Hello, I am unable to notarize any macOS app/archive with my Apple Developer Team. Every submission is rejected with the same account/team-level error: statusCode: 7000 statusSummary: Team is not yet configured for notarization. Hello Apple Developer Support, I am requesting maximum escalation for this case. My paid Apple Developer Program account has been unusable for Developer ID notarization for more than two weeks. This blocks macOS distribution entirely, despite the fact that the membership is active and all visible account requirements appear to be completed. Team ID: GRP4HM9M63 Apple Developer Program: Active Account status already checked: Apple Developer Program membership is active Apple Developer Program License Agreement is accepted Apple Developer Agreement is accepted Free Apps Agreement is active W-8BEN tax form is active Developer ID Application certificate exists and is active The applications are signed with Developer ID Application Hardened Runtime is enabled Local codesign verification passes Despite this, notarization is still unavailable for this Team. This is not an issue with a specific app, archive, DMG, ZIP, signing configuration, or binary validation. Multiple different apps and archives are rejected with the same account-level error before binary validation. Recent failed submissions: Cassini.zip Submission ID: a429460d-cdf9-47cc-9731-90bac71286af Status: Rejected Status code: 7000 Status summary: “Team is not yet configured for notarization. Signing up to Apple Developer account issues
Did anyone run into issues signing up for an Apple Developer account? I have been trying for the last two weeks, so far I tried applying through web, Developer app (iOS, ipadOS and MacOS). I keep getting “Invalid Submission”, throughout the signup process it asks for my driving license, I follow instructions to the dot also license is valid but no luck - I also tried using different devices in case it was a photo quality issue. I have contacted support and after a week they asked me to use the Developer app which I already did. I replied back but no answer so far. Anyone found a work around? I didn’t think that the sign up process would be so buggy

Apple Developer Program membership renewal payment completed, but account still asks me to renew
Hello, I am the Account Holder of an Apple Developer Program account. I renewed my Apple Developer Program membership and completed the payment, but my account still shows that I need to renew the membership. The payment appears to have been completed successfully, but the membership status has not been updated in my developer account. Because of this, I still cannot access certain developer account pages, and I keep seeing messages asking me to renew my membership. Account details: Program: Apple Developer Program Team ID: 9G3RK9Y4DX Account Holder: Bada Kang Country/Region: South Korea Renewal amount: KRW 129,000 Could you please help me understand why the membership renewal has not been reflected yet? No button or Link to agree to the terms of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement
Since weeks I am waiting for my enrollment. I Receive E-Mails telling me "To complete your enrollment, please agree to the terms of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement . " When I click that Link (https://developer.apple.com/enroll/status/) there is not button, checkbox or link to agree to the terms. I do have an Enrollment ID: ZW------- which is written there Has anybody an idea where I should go to do that? HELP, my time is running out

My enrollment remains in "Pending" status.
I am still experiencing this issue and have not received any response or resolution. My enrollment remains in "Pending" status. Enrollment ID: YM3G97AJVP Details: I completed the enrollment process multiple times. I receive an Order Acknowledgement email every time. No payment is charged. No receipt or order number is generated. My account always returns to "Purchase your membership" / "Continue to Payment". Two-Factor Authentication is enabled. I have tried multiple payment cards and different browsers. I already submitted a support case. Could someone from the Apple Developer Enrollment Team please review my enrollment manually and advise what is preventing the membership purchase from being completed?

Apple Developer Enrollment Still Pending After Payment
Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has experienced a similar issue with Apple Developer Program enrollment. I recently completed the enrollment process and the payment was successfully charged to my card. However, my account is still not active, and the enrollment status remains pending. I've already contacted Apple Developer Support, but I haven't received any update yet. Since this account is needed for an ongoing project, I'm a bit concerned about how long the activation process may take. For those who have gone through this before: How long did it take for your account to become active after payment? Did you need to provide any additional information or documents? Enrollment is impossible, Senior Adviser is worthless
I've been trying to enroll for nearly 2 weeks, it initially had an issue with my verification documents, then it said I had an untrusted device. Call the support, walk through steps to confirm devices ... All my devices listed are devices I own - escalate to a Senior Adviser, wait 10 days, for the Senior Adviser to tell me exactly what the "first" adviser told me to ... confirm my devices. I've never had a developer account before, I've had the same Apple ID since the iPhone 3. Currently on another wait for a Senior Adviser to respond worthlessly ... is this how this works ? How is the Senior Adviser the end all be all ? How do they not have phones ? How can I not even file a complaint UNLESS it's to a Senior Adviser ? This is straight bonkers.

