Individual to Organization migration disappeared without being completed
Individual to Organization migration disappeared without being completed I first contacted Apple Developer Support by phone on August 21, 2026 to begin converting my Individual Apple Developer Program membership to an Organization membership. On August 27, a support request was opened for the migration: Case 20000149209912. On August 30, Developer Support confirmed that they understood I wanted to migrate my individual membership to a company membership and asked me to provide my valid 9-digit D-U-N-S number. I provided it that same day. On September 1, I received another response, but instead of an update on the migration, I was told there was an issue with the name associated with my developer account. I replied and clarified the issue. I then checked the Developer website and found that there was no longer any migration request showing as pending, but my membership had not been converted to an Organization. I also received a support survey after the support interaction was treated as completed. At this point, I am concerned that the migration request was closed without the migration actually being completed. Can Apple Developer Support please confirm whether there is still an active Individual-to-Organization migration associated with my account, or help restore or escalate the migration if it was closed prematurely? Unable to enroll in Apple Developer Program – web and app both blocked
I’m trying to enroll as an Individual. On the Apple Developer website I receive: “Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” In the Apple Developer app I receive: “This account can’t enroll with the app” and I’m redirected to the website. My Apple Account has been active for approximately two years. Two-factor authentication is enabled, my legal name, date of birth, address, phone number and country/region information are correct. I’m not using a VPN. I’m also unable to reach Developer Support because the contact page only offers a phone callback for my region, and the callback option is not working. Could Developer Program Support please review whether there is an enrollment or identity verification restriction on my Apple Account?

Organization enrollment declined with no reason provided — 2 open support cases, no response
I enrolled my company Yasmina IT and Development LLC (Wyoming LLC) in the Apple Developer Program as an organization. The enrollment was declined and my account page now shows "Your enrollment request for your company has been declined." Company details: Legal Entity: Yasmina IT and Development LLC D-U-N-S: 141729385 Website: yasmina-it.com Valid EIN and passport on file Developer Support (Robert, case 102818588804) advised me to enroll as an individual instead, but provided no specific reason for the organization decline. I replied on March 19th asking for the rejection reason — no response. I opened a second case (30000003327016) on March 25th — also no response. I am not asking to bypass any requirements. I simply need the specific rejection reason so I can take the correct action. Has anyone experienced this and found a resolution?

Enrollment fails with "An unknown error occurred" — Case ID 102950775627
I'm trying to complete Apple Developer Program enrollment and consistently hit the following error page: developer.apple.com/enroll/error — "We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred." This happens [at what step? — e.g., after submitting payment / after entity verification / immediately on clicking Enroll]. I've already opened a support case (ID: 102950775627) but haven't heard back. Has anyone else run into this, or found a workaround? Any guidance appreciated.

ADP enrolment errors
We have been attempting to apply to the Apple Developer Program. Our application seemed to get stuck for over 3 and we were told after numerous queries that our application was approved. Since then we have consistently hit a 503 error when attempting to accept the T&Cs. This last situation has been ongoing since June with no sign of any resolution and support has been entirely unresponsive to multiple queries. Is this familiar to others? Any suggestions on how to move forward or at least get answers? Is it worthwhile to keep trying? Thanks all!

TestFlight Rejection
Hi, My App got rejected initially for not having an Admin username and password available for Apple to thoroughly text my app. I've added those details in and asked through the messaging service to re-submit my app for testing, but 2 days on the status is still saying 'Rejected'. How long does it normally take for an App to be re-submitted and tested again?

Can't upload macOS app: legacy App ID prefix differs from Team ID (errors 91130, 90286)
I need Apple to update a legacy App ID prefix to match my Team ID, and my support case has gone unanswered. Posting here in hopes a code-signing engineer can advise or nudge it along. My app VHDLRef (bundle ID com.squishLogic.VHDLRef, Apple ID 418473744) dates back to my original individual developer account. The App ID's prefix is still the legacy value CN7ZHAEHF4, while my current team (squishLogic LLC) has Team ID R55F2X4J69. Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles confirms the prefix mismatch. The iOS app builds, uploads, and was just approved (v3.2), since iOS accepts an App ID prefix that differs from the Team ID. The macOS build of the same target is rejected at upload by App Store Connect: Error 91130: "Invalid Provisioning Profile ... Invalid 'com.apple.application-identifier' entitlement value." Error 90286: "the 'CN7ZHAEHF4.com.squishLogic.VHDLRef' value for the com.apple.application-identifier key ... isn't supported. This value should be a string that starts with your Team ID, followed by a dot, followed by the bundle ID." My understanding is that the Mac App Store requires application-identifier to be TeamID.bundleID, there is no self-service way to change an App ID prefix, and the fix is for Apple to update the prefix to R55F2X4J69. The app has no keychain items or keychain sharing (entitlements are empty), so no user data depends on the old prefix. Questions: (1) Is a prefix update the correct and available fix here? (2) Is there any developer-side workaround short of shipping the Mac app under a new bundle ID and losing universal purchase? (3) Any way to escalate the support case, given phone support is currently unavailable? Case number: 20000152117550

