Unable to log into Developer Account
Beginning yesterday and still continuing when I go to log into my developer account (both iOS and OS X) I am presented with a new Terms and Agreement page. The agreement is not displayed, I am unable to download the PDF and when I check the Agree box then Submit it returns me to the same page. I am unable to contact support as all of the links are invalid or I get kept being sent back tot eh Terms & Agreement page. How do I get out of this black hole?

MDM Vendor CSR Signing Certificate (Server-based MDM Solution)
After contacting Apple Support regarding MDM support for my Apple Developer Account, I received a link for my MDM request. The form in the link however requests for my Apple ID which seems to only be possible if I have an App on the AppStore. Considering I am only building an MDM Server I can not provide an Apple ID for this purpose. I have tried explaining this to the AppleSupport contact but I'm not getting any real result. I would appreciate any suggestions or support from this forum. I specifically require access to the MDM Vendor CSR Signing Certificate so that I can generate the APNs MDM Push Certificate needed for our MDM server to communicate with Apple devices.

Infuriating support form error (and broken email verification)
I'm trying to submit a support request to get an issue resolved in my organization's account, but both the phone call-back and email support forms are giving errors whenever I try to submit an issue. The phone form just says "There was a problem processing your request.", and the email form says "This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address, visit account.apple.com.". But the email address is hard-coded to my account email, and it's the main email for my company which I have been successfully using for months!! How am I supposed to get in touch to get this blocking issue fixed when all contact methods require your to go through this broken form? I suspect the original issue I was contact support about also has to do with this, since it's titled "Email Verification".

Is there any way of automating Apple Pay certificate generation in a CI/CD pipeline?
Hi everyone! I’m trying to automate the Apple Pay setup in a CI/CD pipeline for a preproduction environment. Right now, we are generating manually the Apple Pay certificates for both the root domain and merchant ID through the Apple Developer Portal, then manually upload them to our preproduction servers. My idea is to be able to automate this process for this environment. I’ve been digging through docs and forums but haven’t found any way to generate or renew these certificates automatically via an API or any other method. Does anyone know if Apple offers something like this? Or if not, what’s the best way to handle this in an automated workflow? I've been thinking about a web driver, but I'm not a big fan of this kind of solution. Thanks a lot for any ideas or advice!

Signature Validation Issue in Apple Notifications V2 Webhooks
I am writing to bring to your attention a critical issue we are encountering while implementing Apple V2 webhook notifications on our platform. We are currently unable to authorize the token due to signature verification issues. We are unclear about the expected signature and how to validate it correctly. Additionally, we observed that the kid (Key ID), which was available in the header in Apple Pay V1 and used to retrieve the public key, is no longer present in the V2 webhook headers. We have already reviewed the official documentation here: Apple Server Notifications V2, but it does not clarify how to handle the signature validation or proceed. We would appreciate any guidance or documentation that could help us complete this integration successfully. Thank you for your support

Urgent: Developer Account Access Needed Before September
Hello everyone, I urgently need help with my Apple Developer account. It has been over one month since I started the enrollment process, and I still cannot access my account. My app must be published before September, and this delay is causing serious impact on my work. Every time I try to proceed, I get this error: pgsql Copy Edit Unable to find a team with the given Team ID '7QVTL796RL' to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support. https://developer.apple.com/support I have already contacted Apple Developer Program Support, but the issue is still unresolved. I am willing to provide any additional documents or payments immediately to get this fixed. This is time-sensitive and business-critical — if any Apple staff or experienced developers have advice, please let me know how I can escalate or resolve this quickly. Thank you in advance for any urgent help.

Applying for Developer Program outside of supported regions
Hello, I'm currently living in Finland and would like to apply for the developer program in order to develop an app for the Apple Vision Pro. I understand that Finland is not supported in this matter, so I thought about making an German AppleID, since that is supported in the AVP App Store, and enroll in the program with that. The problem is that, since I'm not a German citizen nor have a residency there, would that cause a problem in the identity verification process? Is this allowed at all? If not, are there any workarounds to be able to get the developer account outside of supported regions? Thank you!