Enrollment stuck in "Pending" for over a week after successful payment — no support response
Hello, My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck in "Pending" status for over a week, even though my payment was completed successfully and I received the official invoice. I have already opened a support ticket through the Contact Us page, but I haven't received any response yet. I'm not able to use a phone callback, so the ticket and this forum are my only channels right now. My app release is blocked until the enrollment is activated. Could a moderator please help check or escalate my enrollment status? I can provide my Enrollment ID and Apple ID privately if needed. Thank you.

Program Enrolment Stuck
Hello Apple Developer Community and Apple Staff, I am posting here as a last resort after exhausting all official support channels to complete my apple developer program enrollment. Enrollment Details Enrollment Type: Organization / Company Enrollment ID: 9D47L42329 Legal Entity: Jaglen Platforms Private Limited Address: 204 Sapphire Chambers, Frist Floor, Suite # 1075, Baner Gaon, Haveli, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India Timeline Completed the enrollment form as an organization on April 8th, 2026 Added funds to Apple Account for the membership fee on April 20th, 2026 The Apple Developer app now shows a "Continue your enrollment" button, but clicking it displays: "Please contact support" Contacted Apple Developer Support and was kept on hold / in correspondence till May 22nd and then no response. On their last email on May 22nd, Support has now informed me they are unable to help with this issue for one or more reasons. What I have already tried Multiple support contacts via the Apple Developer contact form Phone support through the developer support line Waiting through the standard processing period Shared screen recordings with Apple support Rechecked the D-U-N-S number is correct and active (used the same number to publish app on Play Store) Ensured the same Apple ID is used inside System settings and the Developer app Current Situation The enrollment is completely blocked. I cannot proceed forward or backward. The funds are loaded, the form is complete, but the system will not let me continue and support has closed the door. This is blocking our ability to publish on the App Store and is impacting active business commitments. I am formally requesting that an Apple staff member: Review our enrollment case manually Identify what is causing the "contact support" block on the Continue button Provide a path to resolution or next steps I hope posting here may give us some guidance. Unknown Program Enrollment Status
Hi, I applied for our Business Account over a week ago and I've had no update on this. This was my second submission as we had to update our website. I am now clueless as to the status of this application. I can't see anything on the account that tells me whether it's pending or being reviewed, nothing. I'm getting no responses to my emails, and the support call left me sat on hold for an hour with no contact with a human or bot. Urgent Request to Transfer Account Holder Role for Expired Apple Developer Organization Account
Hello Apple Developer Support, Our Apple Developer Program Organization account has expired around two years ago. We still have access to the existing Apple ID, but the current Account Holder is no longer associated with our company. The new authorized person has already been added as an Admin in the Apple Developer account. We need to transfer the Account Holder role to the new person before renewing the membership. Since invoices generated for the account should reflect the current authorized Account Holder’s details, we need to update the Account Holder information before proceeding with the renewal process. This is an urgent request, as our app has not been available on the App Store for a long time and we need to proceed with the required account updates and renewal process at the earliest. Hello, We are trying to enroll a company in the Apple Developer Program. Unfortunately, during the enrollment process, multiple Apple IDs were used to submit enrollment requests for the same company. All enrollment attempts were made from the same device and network. Now every account shows: “Maximum number of attempts exceeded. Please contact us.” Additional information: We have not reached the payment step. We have not received any enrollment approval or rejection emails. We already contacted Developer Support and were told to wait for a response, but it has been over a week. Questions: Is there a cooldown period before enrollment can be attempted again? Does this indicate an account-level restriction or a company-level enrollment lock? Should we continue using only the earliest Apple ID and wait for Developer Support? No receipt or order number is generated. My account always returns to "Purchase your membership" / "Continue to Payment". Two-Factor Authentication is enabled. I have tried multiple payment cards and different browsers. I already submitted a support case. Could someone from the Apple Developer Enrollment Team please review my enrollment manually and advise what is preventing the membership purchase from being completed?

Apple Developer Enrollment Still Pending After Payment
Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has experienced a similar issue with Apple Developer Program enrollment. I recently completed the enrollment process and the payment was successfully charged to my card. However, my account is still not active, and the enrollment status remains pending. I've already contacted Apple Developer Support, but I haven't received any update yet. Since this account is needed for an ongoing project, I'm a bit concerned about how long the activation process may take. For those who have gone through this before: How long did it take for your account to become active after payment? Did you need to provide any additional information or documents? I've registered and paid for Apple developer account on June 2nd and my account is still pending. I've sent an email to Apple support and on June 8th and received a case ID number, but I still haven't received a reply as yet. What do I do?

