Developer Account Terminated for "Fraud" With No Explanation — No Response After 1.5 Weeks, Role Also Changed to "Finance" Without My Action
Hi everyone, I'm reaching out because I'm stuck and hoping someone from the community — or Apple — can help. On July 28, 2026, I received a termination letter for my Apple Developer Program membership. The letter cites Section 3.2(f) of the ADP Agreement and states that Apple has "good reason to believe" I violated it due to "documented indications of fraudulent conduct." However, the letter provides no specific details, no examples, and no explanation of what conduct triggered this decision. It explicitly states it's "not intended to be a complete statement of the facts." I immediately opened a support ticket (Case ID: 20000122541025) asking for clarification and to appeal the decision. It has now been 1.5 weeks with zero response beyond the automated acknowledgment email. To make things more concerning: I noticed that my role on the team is now showing as "Finance", even though I am the Account Holder. I did not make this change myself, and I have no explanation for how or when it happened. This makes me wonder if there was unauthorized access to my account, and whether that could be connected to whatever triggered the "fraud" determination. I've since: Submitted a follow-up through the "Need assistance with accessing your developer account" contact form Checked my Apple ID security settings for signs of unauthorized access Been waiting for any kind of substantive response Has anyone else experienced: A termination for "fraudulent conduct" with zero specifics provided? Their account role being changed without their knowledge? Long response delays (1.5+ weeks) on Developer Program Support tickets for termination appeals? Any advice on how to escalate this, or realistic expectations on response time, would be greatly appreciated. This has real business impact and I'd like to understand what actually happened before accepting a decision I don't have visibility into. Thanks in advance.

Is the Email Apple Sends You Stating 90% of Review Times Occur Within Hours False?
Hello to all1 I have an app currently published on Android and immediately pivoted to publishing the app on Apple, and was pretty excited about the response time from support when signing up for an account. I build the app using RN, so the move to Apple was fairly simple. Works great on my phone. That said, I'm still waiting for Apple to review my app. It's only been 3 days, but Apple says 90% of apps take 48 hours. Is that accurate? I submitted a ticket as well and never received a response.

Unable to Enroll in Apple Developer Program
Hello everyone, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual, but I keep receiving the following error message: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." I have already checked all the common requirements and everything appears to be correct: My Apple ID uses my legal name. My Apple ID region, billing information, and device region are correct and match. Two-factor authentication is enabled and active. My account information is complete and up to date. I am not using a VPN. I have tried multiple times, but the same error continues to appear. I have also contacted Apple Developer Support by email and phone, but so far I have not received any helpful response or resolution. Has anyone experienced this issue before? If so, how were you able to resolve it? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program enrollment rejected after failed identity verification — unable to retry or submit documents manually
Hello, I am having an issue completing my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program and would appreciate guidance from Apple Developer Support or anyone who has experienced a similar situation. I initially applied for the Apple Developer Program, but during the payment stage, Apple did not accept my payment method. I tried several debit and credit cards registered in my own name, but none of them were accepted. I contacted Apple Developer Support and was advised to continue the enrollment process through the Apple Developer app. Support enabled the identity-verification process for my account, and everything worked correctly until the passport-scanning step. During the passport scan, the app captured a blurred image. I wanted to rescan the passport, but the app did not give me an option to retake the image and submitted it. Approximately 5–10 minutes later, the identity verification was rejected. After that, I contacted Apple Developer Support again, explained that the passport image had been captured incorrectly, and requested either: another opportunity to complete the identity verification; manual identity verification; or a secure method to submit my passport and any other required documents. I made it clear that I am ready to provide any documentation necessary to verify my identity. However, I received the following response: “We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs.” Since receiving this message, I have not received any further explanation or response. I am also unable to restart the enrollment process. I currently receive the following message: “Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” My support case numbers are: 102885570056 102931611778 I believe the rejection was caused by the blurred passport image captured by the Apple Developer app, rather than a problem with my identity or documents. I was not given an opportunity to review or retake the image before it was submitted. Could Apple Developer Support please clarify: Whether my enrollment can be manually reviewed; Whether the identity-verification process can be reset so I can scan my passport again; Whether I can securely provide my passport and supporting documents directly to Apple; Whether this rejection is permanent or whether I may submit a new enrollment request. I am a legitimate applicant from Azerbaijan and am fully prepared to provide my original passport, payment information, proof of address, or any other documentation required through an official and secure Apple channel. I am not requesting that my identity be verified publicly through the forum. I only need assistance restoring the verification process or having my case escalated to the appropriate enrollment team. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards, Eshgin Shirinov

Individual-to-Organization migration stuck since July 17; membership benefits disabled
Our Apple Developer Program membership migration from Individual to Organization has been pending since July 17, 2026. All requested identity and company documents were submitted and confirmed as received on July 18. Since the migration began, our membership benefits have remained unavailable. We cannot upload new TestFlight builds or publish our production-ready app. App Store Connect still recognizes the app and our existing TestFlight builds remain accessible. However, new distribution fails because the Apple Account is no longer recognized as belonging to the existing development team. Developer Support told us that the case was escalated to Senior Advisors, but after repeated follow-ups we still have no case owner, specific review stage, estimated completion timeframe, or rollback option. Has anyone encountered this state during an Individual-to-Organization migration? Could an Apple staff member please help route this to the responsible Apple Developer Program enrollment or migration team? We can provide the support case, Enrollment ID, and Team ID privately. This unresolved migration is causing a complete production release outage for our company.

