My business is trying to renew our Apple Account. On renewal we get a message saying we’ll receiving an enrollment status email soon - we are yet to receive one and it’s been over a week. Our Apps have since been removed from the App Store. We have multiple cases open with Developer Support, the only response to date was with a number to call. That number was for consumer support and thus couldn’t help. How can we get hold of someone to assist? This is having a massive impact on our business.

I am the sole administrator of a paid company Apple Developer account, and as of today I’m completely locked out everywhere: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect, developer.apple.com, or even account.apple.com. Every login attempt returns either “Please verify your account information and try again” or “This account is locked and can’t be used.” I have never changed my password, Two-Factor Authentication is enabled and delivering codes, there are no pending agreements or banking/tax forms, and I see no unrecognized devices in my account. I’ve tried multiple networks, browsers, and devices, and I’ve already contacted Apple Support—yet no explanation or resolution has been provided. This total lockout is preventing our app submissions from moving forward and putting our entire release schedule at risk. I need: A clear, specific reason why my corporate Developer account has been locked. Any immediate steps or known workarounds to restore full access. Advice from anyone who has faced the same unexplained lockout.

I'm currently transferring an iOS app to a new Apple Developer account and following the process outlined in Apple’s documentation: 🔗 TN3159 - Migrating Sign in with Apple users for an app transfer The process for generating transfer_identifiers and migrating existing users is clear, and I don’t expect issues with that part. However, I have a question about preserving the user session after the transfer. My setup: The app uses Sign in with Apple via a backend-based authentication flow. On login, the app retrieves the authorization_code and sends it to the backend. The backend exchanges the code for tokens from Apple, including a refresh_token. That refresh_token is then used on the backend to validate the user’s identity on subsequent requests. My concern: Once I initiate the app transfer, migrate users, and update the backend with new Apple credentials (client ID, team ID, etc.), I assume that the existing tokens issued under the old credentials will become invalid. So my question is: Is there a way to maintain the user’s authenticated session through this transition without requiring them to manually sign in again? I’d like to ensure a seamless experience for users, if possible.

Hi all, It’s a new year, and the betas are out, but one thing I have noticed with this build is how much lag is everywhere. It’s one of my main issues with the current state of iOS 26 and the question I bear is ‘What is Apple going to do to make their software less laggy?’. I get how Liquid Glass is a rendering intensive material, but I don’t think normal users could handle the amount of lag happily.

I work on an app that has the com.apple.developer.mail-client entitlement. We're interested in trying out Xcode Cloud, and one of the project and workspace requirements is to use automatic code signing. We do not do this at the moment because it's not compatible with the additional entitlement. My understanding is that we can migrate to automatic code signing if we migrate the additional entitlement to a capability and that to accomplish this our account holder needs to submit a request (see the last section of that page). We submitted the request a little over 3 weeks ago, but so far we haven't heard any updates. We also tried reaching out directly to the email address linked in the com.apple.developer.mail-client docs, but have not heard back. We're now posting here to see if anyone can provide some guidance on whether there are other steps to complete or contacts to whom we should reach out. Thanks!

I’m extremely disappointed with the Apple Developer Program experience. Our organization account (JD SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED) expired on October 26, 2024, and to this day, there is no visible option to renew — not in the Apple Developer app (iOS/Mac), not on the developer website. We've followed every instruction Apple provides, and nothing works. To make things worse, I’m based in India, but Apple’s support is clearly U.S.-centered and unresponsive. I contacted support and got a canned response asking me to wait 24 hours. Why does a global company like Apple not provide time zone–relevant or regional developer support? This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a major business disruption. Our apps are unavailable, and we can’t push updates. And yet we’re met with silence and confusion when we try to give Apple more money to renew our account. Apple enforces the strictest guidelines on developers, yet offers no proper channel to resolve something as basic as account renewal. It’s absurd. We’re now being forced to consider alternative app stores and distribution platforms—not because we want to leave, but because Apple is making it impossible to stay. Apple, please fix this. Background: Set up developer account under a business name only because we needed the D-U-N-S number when starting development Have a working app with Family Controls already configured on the main identifier Yesterday my developer discovered we need Family Controls on 3 additional identifiers for launch a week ago (terrible timing) I submitted a business name change request thinking it was good housekeeping The Crisis: Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles portal is completely locked during business name change processing Can’t add Family Controls to the 3 identifiers we need for launch Business name change typically takes 2-4 weeks Launch is in 10 days What I’ve Done: Contacted Apple Developer Support explaining the urgency Case ID: 102633553000 for the name change request Desperate Questions: Has ANYONE successfully cancelled a business name change mid-process for urgent app needs? Any emergency escalation paths at Apple for launch-blocking issues? Would creating a new developer account be faster? (Though that seems nuclear) Any other workarounds I’m not thinking of? The business name change was purely administrative - nothing structural changes. But these identifier updates are absolutely critical for launch functionality and we didn’t realize they were needed until trying to launch into testflight. I selected "Individual / Sole Proprietor" during enrollment, but I’m being redirected to an organization agreement with the message: “Your enrollment could not be completed at this time.” Why is this happening, and how can I restart enrollment properly as an individual?

Hello, I'm hoping to find a solution for a persistent enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community. For several months, I have been unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The automated system rejected my application, stating my identity could not be verified. This first occurred in December 2023. I have contacted Apple Support and spoken with a Senior Advisor. I explained that I am willing to provide any documentation needed to verify my identity (passport, driver's license, etc.), but was told this was not possible. The advisor stated the decision from the automated system is final and the issue cannot be escalated or resolved. This has put my app, which is fully developed and ready for submission, on indefinite hold. Has anyone else encountered this specific "identity verification" block where support states the decision is final? Is there a known workaround, a different department to contact, or any other path to get this reviewed by a human? Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hi, I need to contact Apple developer support. But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!). I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid", I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form. The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

I have enrolled for being a developer 10.03. I have received an order acknowledgment email on 10th of March but there have been no updates since then. I am still seeing 'complete your purchase' in the main page. What should I do to get through?

I am testing the Music API and I am hitting walls every single moment when I try to do something that is DOCUMENTED but doesn't work/exists. Documentation says, /v1/catalog/us/artists/{ID}/view/{view}/ NEVER returns 404, while I am getting 404 for even content I know it's available on Apple Music. e.g /v1/catalog/us/artists/1487603897/view/appears-on-albums/ results 404 while they are appearing on an album FRIGID TORTURE of Nosphere artist. So when I request for appears-on or featured albums it shoud appear as a result, but I get 404. It's here so it should appear: https://music.apple.com/us/album/frigid-silence/1791001624?i=1791001626 I found NO WAY to get that album for this artist using the API, which is very frustrating and annoying. Similarly if I try this: /v1/catalog/us/artists/{ID}?views=>appears-on-albums it will result an EMPTY array for the data property Also the documentation is unclear about the several limitation max values, many parameters (e.g. include parameters are unknown ) we can't tell what value can we use. Is Apple Music Api unreliable or I just don't understand something?! I don't even understand why I have to do 4 different requests to get an artists all albums (full, single, featured, appears-on)... this should be MUCH more easier to do it one single request (with pagination). We are working on a long-term major investment in music startup and trying to move from Spotify API (due to recent changes and limitations) and finding a better alternative. Based on the docs Apple Music API seemed the most promising one, but now we are testing it we are very disappointed so far. So should we trust in this or should we forget about Apple Music API?