Enrollment is impossible, Senior Adviser is worthless
I've been trying to enroll for nearly 2 weeks, it initially had an issue with my verification documents, then it said I had an untrusted device. Call the support, walk through steps to confirm devices ... All my devices listed are devices I own - escalate to a Senior Adviser, wait 10 days, for the Senior Adviser to tell me exactly what the "first" adviser told me to ... confirm my devices. I've never had a developer account before, I've had the same Apple ID since the iPhone 3. Currently on another wait for a Senior Adviser to respond worthlessly ... is this how this works ? How is the Senior Adviser the end all be all ? How do they not have phones ? How can I not even file a complaint UNLESS it's to a Senior Adviser ? This is straight bonkers.

Enrollment stuck in "Pending" for over a week after successful payment — no support response
Hello, My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck in "Pending" status for over a week, even though my payment was completed successfully and I received the official invoice. I have already opened a support ticket through the Contact Us page, but I haven't received any response yet. I'm not able to use a phone callback, so the ticket and this forum are my only channels right now. My app release is blocked until the enrollment is activated. Could a moderator please help check or escalate my enrollment status? I can provide my Enrollment ID and Apple ID privately if needed. Thank you.

Program Enrolment Stuck
Hello Apple Developer Community and Apple Staff, I am posting here as a last resort after exhausting all official support channels to complete my apple developer program enrollment. Enrollment Details Enrollment Type: Organization / Company Enrollment ID: 9D47L42329 Legal Entity: Jaglen Platforms Private Limited Address: 204 Sapphire Chambers, Frist Floor, Suite # 1075, Baner Gaon, Haveli, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India Timeline Completed the enrollment form as an organization on April 8th, 2026 Added funds to Apple Account for the membership fee on April 20th, 2026 The Apple Developer app now shows a "Continue your enrollment" button, but clicking it displays: "Please contact support" Contacted Apple Developer Support and was kept on hold / in correspondence till May 22nd and then no response. On their last email on May 22nd, Support has now informed me they are unable to help with this issue for one or more reasons. What I have already tried Multiple support contacts via the Apple Developer contact form Phone support through the developer support line Waiting through the standard processing period Shared screen recordings with Apple support Rechecked the D-U-N-S number is correct and active (used the same number to publish app on Play Store) Ensured the same Apple ID is used inside System settings and the Developer app Current Situation The enrollment is completely blocked. I cannot proceed forward or backward. The funds are loaded, the form is complete, but the system will not let me continue and support has closed the door. This is blocking our ability to publish on the App Store and is impacting active business commitments. I am formally requesting that an Apple staff member: Review our enrollment case manually Identify what is causing the "contact support" block on the Continue button Provide a path to resolution or next steps I hope posting here may give us some guidance. Unknown Program Enrollment Status
Hi, I applied for our Business Account over a week ago and I've had no update on this. This was my second submission as we had to update our website. I am now clueless as to the status of this application. I can't see anything on the account that tells me whether it's pending or being reviewed, nothing. I'm getting no responses to my emails, and the support call left me sat on hold for an hour with no contact with a human or bot. Urgent Request to Transfer Account Holder Role for Expired Apple Developer Organization Account
Hello Apple Developer Support, Our Apple Developer Program Organization account has expired around two years ago. We still have access to the existing Apple ID, but the current Account Holder is no longer associated with our company. The new authorized person has already been added as an Admin in the Apple Developer account. We need to transfer the Account Holder role to the new person before renewing the membership. Since invoices generated for the account should reflect the current authorized Account Holder’s details, we need to update the Account Holder information before proceeding with the renewal process. Apple Developer Program Enrollment Locked – Maximum Number of Attempts Exceeded
Hello, We are trying to enroll a company in the Apple Developer Program. Unfortunately, during the enrollment process, multiple Apple IDs were used to submit enrollment requests for the same company. All enrollment attempts were made from the same device and network. Now every account shows: “Maximum number of attempts exceeded. Please contact us.” Additional information: We have not reached the payment step. We have not received any enrollment approval or rejection emails. We already contacted Developer Support and were told to wait for a response, but it has been over a week. Questions: Is there a cooldown period before enrollment can be attempted again? Does this indicate an account-level restriction or a company-level enrollment lock? Should we continue using only the earliest Apple ID and wait for Developer Support? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.