Apple Developer Program Terminated Under Section 3.2(f) — No Response After Appeal and Support Requests
Hello Apple Developer Community and Apple Staff, I am seeking guidance regarding the termination of my Apple Developer Program membership under Section 3.2(f). I have been a legitimate developer operating and maintaining multiple applications on the App Store. My applications have been operating normally, with legitimate users, subscriptions, and revenue. I was therefore extremely surprised to receive a notice stating that my Apple Developer Program membership had been terminated due to alleged fraudulent conduct. I submitted an appeal and provided information explaining my situation. Unfortunately, the appeal was denied and I was informed that the decision was final. Since then, I have contacted Apple Developer Support again because I genuinely believe that this termination may have resulted from a misunderstanding, an incorrect account association, or another issue that I have not been made aware of. A new Developer Support case was created, but I have now been waiting for more than a week without receiving a substantive response. Developer Support Case ID: 20000147589124 I fully understand that account-specific matters cannot normally be resolved through the Developer Forums, and I am not asking the community to overturn Apple’s decision. I am simply hoping that an Apple Staff member can advise whether there is any appropriate escalation path, or help confirm whether my case can be forwarded to the relevant Developer Program team for a manual review. I am fully willing to cooperate with Apple and provide any information necessary to verify my identity, company, applications, payment history, account activity, or any other relevant information. This developer account is very important to our legitimate business, and I would sincerely appreciate an opportunity to understand what may have caused the termination and to correct any misunderstanding if one has occurred. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Enrollment Still Pending 3 Weeks Post-Payment - Case ID:
I am reaching out to escalate an issue regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment, which remains incomplete and marked as "Pending" or "In Review," despite my payment being processed three weeks ago. I received the order confirmation but have not yet received my membership activation email, nor can I access the developer tools or App Store Connect. This three-week delay is causing significant setbacks for our production and testing schedules. there is no communication at all.

Unable to Submit Reinstatement Request After Account Termination
Hello, I am posting here because I no longer have access to the communication channels that were previously available to discuss my developer account with Apple. My appeal was denied, but Apple informed me that I could submit a reinstatement request after addressing the concerns that had been identified. Following that communication, I spent considerable time reviewing my applications, metadata, screenshots, codebase, user flows, and business practices. Although I do not believe my account was involved in dishonest or fraudulent activity, I nevertheless made extensive changes in an effort to address any potential concerns Apple may have had. The main difficulty is that the specific conduct that led to the termination decision was never clearly explained to me. Apple cited Section 3.2(f) and provided examples of prohibited behavior, but did not identify which specific action or activity was associated with my account. As a result, I was left attempting to correct every possible issue without understanding what the actual concern was. In addition, throughout my participation in the Apple Developer Program, I had never previously encountered a notice, suspension, or similar action of this nature. This made it even more difficult for me to understand what specific issue Apple believed had occurred and how best to address it. While I was still implementing changes and preparing what I believed would be a reinstatement submission, I received a termination notice. Since the termination, I have lost access to the Contact Us page and the communication channels that were previously available to me. I would therefore appreciate guidance from Apple or from developers who may have experienced a similar situation: How is a developer expected to submit a reinstatement request after termination if the Contact Us page is no longer accessible? Is there an alternative channel through which reinstatement requests can be submitted? Has anyone successfully submitted a reinstatement request after account termination and received a review? I am not asking Apple to reverse its decision through this forum. I am simply trying to understand how a developer is expected to submit a reinstatement request after termination when the previously available communication channels are no longer accessible. Thank you for your time.

False-Positive Filter Blocking Bulgarian Entity Term "EOOD" on Developer Portal and Email Servers
The word "EOOD" is flagged by the developer.apple and by your email server/client which results in not beeing able to upload files and send emails to support. The developer.apple site does not allow you to have this word in the description for the uploaded files. Go to https://developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/ and upload a file(any), add this as description: ################################################################################################################ About the discrepancy - EOOD & LTD., in Bulgaria the companies with status: "Sole proprietorship with limited liability" are called "EOOD", so LTD is the international standard but in Bulgaria it's called "EOOD". You can check this here: https://euroformat.eu/documents-for-registering-ltd-eood-and-ood-in-bulgaria-for-foreigners/ https://www.mi.government.bg/en/business-handbook-for-sme/choice-of-legal-form-registration-documents-and-procedure/#id11en ################################################################################################################ The input gets red => can't upload this file. Why this is a problem - because apple support asked me to explain the difference between LTD and EOOD. The bug in email server/client is pretty much the same - sending email which contains EOOD does not get delivered to your support. You can try sending the same text I provided for the file description.

Apple Developer Program enrollment stuck – support case unresolved
Hello, I am having an ongoing issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment. My enrollment has remained pending even after following the instructions provided by Apple Developer Support and attempting to complete the membership/payment process. I already contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times, but the issue is still unresolved and I have not received a clear explanation of what is preventing my membership from being activated. Support Case: 20000137498292 Enrollment ID: 3S93NRC4F9 The account continues to show that the membership needs to be purchased / activated, although I have already followed the enrollment instructions. This is currently blocking the release of my app, RIVULT, on the App Store. Could someone from Apple Developer Relations please help escalate or review this case and advise what action is still required? I would especially like to know whether: The enrollment is under manual review. There is a problem with the payment. Identity or compliance verification is pending. I need to provide any additional information. I do not want to submit another payment until the status of the previous enrollment/payment attempts is clarified. Thank you.

Beta Test

new enrollment pending
I applied for the mobile developer program. When I reached the payment stage, it asked me to pay approximately 1500 Egyptian pounds. I paid and waited for activation, but it didn't happen. I went to the website to follow up on the activation and found it telling me to click here to complete my account, and it took me to the payment stage again. This time the amount was $99. I thought the activation was delayed because of the small initial amount. I decided to pay again, believing that activation would happen quickly. But unfortunately, the amount was deducted, and nothing happened. The money has now been withdrawn twice, and I can't find anyone to help me. Most importantly, I have a project I want to start as soon as possible.