Feedbacks get closed if they cannot be reliably reproduced
It’s very frustrating when in a feedback I specify that I cannot reliably reproduce it and the feedback gets closed with the message “Since this issue cannot be reproduced, this report has been closed”, e.g. FB18985938. Is Apple not interested in hearing about issues that cannot be reliably reproduced? Many issues unfortunately depend on a variety of factors and it’s often impossible for third-party developers or users to figure out how to reliably reproduce them. Usually these kind of issues get addressed by e.g. adding more logging so that the next time it happens it's easier to find out what's causing it. Then the last part of the message “Please file a new report with a sysdiagnose if you encounter this issue again” sounds like I’m being teased, because what use is a new sysdiagnose if I still cannot reproduce it reliably? It will just be closed like the last one. I created FB20595673 for this issue.

My account registration is stuck indefinitely, and the support team hasn’t resolved it! Before hosting developer conferences, shouldn’t Apple at least ensure the registration process works for developers?
My account application was rejected, and I’ve been stuck in limbo! The outdated process needs an update! To the Apple Developer Support Team, I am a developer currently applying for an Apple Developer Account. Below is a brief summary of the technical obstacles I encountered during my registration process on June 4th, along with suggestions for process optimization: Problem Overview During registration, the payment confirmation page froze for approximately 10 minutes with no loading indicators. Without any error codes or timeout messages on the interface, I was forced to restart the registration process 3 times. Conflict with App Store daily purchase limits was identified when accessing via mobile. After resolving the limit issue, the registration system continued to display a “Contact Support” error. I immediately reached out to the support team. Support Team Interaction The support team repeatedly responded with vague updates like “awaiting system synchronization,” offering no estimated resolution time or escalation path. I was told to either “wait indefinitely” or “try again with a different identity.” Wait, I’m just trying to register with my own credentials—why can’t I proceed after a 10-minute attempt? Impact Account access restrictions have halted my ability to develop applications. Optimization Suggestions User Experience Enhancements: Implement real-time alerts (e.g., pop-ups, notifications) for payment-related issues on desktop to avoid silent failures. Add a pre-registration check for App Store balance/limit conflicts. Transparency & Accountability: Replace opaque “black-box” error handling with clear, rule-based guidance for developers. Provide a dedicated escalation channel and ensure timely human intervention for unresolved issues. As a developer committed to the iOS ecosystem, I acknowledge the complexity of account systems but believe targeted UX adjustments could prevent cascading failures like this. I welcome technical discussions to resolve my current registration blockage and collaborate on preventive measures.

Payment for developer account not approved
I have made a payment the the Apple developer program from my credit card, I have contacted my bank and they have confirmed that they payment has gone off and all that is left is for Apple to 'bank the payment' on their side but Apple isn't actioning this. I have emailed support numerous times but all I get is an automatic reply acknowledging the email but nothing else, what do I do now, is there any other email or phone number I can contact them on. I'm not from the US

Report a Dynamic Island bug
Please note that after enabling the "Larger Text" option under Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Display Zoom, when the Dynamic Island is present, a bug occurs where the Dynamic Island blocks the signal strength icon when you repeatedly return to the home screen and open apps. I hope you can fix this bug and release an iOS 18 build. In line with what I mentioned in my previous post, please allow regular users to successfully roll back to iOS 18. The signing window for iOS 18 was closed too quickly this time—I haven’t even finished experiencing it before getting stuck on iOS 26. Moreover, iOS 26 currently has numerous bugs, and you have no reason to force users to use an unfinished system. Note that this bug still persists on iOS 26. I hope my feedback can be accurately translated by AI without ambiguity. If you have any doubts, please feel free to ask me. I really can't get used to iOS 26, so please be sure to release a system version that allows downgrading from iOS 26 to iOS 18. My device model is iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Apple tries to double charge me for enrollment
I enrolled to the program via the Developer app and paid for the subscription, got my receipt. The app now says the enrollment is not available. Xcode says I have no developer account. The Appstore mac app says the subscription is active. The developer website says I need to pay. Again. Is this some kind of scam or what?
