URGENT: Apple Developer Enrollment Unresolved for Weeks – Support Cases Still Without Resolution
Hello Apple Developer Community, I urgently need assistance or guidance regarding an Apple Developer Program enrollment issue that has remained unresolved for several weeks. I successfully completed the enrollment process as an Individual, paid the $99 membership fee, the payment was charged, and I received an official Apple invoice. I initially received confirmation from Apple Developer Support that my membership had been successfully purchased and activated. However, I later received a message stating: “Your enrollment could not be completed.” Since then, I have followed every instruction provided by Apple. Developer Support initially handled my case under 20000136025222 and later indicated that the issue appeared to be related to my Apple Account, directing me to Apple Support. I contacted Apple Support directly and successfully completed Apple Account verification. The Apple Support advisor could not identify why the enrollment issue had been redirected to them. Despite this, my enrollment still immediately returns: “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” I also opened case 20000142610492 and have sent multiple follow-ups, but I still have not received a clear explanation or resolution. I am fully prepared to provide my passport, government-issued ID, payment documentation, or complete any additional Developer identity/compliance verification required. This has now become urgent, as the prolonged delay is significantly affecting my development work and business operations. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from Apple Developer Support could help escalate these existing cases to the appropriate Enrollment/Membership team or Senior Advisor for manual review, or advise me on an alternative official escalation channel. Cases: 20000136025222 20000142610492 Thank you for any guidance or assistance.

Organization membership expired despite an active subscription — no Renew button
Hello, Our organization’s Apple Developer Program membership is marked as expired as of August 30, 2026, but the Apple Developer Program subscription on my Apple Account is active until April 8, 2027. The expiration notice says: Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired. It directs me to open the Apple Developer app and select Renew, but there is no Renew button available in the app or on the website. I therefore have an active subscription, an expired organization membership, and no apparent way to resolve the issue myself. I contacted Apple Developer Support more than a week ago, but I still haven’t received a response. Support case ID: 20000127078034 Could someone from Apple please help review or escalate this case? Specifically, I need to understand whether my active subscription is correctly linked to our organization’s team and how to restore the existing membership without paying for a duplicate subscription. Has anyone experienced the same mismatch and found a way to resolve it? Thank you for your help.

Apple Developer app enrollment: Action not allowed after address screen, unresolved trusted-device association since May
I am seeking an actionable investigation path for an Apple Developer app enrollment failure that has remained unresolved since May 24, 2026. The initial error was ID Verification Rejected. After support reset identity verification in May, I could proceed to the address screen, but pressing Continue produced "Action not allowed." I have reported the same failure on two Macs and an iPhone, including macOS 26 and macOS 27 beta, after reinstalling the app and with no VPN involved. Support has received the requested screenshots and identity documentation, plus a recording and device details supplied on August 10. Multiple senior-advisor and operations escalations have not provided a resolution. The unresolved question concerns trusted-device associations. In May, support reviewed my report that no unknown trusted devices were visible, reassured me and reset verification. In August, support asked me to contact owners of other Apple Accounts using my device as trusted, without identifying an actionable association or procedure. None of my devices has been used to enroll under another account. I checked System Settings > Apple Account > Devices and Sign-In & Security > Two-Factor Authentication again on September 8. The verification list shows five Apple devices and one trusted phone number. That interface does not show associations with other people's accounts, so it cannot establish the state of Apple's internal enrollment checks. Is there a supported process for Developer Relations or operations to investigate this cross-account association when the customer cannot identify another account? Which specific team or escalation path handles this? I am not requesting another person's private information or a way around enrollment requirements. I need Apple to identify the failing check and provide a remedy I can actually carry out. More than three months without actionable findings is unacceptable. My existing support case contains the evidence and can be supplied privately to Apple staff.

