Hello Apple Developer Support, I am unable to sign in to App Store Connect through the web. I receive the following error: “Failed to verify your identity. Try again.” I have tested this on: Safari Google Chrome macOS Sequoia 15.7.7 MacBook Pro 15-inch, 2018 However, I am able to successfully sign in to the App Store Connect app on my iPhone 13 Pro Max using the same Apple Acco unt. This suggests that my Apple Account and credentials are working, but the App Store Connect web authentication is failing. Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with my App Store Connect web access or identity verification? I can provide screenshots and any additional information required. Thank you

Hi Everyone I’m using an iPhone running the latest version of iOS with a physical team after enabling lockdown mode. I have noticed what appears to be unusual issued. 1: wi-Fi works normally. 2: outgoing cellular calls fail wit “call failed.” 3: shortly after the status bar changes to “no service.” 4: I still receive SMS notifications from my courier informing me of missed calls. I’ve already: . Nothing nice. updated to the latest iOS. . Restarted the iPhone. . Confirm that Wi-Fi is functioning normally. From Apple‘s documentation, I understand that lockdown mode is intended to harden the device against sophisticated cyber rates. I should not normally disable voice call service as everyone else experience this after enabling lockdown mode? If so: Which iPhone model are you using? Which iOS version? Which carrie? Did you find a solution? I’m also interested in knowing whether Apple is aware of this as a potential software bug or whether it could be related to a carrier compatibility issue. Thank you

Is there a way for the app currently playing music or voice in the background to know when a Critical Alert or push comes? Currently, my app contains code that stops playback when a call comes in while music or voice is playing in the background. So, if a call comes in during playback, it stops normally. However, there is a phenomenon in which playback cannot be stopped when a Critical Alert or push comes. When a Critical Alert or push comes to the device, is there a way in the code for the app currently playing music or voice in the background or foreground to know at that moment? We are not sending out Critical Alerts or pushes. I would like to know how to resolve the situation when receiving a Critical Alert or push sent to all users in one country.

Since upgrading to Montery 12.7.1 I have problems with scrolling on my trackpad keyboard magic mouse and even the arrow buttons. I tried Etrecheckpro to find a solution but no luck. I see in the posts that this is happening since a year or two and it is not yet solved. Please can someone tell me what is the solution here? After updating to MacOS Monterey 13.5.2 my MacBook Air M1 trackpad haptics isn't working and there is no clicking sound but the gestures and everything is working. And also the haptics work sometime and again doesn't work.

I am using iphone13 pro to connect with nxp kw45(one BLE SOC chip) demo board as master, but found the KW45 side report 0x3E error(CONNECTION TIMEOUT), I record the log with Ellysis, which shows the BLE channel calculation is not right which lead to the error. The hop increment is 8, channel map is 1-3, 6-33, 36, in Frame 45093, the channel number should be 9, not 8. connection interval is 30ms. My question is it normal, any advice? Note: This problem is sporadic, not easy to reproduce.

I wanted to buy Apple developer account. Due to a misunderstanding I added $105 dollars to Apple Funds, thinking that money should added to Apple Funds inorder to purchase the developer account. This failed, and I asked ChatGPT about this and I realized that developer account cannot be purchased using Apple Funds. I contacted Apple support for either a refund or grant me with a developer account. They denied it and said only my bank can do anything about it. I went to the bank and they said only Apple can do anything on it. Now I don't have developer account and I have lost $105. What will I do?
