Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to complete my Apple Developer Program enrollment for my company HyperscaleX Labs Private Limited (India) for some time now and I’m completely stuck at the payment step. Every time I attempt to pay the ₹8,700/year subscription fee, I get the error: “Unable to Purchase — This item is currently not available in your country/region.” My enrollment ID is: 5H92LL632C What I have already tried: • Multiple credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) with international transactions enabled • Enrollment via iPhone App Store and Safari on Mac • Clearing cookies and cache • Contacting Apple customer support via phone and chat — they were unable to resolve it • Tried the developer contact form The enrollment ID already exists in Apple’s system, which suggests the issue is not with the enrollment form itself but with the payment processing step specifically. Apple Developer Program enrollment still pending 10 days after payment
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual on June 8, 2026. The USD 99 payment was successfully charged to my credit card, and I received an Apple invoice receipt. However, my Apple Developer account is still showing “Pending” and continues to display the “Purchase your membership” / “Complete your purchase” message, as if the payment had not been applied. I have not received a membership confirmation email, any request for additional documents, or any identity verification instructions. I already contacted Apple Developer Support but have not received a response yet. I have not attempted to purchase the membership again because I want to avoid a duplicate charge. Could an Apple representative please advise whether the payment needs to be manually linked to my enrollment, or whether there is any additional verification required? I can provide my Enrollment ID, order details, and invoice information privately through the official support channel if needed. Thank you.

Developer Program enrollment stuck for over 2 weeks — "cannot be completed at this time", case escalated with no updates
Hi all, I'm hoping someone here has been through this and can offer some insight, because I've run out of visibility through the normal support channel. The situation: I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and got the error "Your enrollment could not be completed at this time." I opened a support case (ref: 102910424858) on June 7. Support told me my trusted device/phone number is already associated with an existing Apple Developer account. I checked my Account Security settings at account.apple.com — all trusted devices and phone numbers belong to me, and I'm not aware of any other developer account linked to my details. I submitted my passport as requested on June 10. On June 12 I was told the case was escalated to senior advisors. It's now June 19 — a full week of silence since the escalation, and nearly two weeks since I opened the case. No update, no timeline, and no indication of whether anything is still needed from my end. My questions: Has anyone resolved the "trusted device already associated with an existing developer account" block? How long did it take, and what actually unblocked it? Is there a way to find out which account my trusted device is supposedly linked to? Support hasn't told me, and I genuinely don't know of another account. Are there any escalation routes beyond replying to the existing case? (e.g., a different contact form, phone support, a feedback channel that actually gets a response.) I understand these reviews take time, but a full week of total silence after escalation — with my development work blocked the whole time — is hard to plan around. Frustrating Experience and Need Help enrolling into Apple Developer
Hi, I really need suggestion on how to get into Apple's Development Payment Department team's attention. I'm using Singaporean contact and address, but currently has to be in Indonesia for quite a while. I registered and put in my creditcard detail, and later got the email from Apple that I need to contact my card provider, which is a frustrating and expensive experience since I have to call roaming, and the line keeps dropping after few mins call. I tried emailing Apple Dev/Payment requesting different payment method, but so far have not received any feedback, and I need to import my flutter into ios apps for closed testing and presenting it early next week. Please, if anyone knows how to I should be able to get them to respond, there will be great. Thank you.

Payment captured but enrollment still shows "Purchase your membership" (individual, KR)
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual on June 12, 2026. My card was charged and the payment was settled (captured) on June 13, but developer.apple.com/account still shows "Purchase your membership / Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." It has now been 7 days (5 business days). I have already opened a support case (email + callback request) but received no response yet. Could an Apple team member please look into this and manually link the completed payment to my enrollment? I can provide the order/approval details privately through my existing support case. Hello, My app has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" status for 8 days now (since June 11), well beyond the standard 24-48h window. This is a resubmission after addressing all issues from a previous rejection. I have already: Submitted an expedited review request (no response) Sent an email to App Review 3 days ago (no response) Submission ID: cd753837-a630-460f-9459-46881ef599cd Has anyone experienced similar delays recently? I purchased the membership specifically to publish my application on the App Store. The application was submitted for review but remained pending for several months without approval or rejection. During this period, I was unable to distribute my application despite maintaining an active paid developer membership. I believe the service I paid for was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, and I therefore request a full refund of my developer membership fee as a gesture of good faith. 7000 - "Team is not yet configured for notarization" error
I'm trying to notarize a macOS app. Every time, I get an error: "Team is not yet configured for notarization". This has been an issue for a few weeks now. I've contacted Developer support (https://developer.apple.com/support/) repeatedly. I've been asked to provide personal information and to upload a government ID. Did everything, nobody got back to me. This is very distressing - we've had this issue in total for almost a month, are about to deploy our app to real customers, and this is completely blocking. Not sure what to do here. Apple is blocking us completely and is not responding.

