Have been trying to enroll in the Apple developer program, but every time after filling out all the forms and agreeing to the agreements, I'm being prompted with, "We are unable to process your request" repeatedly.
I wanted to know what is the issue and how to fix it so I can properly enroll in the developer program
I'm trying to use Xcode UI tests for the first time. I added a UI Tests target and set up the signing, then opened the default AppnameUITests.swift file. I added a new function named testAboutPage(), clicked inside the block and clicked the Record UI Test button (red circle) at the bottom of the editor window. If the app is already running when I do this, Xcode crashes immediately. If the app is not running, Xcode builds and runs the app, then crashes.
I've seen reports of this going back years, but none of the posts have a solution. I do have a crash log to share. Does anyone know how to get past this?
This forum won't let me upload the complete crash log because it exceeds the size limit, but here's the first part through the stack trace of the crashed thread:

In Xcode Version 16.2 (16C5032a) - and previous versions too, the download container in the Devices & Simulators functionality no longer works.
It will start downloading the container, however it will also:
show NO download progress
fail to download the whole container (the downloaded container is missing whole directories, eg. AppData/Library is missing - where my application stores the CoreData db)
show no errors
This was tested with the XCode version stated above (and previous versions) and with iPhone XR (18.1.1 - MR42CN/A) and with iPad (17.7.2 - MR7F2FD/A).
How can I debug this issue / make the Xcode download the whole container?
Running on Mac mini 15.1.1 (24B91).

I have a xcode project generated by unity 6
my mac:
my x-code:
It's a simple project but the building time lasted over 10 minutes and I found a page
https://discussions.unity.com/t/optimizing-ios-and-macos-build-times-using-ccache/809570
I tried to run ccache in my mac and hope to accelerate the building.
I installed ccache in my MAC by brew
I made two script with +x mode
I created a testc folder to verify the script
and it did work.
Then I opened the xcode and added CC and CXX to the “Build Settings”
I triggered the building
But it didn’t work, the building used the default compiler.
I had repeated to ask AI about it and cleaned building cache many times, but the problem still exists.
Even without any probing executing of the ccache-clang script ( I configured the log file position, so if it has been executed once, there will be some logs)
Could someone help me check if there’s something wrong?

Hello everyone,
I need help with my Apple Developer Program enrollment, as I have been stuck in the processing stage since February 20 and I don’t know what else to do.
When I initially tried to enroll, I was told that the process would take two business days, but it has been much longer now. Every two days, I have attempted to purchase again, but I always receive the same message telling me to wait another two days.
I have checked my payment method, verified my Apple ID information, and followed all the recommended steps, but I still cannot complete the enrollment.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? What can I do to resolve it? I would appreciate any advice or guidance.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Didier Orjuela

Hello,
I recently received feedback from two users that they charged twice after entering their password when trying to initiate payment on the app. I checked my front-end and back-end codes, both of which only initiate one order, but I don't know why the user deducts two payments after entering the password.
I hope everyone can help me analyze this problem and how it came about?
Additionally, I wonder if there is a possibility that the system may prompt the user to enter their password again due to network issues, resulting in the deduction of two payments. But the user told us that they only entered the password once (I don't know if the user lied).
I am unable to find how the problem arose. I hope you can help me analyze how to solve this problem?
If you also encounter such a problem, can you teach me how to solve it?

Just because the original post was locked
Hello Everyone, (and I hope folks at Apple are listening)
So around a year ago, I decided to take on the challenge of creating my own Iphone App from scratch. I am an engineer by trade, and thought it would be a fun interesting experience, and maybe make some money on the side. So I bought a macbook, and focused on learning Swift for the next few months.
Lots of really great developer folks helped me along the way. And I could not have been successful without so much help. It is very much appreciated. So I finished the app, created my own company. And deployed it to the Istore. Unfortunately, just no interest, I think I sold like 4 copies. No problem, still got to learn a lot along the way. So when it came time to renew my developer licence, I let it expire. Just did not make any sense to drop another $100 into it, since only 4 copies had sold in a year.
And then..... this happened!!!! I attempted to use the App that was installed on my own Iphone.... and got the message "My Apps Name" is no longer Available. and it stops... The code is on my phone. I am fully aware that I can no longer use xcode to put anything else on my iphone without a developer licence. But for Apple to reach into my own Iphone, and deny my access to something that I already created, (and in theory already paid for) is just infuriating!!! I checked, and even though it no longer exists in the IStore, purchased copies still seem to function. (one person that bought a copy was a friend of mine). So do I really need to drop another $100, puchase an actual copy of MY OWN APP from the app store, just to have it on my own phone again???!!! So much money and time went into this, that I am considering just smashing every apple product I own, and go with Android instead. I am a single person developer. Almost no one does this sort of thing anymore. Apple used to be the place where innovators could come to try to make something cool and fun to use. I guess not any more.