Problem joining the developer program
Hi, I've been trying for days to create a developer account to upload an app to the store. I receive the verification code on my phone without any problem, I accept the terms, and when I tap "continue," I always get the message "We are unable to process your request." I also have two-factor authentication enabled, and the problem persists.

App store LLC enrollment: 6X23Y99AX3
Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone from the Apple Developer Support team or the community can help shed some light on my situation, as I seem to be stuck in a verification loop and unable to move my organization's enrollment forward. We are enrolling as an organization (LLC). I received an email from Apple stating they could not verify my identity and association with the enrolling entity, and they requested several specific documents: Applicant's government-issued photo ID Applicant's employment verification Excerpt from the entrepreneurial registry for LLC I successfully submitted all of these documents in English via the secure file-upload portal (https://developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/) exactly as requested. However, we have not received any response, status update, or further instructions since the upload. The status remains pending. Here are the details for my enrollment: Enrollment ID: 6X23Y99AX3 Country: Georgia Additionally, because we are located in Georgia, the "Call Me" phone support option is not available for our region in the contact portal, which makes it incredibly difficult to get real-time assistance or escalate the issue. I have submitted an email ticket, but given the critical nature of this developer account for our business timelines, being stuck in this silent waiting period is very concerning.

Still Waiting for Apple Developer Account Conversion (Individual to Organization) – No Response After Nearly One Month
Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. I'm looking for some guidance regarding the Apple Developer account conversion process. Nearly one month ago, we submitted a request to convert our Apple Developer account from Individual to Organization. We also contacted Apple Support and provided the required information. Since then, we have been patiently waiting, but we have not received any updates or feedback via email or through the support process. A few weeks ago, we also created a post here on the Apple Developer Forums hoping to receive some guidance, but unfortunately, we have not received any response there either. At this point, we would simply like to know: Is it normal for the conversion process to take this long? Has anyone experienced a similar delay? Is there anything else we should do, or should we continue waiting for Apple's response? We understand that these requests may require additional review, and we truly appreciate the work of the Apple team. We would just be grateful for any update or advice from the community or Apple staff. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. Any suggestions or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Best regards.

My app got taken down, and I’m not able to renew
Hello, hope everyone’s doing well. For context, I’m on an organization App Developer account. I got my app taken down yesterday because my membership did not get renewed. I got an email saying that I should renew it from the Apple Developer app, but when I go to the app logged in as my account holder there’s no Renew button anywhere - same thing on the web. I had signed all the agreements before the expiration but now they show as “expired” on the App Store Connect with no way for me to sign the agreements again. I would really appreciate any support on this.

Issue Summary — BWIOSGdx.xcframework fails to run on iOS Simulator
Background: The app embeds an in-app game feature ("Game Hub" / Fallinmoji) that is written in Java against libGDX and cross-compiled to native code for iOS using RoboVM (via ./gradlew :ios:robovmInstall). The build produces BWIOSGdx.xcframework, which is linked and embedded into the main iOS target. What we confirmed in the framework itself: The .xcframework does contain two genuinely separate Mach-O slices — one tagged LC_BUILD_VERSION platform=IOS (device) and one tagged platform=IOS SIMULATOR (arm64 simulator), so at the packaging level Xcode sees a proper simulator slice. Despite that, the framework does not run correctly under the Simulator, so our build script deliberately skips building/linking it entirely for iphonesimulator runs ("libGDX is device-only") and the feature is device-only in practice. Root cause (working theory): RoboVM AOT-compiles JVM bytecode into native ARM64 machine code and relies on hand-written runtime scaffolding (trampolines, dynamic method dispatch, JIT-adjacent code generation) that predates Apple Silicon simulators. That scaffolding appears to assume the calling conventions/execution environment of a physical device and does not behave correctly when executed inside the Simulator's process (which runs under different memory-protection/JIT and code-signing rules than a device). The result is that even though a correctly-tagged simulator slice exists, code compiled by RoboVM's toolchain does not execute reliably there — RoboVM itself has been effectively unmaintained since ~2017 and was never updated for Apple's current arm64 Simulator runtime. Impact: We cannot build/run/debug the Game Hub feature (and by extension, sometimes the whole app when this framework is force-included) in the Simulator, which blocks fast local iteration, CI-based UI testing, and any workflow that depends on Simulator rather than a provisioned physical device. Ask for Apple: Is this a known/expected limitation of running JIT-adjacent or non-Apple-toolchain-compiled native code (e.g., from RoboVM or similar Java→native cross-compilers) inside the iOS Simulator on Apple Silicon, versus on a physical device? Is there a supported mechanism (entitlement, code-signing flag, JIT-related capability) that would let such a framework execute correctly under Simulator, or is Simulator execution of dynamically-generated/trampoline-based native code from third-party toolchains fundamentally unsupported?

No identity found: Command CodeSign failed with a nonzero exit code
Hello! I'm new to xcode and am developing an iOS app. I hit the following error when build my app: MY_SHA no identity found Command CodeSign failed with a nonzero exit code I have generated my certificate through xcode. I can see the Certificate and the private key in Keychain -> login. But it's not that private key is under the Certificate. They are listed in parallel. The certificate appears in Certificate tab but not in My Certificate Tab. Would that matter? security find-certificate -a -Z | grep -A1 "Apple Development" Gives me the certificate. But security find-identity -v -p codesigning give 0 valid identity found. Could you help me figure out what could be the reason for this? I've been stuck for several days now. Thank you so much!

Developer account
I have applied for company developer account 2 months ago and still the process is under review ? is this a joke? After speaking to support several times they just say it is not known because the developer account team is different you just have to wait for update on your mail, there is no updates on why my membership account is not reviewed yet. this is really frustrating. I need my account ASAP!
