Hi everyone I’m looking for some help regarding my enrollment. I paid for the Apple Developer Program on April 10th and the funds were fully deducted from my bank account on April 13th. However, my account status has not updated and still shows "Enroll Now" or "Enrollment in progress." I have already contacted support multiple times, but my case hasn't been resolved yet. Case ID: 102868232846 Does anyone know how to speed this up, or can a moderator please look into this? It has been over 10 days and I urgently need to start working on my app distribution. Thanks!

Hello, I’m posting here as a last resort because this situation is becoming extremely concerning. I applied for the Apple Developer Program on April 1st, and the $99 payment was successfully charged immediately. I was told I would receive a response within 2 business days. It has now been 23 days, and I have received absolutely no communication from Apple—no confirmation, no update, nothing. I have already: Sent multiple emails to Apple Developer Support Waited far beyond the promised timeframe But there has been complete silence. To make things worse, I am located in a country where phone support is not available, so I have no way to escalate this directly. At this point, I’m struggling to understand what’s happening: Apple has taken my payment My developer account is still not active There is no response from support This feels extremely unprofessional and honestly raises serious concerns about how this process is being handled. If there is an issue with my enrollment, why has there been no communication at all? And if not, why is my payment being held without any progress? I would really appreciate if someone from Apple could look into this urgently or advise on what steps I can take next. Right now, I feel completely scammed with no visibility into what’s going on.

Hello, My Enrollment ID: QMVVD74WMY I submitted application 9 business days ago. However, the status remains ‘Pending’ ‘Your enrollment is being processed’ and I have not received any further instructions or payment link. This delay is significantly impacting our project timeline and business launch in Europe. I have tried to contact support via phone and emails without success. Xcode 26.4 productivity/UX regression.
I switch between Project / Tests / Breakpoints using top left pane 100s times a day. I also switch to search using CMD-Shift-F. In Xcode 26.4 I have to tap the <> to open menu. Is there a way to bring back the old behavior. Does any of the UX guys who worked on that feature use Xcode on daily basis? This is so bad :(

Membership renewal not reflected
Our Apple Developer Program membership renewal is facing an issue from Apple’s side. The membership section shows that the annual fee is marked as "waived", but the developer portal still shows that our membership has expired. Even after multiple follow-ups with Apple support, the issue has not been resolved. Additionally, our apps have become unavailable on the App Store due to this issue. These applications are used for public service delivery / judicial stakeholders, and the outage is affecting users. This is a critical issue for us, and we would appreciate guidance or escalation support from Apple staff/community moderators.

Charged $99 for Apple Developer Program but enrollment blocked single name from Indonesia, anyone dealt with this?
So I've been dealing with this for over 2 weeks and honestly losing my mind a bit. Background: I'm Indonesian. In Indonesia it's totally legal and common to have a single name on your ID, no first or last name, just one name. When I filled out the enrollment form I put the same name in both fields since it required both. What happened: Got charged $99, Apple invoice confirmed, bank confirmed Developer portal: "your enrollment could not be completed" Tried the Developer app: "enrollment through app could not be completed on this account" Support has replied twice basically saying "try the Developer app" — which doesn't work I have an open case but it's going in circles. Has anyone here dealt with single-name enrollment issues with Apple Developer? Especially from Indonesia or India or anywhere with similar naming conventions? Or any tips for actually getting a human at Apple to manually fix this? Email support feels like a wall.

Provisioning profile missing com.apple.developer.family-controls entitlement despite approved capability
My Family Controls (Distribution) capability request (C4N7962252) was approved March 15, 2026 for bundle ID com.jedsiegel.unplugtogether. All three Family Controls capabilities are enabled on the App ID. When I generate a provisioning profile (manual or automatic), Xcode reports: "Provisioning profile doesn't match the entitlements file's value for the com.apple.developer.family-controls entitlement." I decoded the profile using security cms -D and found: com.apple.developer.family-controls.app-and-website-usage → present com.apple.developer.family-controls → missing entirely My entitlements file requires com.apple.developer.family-controls with value ["individual"] for AuthorizationCenter. I've tried toggling capabilities off/on, deleting and recreating profiles, switching between automatic and manual signing, and clearing provisioning profile caches. Nothing works because the profile generation itself is not including the entitlement. Team ID: Q4RA4WMD6K Xcode 26.3, targeting iOS 26.2 Has anyone encountered this? Is there a way to get the provisioning system to include this entitlement?

Unable to Proceed Despite Accepting Apple Developer Program License Agreement
Hello everyone, I’ve been facing an issue for the past month related to the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. I am continuously seeing the following message in App Store Connect: "Agreement Update The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed. For more information, go to your account on the Apple Developer website." The problem is that I have already reviewed and accepted all available agreements multiple times from the Apple Developer account. Despite this, the message keeps appearing every day, and I am completely blocked from performing any actions such as: Uploading new apps Submitting app updates Managing existing app versions I have checked: Agreements section in both App Store Connect and Apple Developer portal Different browsers and devices Multiple logins/logouts Everything shows as accepted, but the issue still persists. Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there something I might be missing, especially in case of organization accounts or role-based permissions? Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Can't enroll; support is totally useless

I contacted email support, they took seven days to respond with this message: Hello, Thank you for contacting Developer Support. I would first like to apologize for this delayed answer. It is certainly not the normal waiting time for an answer from Developer Support. We are currently facing a huge number of requests from our customers and your patience is well appreciated. I understand you are having issues submitting your enrollment. We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs. You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple Account in Xcode to develop and test apps on your own device. Learn more about Xcode development. If you have additional questions related to this request, reply to this email or visit your recent cases. Your case number is 102856745558. Best regards, Christopher Developer Support So they didn't even try to do anything to solve my problem. I replied and 13 days later still no response. So I opened up a new email support case while trying to get the phone support going. Phone support was just as useless. They did a "deep dive" and then came back with literally no more information than the support email. I asked about what my options for escalating this were and they had no suggestions. Next I tried creating a new apple account, this failed whenever I got to the step where you need to enter a 2FA code from a phone, probably because I reused the same phone number since of course I only have one phone number. I got a reply from the second email support case: Hello Christopher, My name is Samira with Developer Support and I’ll be assisting you today. We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs. You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple Account in Xcode to develop and test apps on your own device. Learn more about Xcode development. They obviously need to escalate this to an engineer who can actually find out what's broken, but I've exhausted every single thing I could myself and the only consistent thing I see is that literally every step of every process is broken in some way.

