2 weeks since ID document is sent for senior advisor review
My developer account got locked after I attempted to log in while I was travelling in other countries, “too many verification codes sent”. Contacted Apple for the account recovery, and they didn’t reset the verficication code lock after waiting for 2 weeks period and completing the password reset. Contacted several more times (most cases they didn’t help either because I am contacting from different email or it’s a developer account) with no resolution so this has been escalated for senior advisor to review the ID document. It’s been 2 weeks since I sent the ID document with no response. My account has been locked for a month now. Has anyone experienced it and how long did it take to get the resolution?

Enrollment approved and card details given for payment 10 days ago, membership still not active, no way to check order status
My organization enrollment was approved on 19 July. I signed the Program License Agreement on Monday 20 July and immediately got an Order Acknowledgement for US$99 saying it would be processed within 2 business days. That was 10 days ago. No invoice, no receipt, no activation. The membership is still not active. On 22 July an advisor confirmed the enrollment was approved and said the membership would be active within 48 hours of purchase. 8 days ago now. I also emailed asking about the order status that day and never got a reply. On 27 July support told me to re-enroll through the Apple Developer app, because alternate payment options are only available there. Enroll Now is greyed out: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/." I reported that the same day. 3 days, no reply. So the one fix I have been offered is one I cannot actually do. Then on 28 July a second Order Acknowledgement for US$99 arrived. Its 2 business days are up today. What I am trying to find out: Is there anywhere to see whether a Developer Program order was actually charged? I cannot find any order status in my account. https://developer.apple.com/enroll/ (all I see on this page is that I can again give my card details for payment). Has anyone had support reset the enrollment state so that app enrollment works again? Is app enrollment available in every region? The docs say it may not be, but do not say where. Case ID and enrollment ID available if an Apple engineer needs them.

Question about simulating BGAppRefreshTask and BGProcessingTask in recent Xcode versions
ご指定の挨拶や結びの言葉をすべて除外した、本文のみの英文です。 I am writing to inquire about the debugging workflow for background processing in recent versions of Xcode. In previous versions of Xcode, we were able to test the behavior of background fetches using the "Simulate Background Fetch" option under the Debug menu. However, this menu item is no longer available in the latest Xcode environment. Our application requires executing background tasks, such as automatically transferring images captured during background transition to a remote server. We are currently in the process of migrating our background structure to the latest BackgroundTasks framework (BGTaskScheduler) in accordance with the recommendations in the official documentation. Now that the GUI menu item has been removed, could you please provide the official guidelines or recommended workflow for simulating and debugging BGAppRefreshTask and BGProcessingTask on the iOS Simulator? Specifically, I would like to know if executing specific LLDB commands while the process is paused is the only supported method to simulate these events during development.

Enrollment blocked in India — "Unable to Continue" error, Case ID 102902619192, no response from support for 5+ weeks
I'm an individual developer from India trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, and I've been completely blocked for over a month with no way forward. The issue: When I tap "Enroll" and enter just my name and select "Individual" as the entity type, I immediately get the error: "Unable to Continue — Contact support at https://developer.apple.com/contact/." I never reach the payment step. What I've tried: Enrolling via the website on my MacBook — same error Enrolling via the Apple Developer app on my iPhone — same error Verified my Apple ID has two-factor authentication enabled, complete and accurate personal information, region set to India, and no VPN in use This Apple ID has a genuine purchase history (MacBook, AirPods, App Store subscriptions) Support history (Case ID: 102902619192): Call with Apple Developer Support — May 29, 2026 Email with Apple Developer Support — May 29, June 1, and June 4, 2026 Since June 4, the only reply I've received is an automated "Thank you for contacting us" from a no-reply address, with no substantive follow-up The bigger problem: The email option has now disappeared from the contact form at developer.apple.com/contact, and there is no phone option available for my topic. So I have an open case, no response for 5+ weeks, and no remaining channel to follow up. A phone support agent told me my account has been flagged, but no one has told me why or what I can do to resolve it. I purchased a MacBook specifically to develop iOS apps and I'm unable to even start. Many developers from India appear to be facing this same enrollment error. Could someone from Apple Developer Relations please look into Case ID 102902619192 and help move it forward, or tell me what is required from my side? I'm happy to provide any identity or payment verification needed. Thank you.

