Hi Apple Developer Support / Community, My Apple Developer Program enrollment is stuck due to identity verification. Country/region: Australia (I’m currently in Australia) Passport: non-local passport (Japanese) The Apple Developer app rejects non-local passport uploads automatically, so Apple Support instructed me to upload documents via a special upload link. Phone support confirmed the documents were received, but there has been no progress for over 2 weeks. I also submitted the Apple Developer Program Support contact form, but have not received any reply. Case ID: 102795934998 I understand the community can’t access my account details. I’m posting to ask: Is there any way to get this routed to the Identity Verification / Enrollment Operations queue? What exact next step should I request from support to unblock enrollment? Has anyone experienced a similar “special upload link” process and long delays? I need this resolved to publish my iOS app. Any guidance or escalation path would be appreciated. Thank you.

Each year I get my renewal email from Apple, however, since 2019 (yes, this is the 4th year in a row) I've been unable to renew due to this infamous "Please enter fewer characters" error message. Each time I've had to open a support case, talk to someone on the phone, they take all of my details along with screenshots, etc. and manually renew my subscription. Once they've charged my card I never hear from them again and issue never gets resolved. IDK if any Apple Dev Support folks actually use this forum but this is ridiculous.

I have received an invitation to a development team in the Apple Developer Program. Having filled the form out and completing the image challenge successfully, tapping on continue simply results in the button graying itself out. I've tried to enroll in the developer program 8 days ago. I've submitted contact forms for email response. I've called customer support and they've told me there is no way to actually talk to Developer support outside of filing for a contact us form via the contact us option here in Apple Developer. Today I went to check the status and all of the recent issues I've had are gone. I paid for the membership to Apple Developer program. I have not been emailed or called or contacted in anyway and I still have the option to enroll in the Apple developer program but why would I continue over and over again and throw money away after it? I have my app built and ready for Weatherkit integration and testing but I can't access the resources due to not being enrolled in an active developer program. I literally do not know anywhere else to go for help. What am I supposed to do from here?

Every time I try to renew my Apple Developer account, I get a message like "This item is not available in your country or region." (I'm in the United States) I reached out to Apple Developer support via email (because Apple Developer does not offer phone options anymore for any support topics on the website), and they gave me the following response. "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." This is ridiculous! I have multiple apps on the App Store and in TestFlight. I use my Apple Developer account to make a living- how is this even allowed? I have never done anything to violate any terms or agreements. Has anyone else been through this issue and how did they get it resolved?

I purchased a developer account approximately 4 days ago, on Saturday. The payment was successfully charged to my card and I have the receipt, but I have not received any approval. The status is still PENDING, and we are about to enter the 5th day without approval. How can this issue be resolved? We are also not receiving any responses to our support tickets.

Hello When I tried to enroll for Apple developer program, I got message like Your enrollment could not be completed. "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." And i am not able to proceed payment page anymore . Apple consultant also don’t know main problem that bother me. I've been trying to enroll as a developer but keep running into an "unknown error". I've even tried having the dev team call me and sending an email through the support portal but keep getting the message that my request cannot be processed. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Apple Developer Program. Yesterday, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and entered my Visa card details. However, later that night, I received a notification from my bank that the payment was charged but failed because my balance was insufficient. After that, I added funds to my bank account, withdrew/canceled my previous enrollment, and then enrolled again using the same Visa card. After re-enrolling, I received a notification from my bank and an email confirming that the payment was successful, with the order ID: “We're processing your order – D00****” However, when I try to track the order by clicking the link in the email or checking the order status, it shows the following message: Something went wrong. There was a problem with your request. Please try again. Could you please explain why this issue is happening and help me check the status of my Apple Developer Program enrollment?

Hello, My Apple Developer Program membership is marked as expired, but I am unable to renew it. The Renew option does not appear in the Apple Developer app or on the website. Both Free Apps Agreement and Paid Apps Agreement are expired. I am the Account Holder of the account. I have already submitted multiple support requests through the Apple Developer Support website under “Program Purchase and Renewal”, but I haven’t received any response so far. This issue has been ongoing for more than 20 days and is blocking access to my apps and agreements. Could an Apple Developer team member please look into this or advise how to proceed when the Renew option is missing? Thank you.

Hello developers and the support teeam, I have tried to enroll my apple developer account, but got charged twice. Firstly, I tried it with the developers iOS app and paid the fee with Apple Pay on my phone. I haven't received any approval/activation/confirmation email. After that I saw on my phone this message: enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available. Then I looked on the website for the enrollement and it said that I should pay again. So I did and now I got charged twice on my card and there is still the same message. Does anyone have the same experience? How do I get a refund? I have already created a ticket, but no answer yet...

Hi all, I obtained a D-U-N-S number, confirmed that it's available for lookup, and submitted a request to upgrade to an Organization account 12 days ago. I then followed up 3 days ago. Still haven't received a response. Does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get a response to these inquiries? Only reason I'm upgrading to Organization account is so that multiple developers can sign debug builds for physical iPhone devices so they can collaborate on my project.