Xcode Command Line Tools update not wanted, but persists
I am running Tahoe 26.4.1 on a MacBook Air, M4, 2025. In System Settings, I have an item heading of Software Update Available. Clicking on that brings up "Command Line Tools for Xcode 26.4". The only available choices are to Update Now or Cancel. In the past, I was developing a game, but have quit working on that, and deleted Xcode and Command Line Tools. Wanting the "Command Line Tools ..." line to disappear from System Settings, I called Apple Support, and at their request have followed the steps in "https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode/installing-the-command-line-tools" to delete this entry in System Settings, namely the 2 sudo's in that article under the section "Uninstall the command line tools". This did not cause the "Command Line Tools for Xcode 26.4" line in System Settings to disappear (as I was told by Apple support that it would, because I would be deleting the receipt). In Terminal, I did indeed receive a response of "No receipt for 'com.apple.dt.commandlinetools' found at '/'.". I have called developer support, but the individual I spoke with had no useful guidance on how to finish this issue, except to post to the Forum. I would appreciate any guidance on how to delete the "Command Line Tools ..." entry from System Settings.

Enrollment blocked after identity docs uploaded — name mismatch between passport holder and billing (Kazakhstan, Case 102874149779)
Hi everyone, Sharing my case to get visibility, and to ask if anyone has dealt with a similar name-mismatch situation between passport and billing card. Timeline: April 17, 2026 — Enrolled in Apple Developer Program and paid $99 (Order D004772863, Invoice MC65387000). Account holder and Apple ID: me (Turan Mural, turanalemfilms [at] gmail.com, Kazakhstan). April 17, 2026 — Same day, received the identity verification request from developer [at] email.apple.com asking for passport and Kazakhstan national ID. Uploaded both immediately via the official upload link (developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/). Passport: valid, current, matches my Apple ID name. April 17 – 20 — Complete silence. No confirmation of document receipt, no status change. April 20 — Submitted support request. Case ID 102874149779. Only an automated acknowledgement. April 22 — After 5 days of silence, requested withdrawal to try a fresh start. Apple confirmed withdrawal automatically with no guidance on refund or reinstatement. April 22 — Opened second support ticket. Same automated response, zero human contact. Likely root cause (my guess): The card used for payment belongs to my spouse (common family arrangement in Kazakhstan), so the billing name on the order shows her name, while the uploaded passport is mine. I suspect automated review flagged this mismatch and no human picked it up. Questions for the community: Has anyone resolved a case like this where the payment card holder differs from the developer account holder? For those with blocked enrollments after docs were uploaded — what channel actually got a human response? Is it safer to wait for the original case to resolve, or to push for a refund and re-enroll with a payment method in my own name? Claude: Your request couldn't be completed.
For the last 2 days, the claude agent has stopped working, it's not the issue where you get logged out after 8 hours, I have signed out and back in multiple times, quit xcode, nothing is working, every request just generates the following response: "Your request couldn't be completed."

Enrollment blocked after identity docs uploaded — name mismatch between passport holder and billing (Kazakhstan, Case 102874149779)
Hi everyone, Sharing my case to get visibility, and to ask if anyone has dealt with a similar name-mismatch situation between passport and billing card. Timeline: April 17, 2026 — Enrolled in Apple Developer Program and paid $99 (Order D004772863, Invoice MC65387000). Account holder and Apple ID: me (Turan Mural, turanalemfilms [at] gmail.com, Kazakhstan). April 17, 2026 — Same day, received the identity verification request from developer [at] email.apple.com asking for passport and Kazakhstan national ID. Uploaded both immediately via the official upload link (developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/). Passport: valid, current, matches my Apple ID name. April 17 – 20 — Complete silence. No confirmation of document receipt, no status change. April 20 — Submitted support request. Case ID 102874149779. Only an automated acknowledgement. April 22 — After 5 days of silence, requested withdrawal to try a fresh start. Apple confirmed withdrawal automatically with no guidance on refund or reinstatement. April 22 — Opened second support ticket. Same automated response, zero human contact. Likely root cause (my guess): The card used for payment belongs to my spouse (common family arrangement in Kazakhstan), so the billing name on the order shows her name, while the uploaded passport is mine. I suspect automated review flagged this mismatch and no human picked it up. Questions for the community: Has anyone resolved a case like this where the payment card holder differs from the developer account holder? For those with blocked enrollments after docs were uploaded — what channel actually got a human response? Is it safer to wait for the original case to resolve, or to push for a refund and re-enroll with a payment method in my own name? Hi everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m completely blocked and running out of options. Every time I attempt to complete the enrollment, I get a generic “Unknown error” message. There’s no additional detail, no error code, and no indication of what might be causing the issue. Hello I have buy new developepr membership and i have get email for purchase confirmation but when ihave go to developer account i have seen this. Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. Please help me why it will show this if I have already bought the membership? I have confirmed with the bank that the money has been taken away from my account a week ago.