Is this normal for enrollment? Constant rejection + hours on hold
I registered as an Apple Developer and paid the ~100 € fee. After that, I opened the Developer app, went to Account, and saw a button saying Enroll Now. I tapped it, it asked me to take a photo of my ID, and for some reason it told me to do it on my iPhone. I followed the steps, but the verification was rejected. I tried several more times (in the app, on the web, and again from my iPhone) and now I only get the message: “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” I then tried contacting support. I used the “request a call” option, spoke to the automated system, and waited on hold. The call failed after about an hour. They called me back, I waited another hour, then again for ~20 minutes, and again… in total around 3 hours of waiting until the support hours ended. The next day I tried again. This time I got through after about 7 minutes. The advisor told me the issue was caused by enrolling from multiple devices. They said I would receive an email where I should upload my passport, and then call back. I uploaded the document, called again, and ended up on hold for another ~3 hours until the support line closed for the day. I’m actually writing this while still listening to the hold music, today it’s been about 1 hour and 30 minutes or so, so far.

Hey there, Almost more than 2 weeks ago I enrolled and paid for the apple developer program and I've been waiting for it to be approved. This is currently keeping the development of my app behind schedule for release. I would really appreciate if someone could help me resolve this. I have been trying to call but have been put on hold for several hours at a time without getting in touch with someone. Thank you

Individual enrollment in Georgia: Russian international passport rejected
I am currently in Georgia and am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program legally as an Individual. For the current enrollment I use a separate Apple Account set to Georgia, a Georgian SIM and phone number, and my own TBC Bank card. All personal information is genuine. My government-issued ID is a valid Russian international passport. During identity verification in the Apple Developer app, the passport was rejected. The app stated that the document was not accepted for the selected country or region, or did not match the required document type. I have now submitted the enrollment through the Apple Developer website and am waiting for manual review. Has anyone successfully completed Individual enrollment in Georgia with a Russian international passport? In particular: Did Apple accept the passport during manual review? Did Apple request proof of a Georgian address, a bank statement, a residence permit, or another document? Can Apple Developer Support reset the in-app verification or provide an alternative identity-verification method? I am not requesting a bypass, verification under another person's identity, or a purchased account. I am looking for the correct legitimate enrollment path. I also considered registering as a Georgian individual entrepreneur. However, Apple's documentation says that a sole proprietor or single-person business must still enroll as an Individual, so this does not appear to avoid the same identity check.I am currently in Georgia and am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program legally as an Individual. Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment
Hi everyone, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, February 15th, 2026. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. I already contacted Apple Support by email/phone without any response, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated. My Enrollment ID D72NJHL7JM Thank you, Rakan

Cannot accept updated Developer Agreement: Shown 'Join Program' screen despite having active apps
I’m having an issue with the Apple Developer Program. I received a notification that the Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and must be accepted in order to continue submitting and updating apps. The problem is that after signing in to my Apple Developer account, I don’t see any option to accept the new agreement. Instead, I’m shown a “Join the Apple Developer Program” screen, as if I’m not enrolled in the program, even though I have active apps on the App Store. In App Store Connect, I can see the agreement status as “Active (New Agreement Available)”, but there is no visible way to actually review or accept the updated version. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and knows how to fix it?

Membership renewal paid but not activated for weeks — support unresponsive, phone callback unavailable for my country
Hello, My Apple Developer Program membership lapsed and my app was removed from the App Store. I paid for the renewal on 07.07.2026, but the membership has still not been activated and i didn't received any receipt info as enrollment id or order id, only email notification about successful purchase. I have two open support cases: 102939243432 (Program Enrolment) and 102938570553 (Program Purchase and Renewal). I have never received any email reply from Apple Developer Support. The case page showed some activity on July 14, but no actual message ever reached me (I have also checked spam) — so I have had zero communication on these cases since they were opened. The contact page no longer offers the email option for my cases, only "Call". However, requesting a callback fails with "OB Error: 'Country not supported'" for any phone country code, because my account region is Kazakhstan — so the only contact option shown to me is one that cannot work. (The details page also crashes with a JavaScript error: getAcceptedCountryCodes: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map') — the solution/offer response contains an empty countryItccList.) If this renewal is pending an identity verification step, could you please send me the document upload link by email, since a phone callback is not available for my country? Could someone from Apple Developer Support please look into my cases? Thank you.

