I'm getting an error after clicking on a TestFlight Beta version invite from email. The error says The Apple Account you're currently signed in with, ****@outlook.com, doesn't match the one associated to this invitation. The invitation was sent to the email that I use to sign into my Apple account (it is my apple id) and I am signed into my iphone with that account. What can I do to get the invite to match up and go through with TestFlight?

I'm calling the endpoint https://apple-pay-gateway-cert.apple.com/paymentservices with mTLS and it's taking over 15 seconds to complete the request. This is happening only when deployed through AWS. I have tried a dummy dotnet and node lambda with the same result. Wondering if anyone had the same issue. Hello, I am an Apple Developer and I have been unable to access my Apple ID for more than a week because of a verification code issue. Every time I try to sign in to my Apple ID or manage my banking information, I see this error message: “Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last verification code you received or try again later.” The problem is that I am not receiving any SMS verification codes at all, so I cannot enter any “last code”, and I cannot complete the sign-in process. I have already tried the following: Waited more than 24 hours without requesting new codes, several times. Tried signing in from different devices and networks. Confirmed that my phone number is active and can receive other SMS messages from different services. The issue persists and I am effectively locked out of my Apple ID. This is a critical problem for me because it directly affects my Apple Developer work: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect. I cannot add or edit my banking information. I cannot upload my app or submit it for review. I also do not have another phone number that I can add as a trusted phone number, so I cannot simply switch to a different number. I kindly ask for a concrete technical solution or manual intervention for my Apple ID, not just “wait 24 hours and try again”, because I have already done that multiple times and the error is still there. Could you please: check if there is a block or rate limit on verification codes for my account, and help reset it or provide another way to verify my identity and restore access to my Apple ID, or assist me with updating my trusted phone number after verifying my identity? This issue is blocking my ability to continue development and release of my app on the App Store, so I would really appreciate any escalation to the appropriate technical team. Has anyone else run across this after manually renewing an expired developer account? Happens when I go to the "Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles" page and click on anything. Also unable to download any of the iOS SDK's. Any ideas?

The posts I'm reading here are very discouraging. So many people trying to get into the program, even people that have paid and can't get any support. I've been an Apple developer for 15 years now. I've had various business developer accounts over the years. I've developed in my own name and for customers. This is the first time in a while that I had to get a new business developer account. I applied only a few days ago, so I'm not concerned yet but I don't know why this is so difficult. The posts that I'm reading her here are very discouraging. Why can't we get support on this? Very disappointing. What is happening to Apple? I'd like to get my account, and I'd like all these other people to get some help too. But this form looks completely abandoned.

The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. My app’s migration has been blocked for over 14 days due to an error in our latest build and it was during a prolonged and delayed migration with Apple. I have requested 14 days now to pause the migration to allow us to upload a new build. This is ruining my brand and reputation. I'm at the hands of Apple support but this truly is unacceptable service. I need HELP. PAUSE the migration asap. I have emailed Apple support repeatedly for two weeks requesting a pause on the migration so I can update a new build, but no response so far. I’ve also tweeted, tagged Apple’s channels, and followed all official steps with no success. This delay is severely impacting my users and business, and I need an immediate resolution or a way to pause the migration so I can fix this error and get my app working again. So I just managed to build one app for personal use that I want to use daily in my iphone. However, once installed in my device through XCode, after one week the application is no longer available. I'm aware about the one week trial for free users and one year for a paid account, but... for real? Isn't there an alternative? And if not... does it means that in order to use my app for let's say 5 years I will have to pay 500$? Is just a bit crazy to think about it but I did look on the internet and did not found a clear information about how this works. Thank you in advance :)

Hi, On Jan 23 I purchased the Apple Developer Program membership via the Apple Developer app on iPhone. The payment went through successfully and I received the confirmation email and invoice. However, when I sign in to developer.apple.com, my account still shows “Pending” and redirects me to “Purchase your membership / Complete your purchase”, asking me to pay again. My Apple ID subscriptions page shows the Developer membership as active (with an end date), but: Developer portal: Pending, prompts to purchase again Apple Developer app (Account screen): still shows Enroll Now / membership not active The web flow displays an Enrollment ID (I can share masked) What I’ve tried: Confirmed I’m using the same Apple ID everywhere Signed out, cleared cookies, tried private/incognito browser Waited well beyond 48 hours (it’s been ~1 week) I do not want to pay twice. This looks like a duplicate/unfinished enrollment or the paid membership not being properly attached/activated for my Apple ID. Has anyone experienced this and found a workaround? Any advice on the fastest way to get Apple to attach/activate the paid membership and close the pending enrollment? Thanks.