Israeli sole proprietorship: is my VAT certificate the wrong document? Org enrollment 8JSA76PQND stuck 3 weeks
Enrollment ID: 8JSA76PQND Enrollment type: Company / Organization Country: Israel Timeline: Enrollment submitted as an Organization with an active D-U-N-S number (626526092). 11 August 2026: Apple emailed asking for manual verification documents, since identity and association could not be verified automatically. 17 August 2026: I uploaded all three requested documents via developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/ referencing this enrollment ID: (a) government photo ID, (b) a signed ownership and authority letter, (c) the business registration certificate. Since then: no further communication from Apple of any kind. No approval, no rejection, no request for anything additional. 1 September 2026: I sent a status request through Apple Developer Support referencing this enrollment ID. No reply after a week. Today the account portal still shows "Your enrollment is being processed." My actual question is about one of those documents. AYA Labs is a registered Israeli sole proprietorship (Osek Murshe), not an incorporated company. Israel does not issue a companies-registry certificate for this business form, so for that requirement I supplied the official Israel Tax Authority VAT registration certificate (Form 34), which is the equivalent registration document. It is bilingual Hebrew and English. Is that the correct document for an Israeli sole proprietorship, or is the review waiting on something else? If a different document is needed, I can provide it the same day. I am not able to ship signed and notarized macOS audio plugin builds until this is approved, so this is blocking a product release. I would rather fix a document problem today than keep waiting on a review that is stalled for a reason nobody has told me. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Rejected – Requesting Apple Staff Review / Enrollment Reset – Case 20000120314399
Hello Apple Developer Support, I’m requesting assistance with my Apple Developer Program enrollment. Case ID: 20000120314399 My enrollment became unable to proceed after I reached the purchase stage. The Developer app now shows “Unable to Continue” and directs me to contact Developer Support. I have contacted Developer Support several times by phone and email over the past month. I was eventually told that Apple could not continue processing my enrollment and, most recently, that this was a final decision. I respect Apple’s enrollment and verification requirements. I am not asking to bypass the review process. I am only asking whether an Apple staff member could please review my case and determine if my current enrollment can be reset/cleared, allowing me to start the enrollment and identity verification process again from the beginning. I am happy to complete any verification or provide any documentation Apple requires. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance from Apple staff. Thank you.

Notarization error 7000 for Team F587Y8G7S4 — case 102932780546 open 66 days, "escalated to engineering" twice, no ticket number
Can someone at Apple please help move this case forward? Team F587Y8G7S4 (Individual membership, active since 3 July 2026) has never been able to notarize. Every submission, including an empty test zip, is rejected before scanning with: statusCode 7000 — "Team is not yet configured for notarization" issues: null, ticketContents: null Latest test: submission 08e5b2a7-db7d-4a3c-b760-fbe97266ad0a, 7 September 2026, 18:10 UTC. First occurrence: submission f2331ba3-65e0-4513-aa46-da98ecc6d742, 3 July 2026. Signing: Developer ID Application (G2), hardened runtime, uploads succeed. Membership and all agreements are active. Developer Programs Support case 102932780546 has been open since 4 July. It was escalated on 25 July, then "escalated to our engineering team" on 18 August and again on 2 September. No internal ticket number, no timeline, and no engineer has contacted me. I have supplied every detail requested (repro steps, timestamps, screenshots). Please: Escalate case 102932780546 to the team responsible for Notary Service provisioning. Confirm Team F587Y8G7S4's notarization provisioning is being reviewed or reset. Provide the internal ticket number and the current next step. This is blocking a commercial macOS release. If you need anything else, tell me exactly what to provide.

How long does Apple Developer Program enrollment approval typically take?
Hi everyone, I recently submitted my application for the Apple Developer Program (as an individual / organization) and completed the payment/verification process. I was wondering what the current average wait time is for account approval? It has been 5 days so far, and the status is still pending. But the profile section it said it might take 48 hours. If anyone has recently gone through the enrollment process, how long did it take for your account to be approved? Any insights or advice on whether I should reach out to Developer Support would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

No response in a week - enrollment stuck, payment never actually charged either time
Hi, I've been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for about a month now. I'm one person, one Apple ID. Support keeps telling me my account can't be confirmed as "associated" with the enrollment, even though I'm logged into that exact account. I've tried to pay the $99 fee twice, and it has never actually been charged either time. In the Apple Developer app, tapping "Enroll Now" just gives "Unable to Continue. Contact support." About a week ago I sent a full write-up of everything through the official Contact Us form on developer.apple.com. No reply since. If anyone from Apple could take a look, I'd really appreciate it

Apple Developer enrollment stuck — Case 20000149324884
Hello, My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck for some time. Developer Support has already escalated my case, but I still have no update. The Developer app shows “Identity verification in progress”, but I still get “Contact Us to Continue” and cannot proceed. Case ID: 20000149324884 Could someone please help check whether my case is still being reviewed? Thank you.