Enrollment blocked on both Developer app and web — case open since July 2
My Individual enrollment (Pakistan) is blocked on both paths. In-app enrollment failed on July 3 with "Unable to Verify Your Identity. Verification could not be completed at this time. Please contact support." After contacting support, the Enroll button was disabled entirely, showing "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/." I then attempted web enrollment. During the form I entered my name incorrectly and the form gave no option to go back and edit it. That enrollment is now on hold pending documentation, so the web path shows only a hold screen instead of the enrollment flow. Case 102931864952 has been open since July 2 with no resolution. I sent a detailed reply again on July 28, and filed case 20000122600938 today. My app is finished and ready to submit. Could a moderator advise what is blocking this account, or escalate the case?

Xcode Cloud reassigns one ciProduct between app targets with unique bundle IDs
I am seeing Xcode Cloud reuse and reassign a single ciProduct when onboarding multiple iOS app targets from one Xcode project. Each target has its own bundle ID, PBXNativeTarget, product reference, and shared scheme. Environment: Xcode 26.6 (17F113) macOS Tahoe 26.5.2 GitHub repository connected to Xcode Cloud Project: pilot-ios/Airtap.xcodeproj Targets / shared schemes: PocketPilot.ai DEV1 — ai.airtap.dev1 PocketPilot.ai DEV2 — ai.airtap.dev2 PocketPilot.ai DEV3 — ai.airtap.dev3 PocketPilot.ai DEV4 — ai.airtap.dev4 PocketPilot.ai QA1 — ai.airtap.qa1 PocketPilot.ai QA3 — ai.airtap.qa3 Every entry above is a separate PBXNativeTarget with a distinct productReference. Each shared scheme is stored under Airtap.xcodeproj/xcshareddata/xcschemes and builds its corresponding target. QA1 and QA3 were onboarded earlier and received independent Xcode Cloud products as expected. Reproduction: In Xcode, open Xcode Cloud Reports and choose Create Workflow. Select target PocketPilot.ai DEV1 and create an archive workflow using scheme PocketPilot.ai DEV1. DEV1 appears under the correct App Store Connect app. Create another workflow for target PocketPilot.ai DEV2 using scheme PocketPilot.ai DEV2. DEV1 disappears as a separate Xcode Cloud product. Both the DEV1 and DEV2 workflows now appear under the DEV2 App Store Connect app. The App Store Connect API confirms this is not only an Xcode UI or cache issue: Before DEV2 onboarding, ciProduct F048BF00-CECF-4926-84DB-D3474CB030A9 was related to bundle ID ai.airtap.dev1. After DEV2 onboarding, that same ciProduct ID became related to bundle ID ai.airtap.dev2. The product now contains both workflows: PocketPilot DEV1 Archive / scheme PocketPilot.ai DEV1 PocketPilot DEV2 Archive / scheme PocketPilot.ai DEV2 No build was started, and both workflows are currently disabled. Expected behavior: Because every target has a different bundle ID, Xcode should create a separate Xcode Cloud product for each target, as described in the Xcode Cloud onboarding documentation. Actual behavior: The newest onboarding changes the existing ciProduct-to-App Store Connect app relationship instead of creating a new ciProduct. This moves all earlier workflows to the newest app. The public App Store Connect API cannot repair this because it supports reading and deleting ciProducts, but not creating one; ciWorkflows can only be created under an existing ciProduct. I also encountered an Xcode crash while adding another product. The crash stack included XcodeCloudNavigableItemCoordinator.removeNavigableItem(for:) and IDENavigableItemCoordinator, which may be related to the product reassignment. I can provide the crash report in Feedback Assistant if needed. A recent forum thread reports the same high-level symptom: previously created workflows migrate to the newest app. In our case, the API relationship change above makes the backend reassignment directly observable. Is this a current Xcode Cloud onboarding/backend regression? Is there a supported workaround, or can Apple Support create or restore separate ciProducts for these bundle IDs?

Not receiving 2FA verification code via SMS/Call for new Developer Account
Hi everyone, I recently purchased an Apple Developer Membership using a newly created Apple Account. Currently, I am logged into this developer account only inside the Apple Developer app on my iPhone. Note that this same iPhone is primarily linked to my personal, separate iCloud account. When I try to log into the Apple Developer and App Store Connect portals on my MacBook via the web browser, I do not receive any 2FA verification codes on my phone. Here is what I have tried so far: Checked my SMS messages (no code received). Selected the phone call option for the 2FA code, but I did not receive any call. Verified that my mobile carrier is working normally. Since I cannot bypass the 2FA screen on the web, I am locked out of App Store Connect and cannot manage my membership. Has anyone encountered this issue with secondary accounts on the same device, and how can I resolve it? Thank you!

Apple Developer Program Certification Delay (going on 2+ weeks)

Thank you!
