My business is trying to renew our Apple Account. On renewal we get a message saying we’ll receiving an enrollment status email soon - we are yet to receive one and it’s been over a week. Our Apps have since been removed from the App Store. We have multiple cases open with Developer Support, the only response to date was with a number to call. That number was for consumer support and thus couldn’t help. How can we get hold of someone to assist? This is having a massive impact on our business.

I wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue. We are trying to update our app, but on XCode, there is this error message showing: Team: Unknown Name (Code). There is a check in "Automatically Manage Signing". Normally, Apple provides this information to XCode automatically but this time it seems like it's either not sending it or not receiving it. If anyone knows what is happening here, any suggestion/advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

When I build UITabBarController on (iPad + iOS18), selectedImage on each tabBarItems don't appear. (SwiftUI TabView can change iconImages by state change, so no problem on SwiftUI.) Could someone tells me how to solve this problem? sample project which produce the problem: github before after

I work on an app that has the com.apple.developer.mail-client entitlement. We're interested in trying out Xcode Cloud, and one of the project and workspace requirements is to use automatic code signing. We do not do this at the moment because it's not compatible with the additional entitlement. My understanding is that we can migrate to automatic code signing if we migrate the additional entitlement to a capability and that to accomplish this our account holder needs to submit a request (see the last section of that page). We submitted the request a little over 3 weeks ago, but so far we haven't heard any updates. We also tried reaching out directly to the email address linked in the com.apple.developer.mail-client docs, but have not heard back. We're now posting here to see if anyone can provide some guidance on whether there are other steps to complete or contacts to whom we should reach out. Thanks!

Hi, I'm working in unity and I've implemented Firebase Phone Number Authentication in it. Everything works fine when I directly install build from xCode. App Attest screen shows up, user receives OTP on their phone and login works. But when I download the same build from TestFlight, it gets stuck after the user sends OTP request. I've added Push Notifications and App Attest in capabilities. I've also additionally added Remote Notifications. In device log I see an error about mobile provisioning file but I've added that to my account also. Is this expected behavior that phone number authentication does not work on TestFlight? If yes, how can I get this approved from apple since they need to test it before approving it. Thanks!

I just started working with Flutter. I use a Macbook m2 and my phone is an iPhone XR. I made a very simple application but no matter what I did, I couldn't start my application on my iPhone XR. I got help from all the AIs but we couldn't do it. I deleted everything including Xcode, Android Studio and Flutter and reinstalled them and I followed the SDK installation step by step on the Flutter page but I can't run my project on Xcode. I entered my Apple account including all the signings and certificates via the .workspace file extension but it didn't work. The error I get from Xcode keeps changing. We installed podfiles with the support I got from the AIs and after some fiddling, I got the only error right now: Command PhaseScriptExecution failed with a nonzero exit code

Trying to use SwiftUI Preview in Xcode 16.2 on complex project, I have no access to Developer Apple team, instead I am using manually installed provision profiles to test on iPhone. So, SwiftUI Preview does not work with diagnostic error "Failure: Framework Agent preparation failed: Could not find a team ID"

Hi, I have been trying to pay for apple developer organisation account using my credit card. However, apple keeps rejecting my card. I have wasted few weeks trying to get this done. Any suggestion?

The target was chosen as IPhone and IPad. I can also run this build on my IPad. The info.plist content of all our other applications is the same and there were no problems until today. I don't understand why it is being rejected now.

Why is it necessary that I have to reload all my personal apps developed by me for my use every year when I renew my Developer License? If I quit the program, anyone that bought my apps (if I had any) on the App Store would not lose the use of those apps. It should be the same for the apps I put on my devices when I am enrolled.

When I open developer.apple.com I do not see my other teams on the top right dropdown. After logging in, it directly takes me to one of my teams which is Nautilus and It does not allow me to change to other teams.

Hello! When trying to use MLTensor, I am getting the error that it is not found in scope even though I am using Xcode 15.1 (it says fully up to date) and set my deployment target to iOS 17.2. Is there something else I need to be doing in order to use MLTensor? Thanks! Michael

I have a VPN installed (Global Protect) on my company computer, which is a MacBook Pro M2, to access the company network, internal URLs, websites, and run the app I work on. However, even with the VPN installed, I am having trouble accessing certain resources. The solution found was to manually configure the proxies for my Wi-Fi network. After configuring the proxies, I was able to access all the company's URLs and everything I needed. However, the Xcode Simulator is not picking up these network configurations, and when I try to run the project, it does not work. How can I solve this?

We applied for the Apple Developer Program more than two weeks ago, and our application is completely stuck with no updates or clear next steps. Despite providing all required documents (Company registration, D-U-N-S number, ID verification, etc. and several times !), we are still waiting for approval, while there is nothing complicated (EU citizens, UK company) We've reached out multiple times to Apple Support but have received no concrete answers or timeline for when our application will be reviewed. Meanwhile, we have successfully completed similar processes with Google, Meta, and financial institutions like banks or PSP, all within 48h ! How can a company like Apple treat its partners this way? The lack of transparency in the approval process is frustrating and severely impacts our timeline. This kind of experience does not inspire trust or confidence in doing business with Apple... 🔹 Has anyone else experienced such long delays in the enrollment process? 🔹 Is there any way to escalate this to get an actual response? Our organization has an active Apple Developer membership, but since last month, we’ve been unable to access our team information or manage certificates. Our apps are still active in App Store Connect, but we cannot update them. On the Developer account page, a “Join Now” button appears, but clicking it results in the message: “Your Apple Account is already associated with the account holder of a membership.” Additionally, this account was originally registered with an older email when it was used to create a personal developer account in 2015—nearly 10 years ago. We do not know if this is causing the issue. We have contacted Apple many times but no reply within one month. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, I've noticed that many people on the forum are experiencing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I’m facing the same problem—I can't complete my enrollment using my MacBook Pro. When I try to enroll through the Apple Developer app, I get an error saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID." So, I tried using Safari instead. I submitted all my personal information and credit card details and initiated the order. However, no transaction was processed from my bank account, and I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order and items are ready. When I check the Apple Developer portal, my enrollment status is Pending, and I see a message prompting me to complete the purchase, as if I need to make a new payment. I don’t understand why Apple makes it so complicated just to subscribe to the Developer Program. Why can’t I use my MacBook Pro for enrollment? Why does the Developer portal ask me to complete the purchase even though I already submitted my payment details? Why is the process so confusing? Hello all, I am trying to build a Flutter app that supports a link the opens the app. I would like the link to be sent by email, and when clicked I would like to app to open. On android all works fine, but on IOS it doesnt. I currently have: A link that does open the app but doesnt navigate to the correct screnn - it just shows the last screen that app was on. I have tried following the tutorial on https://docs.flutter.dev/cookbook/navigation/set-up-universal-links to the letter but still doesnt work I am using: Flutter 3.22.3 Go Router 14.2.7 Thanks in advance