My Membership
Hello, I purchased an Apple Developer Program membership on September 6th. However, when I tried to use the account with an app development service, I was told that my credentials were incorrect. When I signed back into my Apple Developer account, it showed that I still needed to purchase and activate a membership. I checked my credit card statement and confirmed that the payment was successfully processed. I’ve waited to see if the membership would activate automatically, but it still hasn’t been activated. I’ve also contacted Apple Support but haven’t received a response yet. Has anyone experienced this before? Do I just need to wait longer for Apple to process and activate the membership, or is there something else I should do? Thank you for your assistance.

Developer account unusable for ~2 months — senior advisor escalation still unanswered
Hi, I’m hoping someone from Apple Developer Support can help point me toward an appropriate escalation path for a prolonged account access issue. My paid Apple Developer Program account has been unable to function normally for approximately two months. I cannot properly access essential developer resources such as Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, and the issue is also preventing normal device testing/signing and TestFlight distribution. I have two related support cases: 20000119585249 102935696494 A brief timeline: July 26: I first contacted Developer Support regarding the account access issue. July 30: I provided the additional information Apple requested regarding the types of apps I develop and distribute. I followed up repeatedly afterward because I received no substantive update. August 26: I spoke with Developer Support by phone. The advisor acknowledged that the senior advisor had gone unusually long without responding, told me this was not appropriate, and confirmed that the case was being escalated again. I was told that the senior advisor would contact me. September 3: After still receiving no contact, I submitted another written escalation through the existing cases. As of today, I still have no substantive response, no explanation of what remains under review, no additional information request, and no timeline for resolution. This has now had a significant practical impact. An application that was ready for release has been delayed by approximately two months, and development of additional applications is also being affected because I cannot reliably complete physical-device testing, signing, and TestFlight testing. I have responded promptly to every request from Apple and have repeatedly offered to provide any additional documentation or verification immediately. At this point, I am not simply looking for another status check. I would like to understand: What escalation path is available when an existing senior advisor escalation receives no response? Is there a way to have the case reviewed by the appropriate account operations/review team? Is there any additional verification or documentation I can proactively provide to help resolve the review? I understand that individual account issues cannot necessarily be resolved directly through the forums, but given the duration of the issue and the lack of response through the normal support channels, I would greatly appreciate any help routing these cases to the appropriate team. Thank you.

Urgent escalation required: paid Developer Program account unusable for notarization for more than two weeks
Hello Apple Developer Support, I am requesting maximum escalation for this case. My paid Apple Developer Program account has been unusable for Developer ID notarization for more than two weeks. This blocks macOS distribution entirely, despite the fact that the membership is active and all visible account requirements appear to be completed. Team ID: GRP4HM9M63 Apple Developer Program: Active Account status already checked: Apple Developer Program membership is active Apple Developer Program License Agreement is accepted Apple Developer Agreement is accepted Free Apps Agreement is active W-8BEN tax form is active Developer ID Application certificate exists and is active The applications are signed with Developer ID Application Hardened Runtime is enabled Local codesign verification passes Despite this, notarization is still unavailable for this Team. This is not an issue with a specific app, archive, DMG, ZIP, signing configuration, or binary validation. Multiple different apps and archives are rejected with the same account-level error before binary validation. Recent failed submissions: Cassini.zip Submission ID: a429460d-cdf9-47cc-9731-90bac71286af Status: Rejected Status code: 7000 Status summary: “Team is not yet configured for notarization. Please contact Developer Programs Support at developer.apple.com under the topic Development and Technical / Other Development or Technical Questions.” Issues: null Lunoura.zip Submission ID: 3aa46853-b3c7-4076-a08d-f9e4db9bea64 Status: Rejected Status code: 7000 Status summary: “Team is not yet configured for notarization. Please contact Developer Programs Support at developer.apple.com under the topic Development and Technical / Other Development or Technical Questions.” Issues: null Earlier submissions for Cassini.dmg and Cassini.zip were also rejected with the same statusCode 7000. Since multiple unrelated archives are affected and all logs contain issues: null, this clearly appears to be a Developer Team/account configuration issue on Apple’s side, not an application validation issue. Please escalate this case to the appropriate Developer Program / notarization backend team and urgently check the notarization configuration for Team ID GRP4HM9M63. Please explicitly confirm: Whether Team ID GRP4HM9M63 is currently enabled for Developer ID notarization. Whether there is any hidden account, KYC, legal, compliance, tax, or backend configuration issue blocking notarization. Whether Paid Applications Agreement or bank account setup is required for Developer ID notarization, even though we are not distributing paid apps. What exact action is required from our side. When this paid Developer Program account will become usable for Developer ID notarization. This issue has already blocked us for more than two weeks. We are paying for Apple Developer Program membership, but cannot use a critical Developer ID distribution feature.

