Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Apple developer member ship Renewal
We are facing a challenge with the renewal of our Apple Developer Program. Last year, we renewed it using a UPI ID, but that UPI ID is no longer available. We have added a new UPI ID and want the payment to be deducted from it. However, when we click on ‘Renew the Program,’ it redirects us to the old UPI ID, which we are unable to delete. It also shows that there is a currently active subscription linked to that UPI ID. We are in the 30-day grace period. We contacted the Apple Support team, but they have not provided a solution. Is there anyone who can help with this?”

My developer account has been closed
You closed my 5-year-old account without any question, without any violation of the rules. You haven't even bothered to respond in 2 months. I will seek my rights in every way and complain about you on all platforms. I have never violated anything so far. I am suing you, you have caused me a lot of damage in the last 2 months. Unable to Generate MDM CSR for Apple Push Certificates Portal
I am currently developing an Apple MDM solution as a vendor and have successfully obtained the Vendor Certificate from the Apple Developer Portal. However, when attempting to generate and upload the Certificate Signing Request (CSR) to the Apple Push Certificates Portal Portal Link. I encounter the error: "Invalid Certificate Signing Request." I have followed the official Apple documentation outlined here, but the issue persists. Hello all. I am currently working on a bug that has recently grown due to the beta release of iOS 18.4. I am unable to reproduce the crash at the moment; however, given that the bug is mostly exclusive to 18.4, I was wondering if this is a known issue or one specific to my app? Authentication failed because the remote party sent a TLS alert: 'HandshakeFailure'
Around March 25th, the payment function of my app suddenly failed to successfully parse payment information, while the previous functions were normal. The normal logic is that we will send payment information to this address on Apple( https://buy.itunes.apple.com/verifyReceipt )We will receive a parsed file in JSON format. Unable to Re-Enroll in Apple Developer Program Due to Document Rejection
Hello, Two months ago, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and provided official documents such as my ID and passport. However, I was repeatedly asked to upload them again until my account was declared no longer eligible for use in the Apple Developer Program. I don’t know why my ID was rejected. I tried uploading a regular photo of the document, I tried a scan, and I tried various formats, but nothing worked. Now I want to try again and enroll, but the button is not clickable. Silent Push notifications - frequency permitted
Dear Apple support team, I have some questions for you about this topic: I'm designing an app that need to send a notification like a classic clock alarm timer to the user, let's say each and every 25 minutes of cellphone usage, ofc only if the device is being used. The thing is that when my app is put to background, then Apple will shut it down after 30-60secs. I was thinking to send a silent push notification to my app just so I can wake it up for an instant just so it can shoot a local notification, and then keep in the background totally inactive. That means I'll have to send to my app around 3 silent push notifications x hour. Do you think it is a problem for you? or it's ok to do that? unable to enroll in Apple Developer Program
I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m getting an error: "There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support." How can I complete my enrollment? When I try to contact support via Email, it necessary to select an organization. However, I have already joined two different organizations, but they are not mine. Without selecting an organization, I can't proceed. Does anyone know a solution for this? Thank you!

Can I have 2 different accounts for my DBA names under a LLC under a single developer account
Hey! I just wanted to inquire is it possible to have 2 separate accounts for my DBA names under one llc's developer account. For example if my 2 DBA names are Henry Foods and Henry Clothes and my LLC name is Parent Henry LLC , can I have 2 separate app store profiles for Henry Foods and Henry Clothes under the developer account of parent Henry ? (Those are just examples names)

I been searching about this for so long now i don’t think it’s possible anymore & its more of a talk about thing than doing😭😭. But i’m a Mixing/Mastering Engineer for Music, & I’m always seeing people music releasing to Apple Music, with the icon “Apple Digital Master“ But when I do research the only thing i can find is it needs to be done in an approved Apple Studio, But me personally i’ve never heard or seen one. So i’m patiently & sincerely waiting for the right response that can help me or lead me to the right person or direction to help me out please, Because all this seeking is really starting to make my brain have aneurysm.

We'd like to give account holder role to another person in our team and when I tried to verify my account and post id photos in Developer app, I always got the next answer: 'Unable to Send Information, Your information could not be sent due to a connection error' with 2 buttons (try, cancel). Expedite Device List Reset
My team has reached the maximum number of registered iPhone devices on our profile and would like to reset the list to remove those that are no longer valid. Currently, our reset date in the developer portal shows March 22nd as the earliest date for a reset. Is it possible to request an earlier reset date? Thanks

App Attest Service Quota Limits
Hello, Preparing to use the app attest service documentation suggests we call attestKey(_:clientDataHash:completionHandler:) fewer than 100 requests per second. I had a question - Our app might theoretically hit this limit on launch. Would Apple be able to relax these limits or is this a hard limit?