Organization enrollment blocked across 3 full cycles since May 26: payment never reaches the bank, Developer app locked
Hi, I am posting here because my organization enrollment has been stuck since May 26, 2026, across three full cycles with the same outcome each time, and first level support has not been able to resolve it. I am hoping someone with backend access can inspect my account and clear whatever is blocking it. Enrollment ID: 8X76A9G2JF Support Case ID: 102917486425 Entity: Organization enrollment, company based in Brazil. Current status: My documents were reviewed and accepted. I accepted the Program License Agreement. The only remaining step is payment, and that is where it fails. What happens at payment: In the Apple Developer app I cannot proceed. It shows: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account." On the web, I fill in the payment details and the process simply returns to pending and never completes. My bank confirmed that the transaction request never reaches them. There is no declined charge, no attempt, nothing arrives. The exact same card works normally for purchases on the Apple Store. This tells me the payment is being blocked on Apple's side before it ever leaves, so it is not a card or bank issue. It looks like a backend block tied to my account or enrollment record. Why I am posting publicly: This is the third time I go through the entire process, waiting around three weeks each cycle, and each time it ends at the same payment block. Resetting and retrying clearly does not fix it, since the result is identical every time. An earlier issue where Apple's identity verification read my name incorrectly ("Makcu" instead of "Marco") was already corrected, so that is not the blocker anymore. What I am asking: Could someone with the right access please inspect my account and enrollment record to find why payment is blocked at the backend, and clear it so I can complete a fresh payment? I am happy to pay as many times as needed once the block is removed, and I can provide any additional information through the existing support case. Thank you.

Hello, I am writing to follow up on a payment issue that I previously reported. I received a notification indicating there was a problem with my payment method, so I contacted support to update or change it. However, I have not received any response yet. Enrollment page redirects to contact form — both Individual and Organization
I've been unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for several weeks. When I navigate to the enrollment page, I'm redirected to a contact form instead of the enrollment flow — this happens for both Individual and Organization enrollment, on multiple browsers and devices. I have an existing support ticket on file and have provided the requested screenshot. The ticket has gone unanswered. Is there anything on the account side that is blocking enrollment from proceeding? If an Apple staff member can look into this, I'm happy to provide my Apple ID and ticket number via direct message.

Your enrollment could not be completed
I am unable to enroll for an unknown reason. When I go to enroll, I get the message Your enrollment could not be completed.". I've contacted support via email, I went through the standard troubleshooting, I then submitted my documentation/identity verification as requested, but I have not heard anything since. Notarization has been rejecting every submission with statusCode 7000 ("Team is not yet configured for notarization") for over five weeks. I'd appreciate any Apple staff who can confirm the gate status or re-route this internally. Account: Team ID: ZLPP2G8NG3 Account type: Individual, ACTIVE membership Region: EU (Czech Republic) The submission is technically clean — this is rejected at the gate, not on content: Developer ID Application cert valid (expires 2031), full WWDR chain Signed with hardened runtime + secure timestamp codesign --verify --deep --strict passes notarytool uploads succeed, then Rejected in ~30-60s log shows "issues": null (the archive is never opened) Confirmed it is NOT app-specific: a 50 KB hello-world C binary, signed the same way, is rejected identically. Account Locked No Response From Apple
Our account has been disabled/removed from enrolment in the Apple developer program, without any explanation. When we reached out to Apple about this, they asked for documentation (which they already have been provided in the past, and accepted without issue) such as our company documentation and personal identification. It’s been well over two weeks now, and we have not heard back from Apple. When we reach out to developer support they advise there is nothing they can do and we are waiting on some “internal“ team. As a result, our push notifications on live apps have stopped working (due to certificates being revoked), as well as many other issues. Would someone from Apple please advise how to escalate this, so that some action can be taken?

7000 - "Team is not yet configured for notarization" error
I'm trying to notarize a macOS app. Every time, I get an error: "Team is not yet configured for notarization". This has been an issue for a few weeks now. I have two well-known files for one domain
I'm integrating apple pay with two payment providers: 2c2p and finix. I setup 2c2p merchant in my own apple account and I got a well-known file from apple developer dashbard. But in finix dashboard I got another well-know file to support apple pay. Now I have two well-known files for one domain url. How to deal with this case?

Account Locked No Response From Apple
Our account has been disabled/removed from enrolment in the Apple developer program, without any explanation. When we reached out to Apple about this, they asked for documentation (which they already have been provided in the past, and accepted without issue) such as our company documentation and personal identification. It’s been well over two weeks now, and we have not heard back from Apple. When we reach out to developer support they advise there is nothing they can do and we are waiting on some “internal“ team. As a result, our push notifications on live apps have stopped working (due to certificates being revoked), as well as many other issues. Would someone from Apple please advise how to escalate this, so that some action can be taken?
