I have been trying to pay for enrollment as a developer all day now. i received the same notification that authentication failed. I have tried different cards and all the address information is correct. I am unsure what to do. Support was useless.

I enrolled to the program via the Developer app and paid for the subscription, got my receipt. The app now says the enrollment is not available. Xcode says I have no developer account. The Appstore mac app says the subscription is active. The developer website says I need to pay. Again. Is this some kind of scam or what?

I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? Hi All, Posting here after completely spinning our wheels with Apple Business Support AND Apple Developer Support thus far. Problem: Our team of Developers have been using Corporate e-mail addresses (companyname.com) as Apple Developer Accounts. A couple of months ago we enrolled in Apple Business and enrolled our .com domain under management. Developers and others were given 30 days to enroll their accounts manually at the end of which it would be done automatically. One of our Developers did the manual transition with the result that his Developer Account "came with him" i.e. signing certificates and whatnot. Our Master Developer - my term, sorry if incorrect reference to the primary Developer Account - did nothing and his e-mail address but not his Developer Account was "forcibly" enrolled. The result being that he lost access to his Developer Account. Apple Support explained that the Developer Account had automatically been assigned a temporary access in the format "user dot name-company dot com at temporary.appleaccount.com". Great, all the Developer needs to do is to log in and follow the immediate prompting to assign a new valid e-mail address. Unfortunately, any address that the User enters is accepted and a verification code is expected. But no verification code is ever received. Not in our Corporate e-mail gateway under a working alias, not in other private accounts. Not in Spam, Junk etcetera. Something is inhibiting the change. The Developer is now stuck because he cannot log in in order to create his own support ticket. I have done so on his behalf, explained clearly the issue, received a link to an open page that does not require authentication, and he created a new ticket. The response comes again back from L1 Support on how to recover or change your login e-mail. Absolutely no recognition of the problem that has been clearly and repeatedly documented. (Bangs head against wall in frustration.) Questions: Is this Problem Description clear? If not PLEASE ask for clarification! Does anyone recognise this issue? Does anyone have a solution OR a way to reach the appropriate level in Apple Developer Support SO THAT our key Certificates etcetera that are no longer accessible in this "blocked" account can be recovered! Hello, Two months ago, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and provided official documents such as my ID and passport. However, I was repeatedly asked to upload them again until my account was declared no longer eligible for use in the Apple Developer Program. I don’t know why my ID was rejected. I tried uploading a regular photo of the document, I tried a scan, and I tried various formats, but nothing worked. Now I want to try again and enroll, but the button is not clickable. When I have created my developer account I do it on a MacPro 2019. Now I develop to a new silicon Mac. To submit the (Mac) application App store Connect give a six-digit verification code. This code must be enter to popup window that appear on Desktop. But the popup window appear on MacPro 2019 instead of silicon Mac. How can I receive popup window in the silicon Mac Desktop, not in MacPro 2019 ? iCloud staff tell that it imposible to change the computer destination that receive popup window... Is it true ? Yes, I can use phone to enter the six-digit verification code but it is very more easy to enter the code in the popup window.

I'm currently unable to create new identifiers in the Apple Developer portal at this URL: https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list The “+” button that should appear to create a new identifier is missing entirely from the page. What’s odd is that another team member (with the same access level and role under the same team) can see and use the button without any issues. So this doesn't appear to be a permissions-related problem. I’ve already tried: Logging out and back in Clearing browser cache Using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Using Incognito/Private mode Still no luck. Hi, While I understand that some enrollment reviews may take time, it has now been nearly a month since we submitted our company enrollment on April 11, and unfortunately, we still have no concrete updates or next steps. As a small business, this extended delay is significantly affecting our operations. We are unable to proceed with our product launch, engage with partners, or move forward with development work. Each passing day adds to the financial and operational pressure we’re facing. To be completely transparent, we honestly don’t believe there is a large set of documents or verifications that would justify such a long review. Our company’s D-U-N-S information has been provided and contains clear, publicly verifiable details about our registration and address. Beyond that, there is no additional documentation that should require extended evaluation. From our research, we’ve learned that some enrollments may get stuck in the review pipeline indefinitely unless manually escalated — and some companies only managed to resolve the issue after getting in touch with senior contacts or executives. We kindly ask — and sincerely hope — that instead of a standard response confirming the enrollment is “under review,” we can receive a more concrete update: what stage it is truly at, whether any verification is pending, and whether manual intervention is required.