Dear Apple Support Team,
I am Tianwei Yue. I received your email this morning regarding the immediate termination of our Apple Developer Program License Agreement and Apple Developer Agreement, citing alleged fraudulent behavior and violation of certain terms. We were very surprised by this notice and are deeply concerned about the matter.
Firstly, the email mentioned that if we wish to file an official complaint under the applicable Platform Regulation, we could do so by contacting you via “Contact Us”. However, when I logged in with my account and clicked the “Contact Us” link, the system responded with “You’re not eligible to make this request”. We would appreciate guidance on how to properly submit an official complaint or if there is an alternative way to get in touch for further assistance.
Secondly, we operate the “mathos ai” application under this account, which currently enjoys over one million users and maintains a rating of 4.6 on the App Store. Our team has always been proactive in handling user accounts, refunds, and payment issues, and we are committed to providing high-quality service to our users. Therefore, we are puzzled by the suspension of our account and believe there might be some misunderstanding or miscommunication. We sincerely hope to connect with the appropriate Apple personnel to understand the issue in detail and provide any necessary additional information to resolve any concerns.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read our email. We look forward to your response and guidance.
Sincerely,
Tianwei Yue

I added an AppIntent and Shortcut to an app. I have different targets all producing slightly different versions of the app (for testing purposes) but even though the files with the intents and shortcuts are included on all targets, when I run the app from one of the other targets the shortcuts stop working and appearing on the Shortcuts app.
Only the version without parameters appears and when run produces an error: “The action (name) could not run because an internal error occurred”
Is there anything I’m missing?
if I duplicate the target where they run ok, everything is fine (and I might just recreate all the targets)
thanks!

Dear Apple Support Team,
I am Tianwei Yue. I received your email this morning regarding the immediate termination of our Apple Developer Program License Agreement and Apple Developer Agreement, citing alleged fraudulent behavior and violations of certain terms. We are both surprised and deeply anxious about this decision.
Firstly, the email mentioned that if we wish to file an official complaint under the applicable Platform Regulation, we could contact you via “Contact Us”. However, when I logged in with my account and clicked the “Contact Us” link, the system responded with “You’re not eligible to make this request.” We would appreciate guidance on how to properly submit an official complaint or if there is an alternative way to reach out for assistance.
Secondly, I would like to emphasize that the “mathos ai” application operated under this account currently has over 3 million active users. Our application has consistently maintained a high user rating of 4.6 and a record of excellent service. The immediate deletion of our account has rendered the service inaccessible to a large number of customers who use Apple products, severely impacting their experience. We believe that this decision does not align with the shared values of customer care that both Apple and we have always upheld. We have always been proactive in handling user accounts, refunds, and payment issues, and we continuously strive to provide high-quality service to our users. Consequently, we are puzzled by the reason for the account suspension and believe that there might be some misunderstanding or miscommunication. We sincerely hope to connect with the relevant Apple personnel to understand the issue in detail and provide any necessary additional information to resolve any concerns and restore our service.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read our email. We look forward to your prompt response so that we can resolve this issue and jointly safeguard the interests of our valued customers.
Sincerely,
Tianwei Yue

I am trying to add complication feature to my watchOS app. I need to add some keys to the Info.plist.
Project Navigator - no Info.plist file (as expected)
Target watchOS > Build Settings > Info.plist values.
I am unable to add a value. Hovering over a row does NOT show small '+' or '-' icons.
How do I edit the Info.plist?
I get this error: Apple 403 detected - Access forbidden.
This request is forbidden for security reasons - You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Contact your team's Account Holder, [redacted], or an Admin. But I have access to the membership resource as a developer, and my account is not blocked. What is the reason?
