methods of resolving this or getting phone support?

SKStorefront.countryCode always returns "US" in TestFlight and sandbox, even when sandbox Apple ID is set to a different country. Is this expected behavior? Is SKStorefront guaranteed to return the correct storefront only for production App Store builds?

Hi everyone, I am experiencing a serious issue with enrolling in the Apple Developer Program and have been unable to resolve it. I initially applied more than a week ago, but I never received an activation email or any confirmation that my membership has become active. Since there was no progress, I attempted to submit the enrollment multiple times and also withdrew/canceled previous attempts, as I was uncertain about the appropriate course of action. I additionally tried using different credit cards, assuming that the payment method might be the source of the problem. The core issues are as follows: My order/enrollment remains in a “processing” state, I do not receive an activation email, Apple Developer Program Support has not responded. Hi, I have tried to signed up for a Developer Program since 24 December 2025 and I only received an acknowledgment email. My card was never charged and I never received any response from Apple. I logged a support ticket which I have not received any response for except an acknowledgment that they received it and will respond in 48 hours. I have no other ways of requesting for support as chat and phone call is not available. Does anyone know how I can successfully sign up for Apple Developer Program?

I purchased a developer account approximately 4 days ago, on Saturday. The payment was successfully charged to my card and I have the receipt, but I have not received any approval. The status is still PENDING, and we are about to enter the 5th day without approval. How can this issue be resolved? We are also not receiving any responses to our support tickets.

My Enrolment Program has been pending for nine days now. I submitted the requested documents and received the following message: "Thank you for providing the documents we requested. We will review them and follow up with you within two business days." It's been 5 days now, and I still haven't received a response. I've emailed support three times and haven't received a response either. I haven't received any information that anything is wrong or that I need to send anything else. Zero contact. What's going on? I have to admit, I haven't felt treated as poorly by any company as I am now by Apple.

I have received an invitation to a development team in the Apple Developer Program. Having filled the form out and completing the image challenge successfully, tapping on continue simply results in the button graying itself out. Getting a Bad Gateway on the website atm and unable to distribute my app to App Store Connect.

It has been 576 hours since I got email that purchase will be completed in next 48 hours (Aug 19th).I tried it again on Aug 30th and Sept 4th but still no other resposne than those same emails.No charge on my bank account, nothing. I even sent support message and still no answer.What is happening Apple?

Need help with Apple Developer Program enrollment. What happened: Paid $99 on Jan 14 from Pakistan (HabibMetro bank) Money fully deducted from my account Apple says "payment problem" and gives me 7 days or enrollment cancels Bank needs 10 days to trace the payment The problem: -Apple will cancel before bank finishes tracing (7 days vs 10 days). -Apple Support suggested re-enrolling with their app using different payment method, but I'm worried about: Getting charged twice First payment not refunded Losing the $99 Questions: Anyone faced this?
