We are currently experiencing the following: Developers who are invited to Appstore Connect in the "Administrator" role and are members of the development team no longer have access to the team's developer resources at https://developer.apple.com Even after deleting the user and a new invitation, there is no access to the developer resources. The problem has existed since yesterday and can be traced in several developer accounts.

I have registered for Apple developer program since December and up until now, I am still stuck on payment. I have tried several credit cards but no response. they said it takes 48 days, but mine is over 2 months now. I have sent a message to support and no response. pls what is happening and why is my experience different? why is Apple not debiting my cards and why is support ghosting me. Hi, I'm from India and payment has been deducted for the membership and I have received an email confirming my subscription of the program but I still cannot access my enrolment dashboard. It says "You'll receive an email soon" in my Apple Developer app under "Enrol" and it says Pending on my Apple Account on web. I have submitted an Apple Developer enrollment application on 2024-March-18, and it's still "IS BEING PROCESSED". And I have submitted multiple support tickets and asked for the status, and ALL of the replies are "uNDer rEvIEW". For real? 423 days? How can it possibly take this long? This is beyond unreasonable. I need a real update on my application—enough with the generic responses. My enrollment ID is 7AR6PGYR9R.

Does anyone know if App Store Connect (or any subset of Apple's toolsuite) has publicly available SOC 2 report? Or if there's a relevant email we can request that from. But when I click it, I’m redirected to Agreements, Tax and Banking, and there is no agreement to accept — the page is empty. I checked with the team, and none of us can see the agreement. Is it possible that the required agreement is available only to the Account Holder and not visible to Admin or Developer roles? Could you please clarify what exactly this error means and how we can locate the missing agreement? Thanks.

I submitted my national ID for verification and then received an email stating that my identity was verified. After that, I tried to enroll in the Apple developer program, but the issue persisted even after they instructed me to proceed. Subsequently, I received an email stating that my identity was not verified. Here is the exact wording from the email: "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." After that, I tried to reach support several times, but there has been no response from them.

Hello. My developer membership is expired. I cannot renew because the renewal option/button does not appears in any device. A banner tells me: "Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect."