Developer Program enrollment not completing - Apple Support unresponsive
Hi everyone, Before posting this, I spent a lot of time reading through existing threads here, and it's becoming clear that I'm far from alone. A large number of developers seem to be stuck on essentially the same issue: the Apple Developer Program enrollment process simply isn't working, and Apple Support is either unresponsive or unable to resolve it. Here's my situation: I completed every step of the enrollment process correctly. When asked, I submitted my ID for verification and then submitted it again upon a second request. All my information has been verified, and I've received invoices confirming payment. I was told the process would take up to 48 hours. It has now been 1 week with no progress. Strangely, I even received a shipment tracking link, which makes no sense to me in the context of a digital developer account enrollment. What I genuinely don't understand is this: how is it possible that so many people - myself included - are stuck in the exact same loop, with no response from Apple Support, no working solution shared in the forums, and yet we're all being charged for a membership we can't actually access or use? I'm not trying to vent for the sake of it. I'd really appreciate it if: Anyone from Apple could clarify what's going on with enrollment processing right now. Anyone who managed to resolve this could share what actually worked for them (specific contact channels, escalation paths, anything). If there's a known issue on Apple's side, even an acknowledgment would go a long way. Right now it feels like we've paid for a service that simply doesn't deliver, with no way to reach anyone who can help. Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this. Best regards

Unable to complete Apple Developer Program enrollment – payment not reaching bank, enrollment blocked
Hello, We have been trying to enroll our company in the Apple Developer Program for about 1.5 months, but we are completely blocked. • D-U-N-S verified • Initial enrollment was accepted • Multiple payment attempts made (Swedbank, Revolut) • No 3-D Secure, no pending transactions • Bank confirmed that no payment requests from Apple were ever received For comparison, we successfully completed Google Play Developer registration using the same company and already published an app, so this does not seem to be an issue with company data or payment methods. Current state: • Enrollment was reset by Apple Support • Apple Developer app shows Enroll button disabled • Web shows: “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time” • We cannot reach the payment step anymore We contacted Apple Developer Support, but responses come about once a week and only suggest contacting the bank, which does not apply in our case. It seems there might be an internal restriction on the Apple ID. Has anyone experienced something similar? Case number: 102828473456

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Stuck: "Your enrollment is being processed" for Weeks – Widespread Issue in 2026
Fellow Apple Developers and Apple Developer Support Team, If you’re seeing the message **“Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is **” for weeks (or longer) with no updates, no follow-up emails, and no access to App Store Connect, you are not alone. I’m posting this in the hope of helping everyone experiencing the same frustrating delay and giving Apple a clear, visible signal that this is impacting real developers right now. My Situation (and Why It Matters) I submitted my Apple Developer Program enrollment several weeks ago, completed payment successfully, and have since sent two support emails requesting an update. The status remains unchanged. Meanwhile, my app is already live and performing well on Google Play. I’m ready to submit the iOS version, but I cannot even reach TestFlight or App Store Connect because the enrollment is still “processing.” Like many of you, I’ve read dozens of identical threads here on the forums and on Reddit in the past month alone—individual enrollments, organization enrollments, renewals— all stuck in the exact same state far beyond Apple’s published timelines. What We Know (Grounded in Apple’s Own Guidance and Community Reports) Apple’s official enrollment help page states that after purchase you should receive confirmation within 24–48 hours and that processing may involve verification of legal name, contact details, and (for organizations) D-U-N-S number or other business documents. If any information doesn’t match exactly (even a minor formatting issue with your legal name), Apple may request government-issued photo ID, which can add time. In practice, however, many developers in early 2026 are reporting waits of 2–7+ weeks with zero communication. There are currently no official Apple news posts, system-status alerts, or blog updates from the past month that directly acknowledge a backlog or explain the extended processing times. The Apple System Status page simply shows “Program Enrollment and Renewals – Available,” which doesn’t reflect the real-world experience we’re all seeing. Practical Steps You Can Take Right Now While we wait for Apple to respond, here are the constructive actions that have helped some developers move forward (or at least get clarity): Double-check every detail in your enrollment --Legal first/last name must exactly match your government ID (no nicknames, company names, or abbreviations). --Ensure the Apple ID email and contact phone are current and reachable. --For organizations: confirm your D-U-N-S number is active and correctly linked. Submit a fresh support request via the Apple Developer Contact form (even if you’ve already sent one) and reference your exact Enrollment ID. In the “Notes” field, politely include: --Date of purchase --Confirmation that payment cleared --That you have already followed up X times with no response --Business impact (e.g., app ready on Google Play, users waiting for iOS version) If you have an existing paid membership or previous apps, try renewing or accessing via that account first—it sometimes bypasses the stuck flow. Document everything (screenshots of the status page, payment receipts, support case IDs). This helps if escalation becomes necessary. For those also facing App Review/TestFlight delays once enrolled: note that even after enrollment clears, the first external TestFlight build triggers a beta review, and the final App Store submission still requires full review. There is no supported way to bypass TestFlight or direct-submit to the App Store—every public build goes through Apple’s review pipeline. Many of us are using high version numbers for ongoing TestFlight testing while the production version waits for approval. These steps are not a guarantee, but they keep your case visible and reduce the chance of a preventable administrative hold. Call to Action To everyone reading this: If you’re in the same situation, please reply below with your approximate wait time, whether it’s an individual or organization enrollment, and your region. Let’s create a clear picture of the scale of this issue so Apple can see the impact. To the Apple Developer Support and Program teams: We understand verifications take time and that you handle high volume, but weeks of silence after payment and two support requests is causing real business harm. A status update, even a general acknowledgment of current processing times, would be enormously helpful. I commit to updating this thread the moment my enrollment moves or I receive any communication from you. Thank you for reading, and thank you in advance to Apple for any assistance you can provide. Let’s get every legitimate developer into the ecosystem so we can focus on building great apps for users. I will update this post as soon as I have any progress. —Merek, Founder WRENCH: Pocket Mechanic

