Apple Developer Program enrollment pending for 2 weeks — no charge, no response to support ticket
Hi, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program approximately 2 weeks ago and my enrollment is still pending. I have not been charged the annual fee and I submitted a support ticket which has received no response. I'm a solo developer based in South Africa looking to publish my first iOS app. Is there anything I can do to move this along, or is this wait time normal? My support ticket has gone unanswered and I can't find a direct contact number to resolve this. Any help appreciated.

Unable to get a call back from Apple dev support
Hi, I've been trying to get a call back from apple on a couple of issues but I'm unable to do so. The "Call" button in the contact us form keeps appearing and disappearing at random times. Since I'm in India, I believe the Singaporean team handles the developer support queries. The operating hours mentioned on apple's website are 09:00–17:00 SGT but the "call" button's appearance and disappearance is NOT at all according to this. Now when I was finally able to login into apple developer support at the right time (when call button was visible), and entered my details to get a call back from them. It says "We're calling you shortly" but I receive no call at all. It's been two hours since that. Previously, when i requested a call back for other issues, I got the call immediately. Now it's been so long and there's still no call. And the thing is, I'm also unable to request a call back again for the same issue until some time passes. I think there's some sort of cooldown. The phone/call button disappears again and I'm only left with the email option. Which I NEVER got a reply from unless it's after a call back. There's also no way to call developer support directly. I tried calling back on the number i previously received the call from, but it gets connected to normal support and they say they cannot transfer or connect the call with the developer support team. I don't know what to do. I urge apple to kindly look into this issue and kindly fix it as soon as possible.

My Apple Developer Membership is a Schrödinger's Paradox
I think I’ve discovered a quantum paradox in the enrollment process. On February 3rd, I paid for my membership. Since then, my account has been in a "Schrödinger's State": It exists (because the payment was successful and my ID was verified weeks ago) It doesn't exist (because it’s still stuck on "Pending" and I can't access any developer tools) It’s been 31 days, and the box is still closed. But I really hope not many people are in this situation, has anyone else faced something similar? How did you resolve it? I’d love to finally start publishing…

Apple developer program payment failure - "Your payment authorisation failed on card"
Hi team, I am having an issue with paying for my apple developer enrolment program. Error message is: Your payment authorisation failed on card XXXX. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method. Things I have tried and has not worked: Multiple company visa card Multiple personal visa card Ensuring billing address matches my visa cards Turn off VPN Try my personal IOS device My company and personal cards should work because I have paid for other products and apple products with it. I do not think this is an isolated incident and that Apple should look into this immediately to prevent blocking developer enrolment. Urgent Issue with Apple Developer Account – Charged Twice but No Access
Hello, I am experiencing a serious issue with my Apple Developer account enrollment. At first, I tried to enroll using my own Apple ID, but the process did not work. I contacted support by email, but I have not received any response for over two weeks. After that, I tried enrolling again using my father’s Apple ID. The payment was successfully charged, I received a receipt by email, and I also received a confirmation message saying that the membership was approved. However, it has now been more than 48 hours and I still do not have access to the Apple Developer account. In addition to that, today I noticed that another charge was made to a different credit card of mine, so currently I have been charged twice, but the account is still not working. I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible, and clarifying why I was charged twice while the account is still not active. Thank you.

False Positive "Shared Device" Flag blocking Enrolment (Case 102822291300)
Dear All, I am writing to report what appears to be a bug in the Apple Developer App’s enrollment verification system that is incorrectly flagging personal hardware. Problem Statement: I am unable to complete enrollment for the Apple Developer Program. On the "Personal Information" or "Identity Verification" stage, the app displays: "Contact Us to Continue. There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved..." Hardware History: Device: iPhone 14 (iOS latest) The device was previously owned by a family member who never enrolled in the Developer Program. The device was factory reset/wiped before my account was added. Despite this, Support (Case 102822291300) states the device is flagged as a "shared device" and refuses to proceed with identity verification. The Impasse: Support has indicated they cannot provide further assistance. However, as an individual developer, this is my primary device. If the system is flagging a reset device as "shared" when there is no history of developer use, it suggests a flaw in the automated verification logic. Request: Can a moderator or support representative look into Case 102822291300 to verify why this specific hardware is being restricted? Is there a manual path for identity verification (Passport/National ID) that doesn't rely on the Apple Developer App's automated device check? Allow me to do manual verification and provide the resolution to the issue. I am eager to bring my app to the platform and would appreciate a path to resolution. Kind Regards, Pradeep Bangalore

Apple Developer Account Enrolment failure (Case 102822291300)
I get the message on my iphone 14 as below. "Contact Us to Continue There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support." I raised the case no. 102822291300 to apple support and they replied to my email they can assist in identity verification and I cannot use developer account. It is very sad to see there is no support from apple to be able to resolve the issue. Their tool flagging the issue seems to have bugs and support team has expressed their inability to provide resolution. Can anyone support how this issue can be fixed? Thanks a lot for your support in advance. Kind Regards, Pradeep

Apple Developer Program — Payment Charged But Enrollment Still Pending (5 Days)
I purchased the Apple Developer Program as an individual on March 1, 2026. My card was successfully charged C$119 + C$15 tax. Order number: W158933275. It has now been 4+ days (well past the stated 48-hour processing time) and my account at developer.apple.com/account still shows "Purchase your membership." I have not received any activation email or follow-up. I opened support case 102835143414 but have not received a response yet. Could an Apple team member please look into my account and help activate my membership? This is blocking my app development. Thank you.

I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep encountering this error message: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." Initially, I tried using a newly created Apple ID, and when that didn’t work, I attempted it with my older Apple ID. Unfortunately, I received the same error both times. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what might be causing it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Organization Enrollment Rejected — Non-UK Director of UK Company — No Alternative Path Offered
I'm trying to enroll a UK-registered limited company in the Apple Developer Program. I am the sole director and authorized signatory of the company, but I am not a UK national and do not hold a UK-issued passport or driving licence. Apple support keeps asking for a "government-issued ID from the United Kingdom" and won't accept my valid passport from another country, even though UK company law fully permits non-UK nationals to be sole directors of UK-registered companies. My enrollment ID was withdrawn and I was told to "designate a UK team member" — but I have no UK employees. I am a solo founder. I have offered to provide my passport, Certificate of Incorporation from Companies House, proof of directorship, and notarized copies of anything needed. Support keeps repeating the same response without offering any alternative path. Case: 102823892910 Has anyone solved this situation? Is there an official alternative verification path for non-UK directors of UK-registered organizations? Any help or escalation pointer appreciated.

Cannot finish account setup
Hello, Our Apple Developer Program membership is active and renewed until 2027, and the updated terms and conditions were accepted a few days ago by the account holder. However, in App Store Connect we are still seeing the following messages: "Your Apple Developer Program subscription has expired. Your apps won't be available on the App Store until you renew it. To renew the subscription, the account holder must go to the Membership section of their account on the Apple Developer website." "The Apple Developer Program license agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed. To update your apps and submit new apps, the account holder must log in to their account, review the updated agreement, and accept it." Both actions appear to have already been completed, but the warnings are still displayed in App Store Connect. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is there any known delay for the system to reflect the updated membership status, or any additional step that we might be missing? Thank you.