Program enrollment issue, no response from support
Hi everyone, I’m running into a frustrating issue with the Apple Developer Program and would really appreciate any advice. I was charged $99 USD for the membership and received the confirmation email saying it would be processed within 2 business days. However, I still don’t have access to the membership, and nothing has been activated on my account. What makes it worse — I’ve already tried contacting Apple support multiple times via email, but I haven’t received any response at all. So right now I’m stuck: payment went through, but no membership and no support response. Has anyone faced this before? Did your membership eventually activate on its own? Is there any way to actually reach Apple support (chat, phone, anything that works)? Should I escalate this somehow or request a refund through my bank? Any advice would really help — I feel like I’m just shouting into the void at this point. Thanks 🙏

Apple Developer Account Terminated
My Apple Developer account was recently terminated, and I received an email stating that the reason was section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. However, I have not changed anything recently in our apps, business model, or developer activity, and I genuinely do not understand the reason behind this termination. I have always tried to follow Apple’s guidelines carefully and act in good faith. This termination has severely impacted my work and users, and I am urgently requesting clarification regarding what exactly triggered this action. If someone from Apple or the App Review / Developer Relations team could please contact me or review the case again, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Apple Developer enrollment stuck for over 30 days — 55 emails sent, documents received, still no response
My Apple Developer Program enrollment has now been unresolved for more than 30 days. My case number is: 20000128102043 Apple Developer Support previously confirmed that they had received my documentation, and approximately three weeks ago I was also informed that my enrollment/application was under review. Since then, I have received no meaningful update. I have now sent approximately 55 emails in an attempt to follow up on this case, but I am no longer receiving responses. I have also tried to request telephone support through the Apple Developer Support website. However, when I select the phone support option and attempt to verify my telephone number, I am redirected back to the Cases page and cannot complete the callback request. At this point I effectively have no working support channel. The situation is particularly frustrating because Apple has already confirmed that: my documentation was received; my case is active; my enrollment/application was under review. Yet more than three weeks have passed since that confirmation, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have received no further information about what is outstanding or how I can complete the process. I am completely willing to provide any additional documentation, identification, or information required. I simply need someone from Apple Developer Support to review case 20000128102043 and advise what is happening with my enrollment. This issue is now preventing me from releasing my completed iOS application, despite the development work already being ready, and had to refund numerous clients since Apple was supposed to be launched already. Could an Apple Developer Support representative please review or escalate this case and provide me with an update?

Enterprise still in Processing since April
Our organization has been trying to get an Enterprise account setup but it's been in processing for several months. We've contacted support multiple times since April without any progress. Any ideas how we can escalate our support ticket to get a resolution?
