Can’t renew apple developer membership
my apple dev membership expired, I can’t change anything so I went to support, case number 102637543521. They said it’s because I moved to a different country. I emailed them my proof of address then they stopped replying. Then I tried to start new support requests but nothing came back, I think I might be flagged by the system. i need the membership to publish apps pls help

Unable to access Certificates Identifiers & Profiles as an Admin in Apple Organization Developer Program Account
Hi all, I’m an Admin user in an Apple Developer Program (Organization) team, but I’m unable to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles (CIP) on developer.apple.com. I’d like to understand what permission is missing and where it should be enabled. Context Program type: Apple Developer Program (Organization) My role in App Store Connect: Admin I can access App Store Connect normally, but CIP resources on developer.apple.com are blocked. The Account Holder can access CIP normally. What I see (Problem) In the Apple Developer portal → Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get: “Access Unavailable — You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Contact your team's Account Holder or an Admin.” In Xcode → Settings → Accounts → Team, the “Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles” section shows a red error indicator and doesn’t load. Only my account is affected; the Account Holder is not. What we’ve tried / confirmed Membership is active (renewal date is valid) Signed out/in of Xcode and re-added my Apple ID Confirmed selecting the correct Organization team in Xcode / Developer portal Account Holder confirmed they can access CIP Questions For an Organization team, what exact permission(s) are required for a member to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles? Where is this access controlled — App Store Connect → Users and Access vs developer.apple.com → People? If Admin in App Store Connect is not sufficient, what additional role/setting is needed to grant CIP access?

Worst support experience I’ve ever had Apple Developer enrollment stuck in an endless “use the app” loop (identity verification fails)
I’ve honestly never received service this bad from a company and I don’t say that lightly. This is the worst support experience I’ve ever had. I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m stuck in a loop that has been going on for months: The Apple Developer app repeatedly fails during identity verification and tells me there’s an issue. When I contact support, they tell me they’ll email me instructions. The email says: “Please use the Apple Developer app to enroll.” I reply saying: “I did. It doesn’t work. The verification fails.” And the response is again: “Use the Apple Developer app.” Over and over, with no actual troubleshooting or escalation. This is not a user-error situation — I’m following the instructions exactly. I need someone to look at what’s happening on Apple’s side (verification/enrollment status) and give a real resolution path, not the same copy-paste response. Details: Country/Region: [your region] Devices tried: [iPhone model + iOS version], [Mac model + macOS version] Exact error message shown in the app: [paste here] Support case number (if relevant): 102784352083 What I’m asking: Can Apple reset/clear my enrollment/verification state so I can retry cleanly? Migration to Organization Account pending for 3 weeks - Case ID: 102799400229
Hi everyone, I'm looking for some insight or advice regarding the timeline for migrating from an Individual to an Organizational developer account. My request was initiated on January 11th, making it over three weeks now. The last communication I received from the support team was on January 24th (8 days ago). Despite sending follow-up inquiries to check on the status or if additional documentation is required, I haven’t received any updates since then. Has anyone else experienced similar delays recently? Is there a specific channel or method to escalate this beyond the standard follow-up emails? No responds on enrollment status.
Hi I'm new here and trying so enroll in apple developers program and so I was met with problems like unable to create apple account, failed payment on 7 cards, 3 support tickets with no responds, and now I have enrolled in apple developers program (sort of, they just took payment and no news after that. Now running 3 days since payment. Is this some sort of a hazing ceremony or a sick joke apple is doing to new developers? or is there a secret email I can contact to get some decent support?

How do I enrol into the Apple Developer Program?
Hi all, I need help with registering for the Apple Developer Program. I tried to purchase the membership from the web but the payments kept failing. I used different cards on both Chrome and Safari but none of them worked. Then I downloaded the Apple Developer app but on my account, it said the enrolment is not available. I sent support tickets to Apple several times but got no replies so far. I am stuck and ran out of options. What else can I do to enrol into the Apple Developer Program so that I can start publishing my app? Why does Apple make it so difficult at this step? Thanks

my developer enrollement is not completed. contact support doest not help
when i start to enroll apple developer account for organisation it could not be completed and in the end saying contact support. but when i mailed to them there is no support or reply from apple customer support. and there is no specification what problem i have from stopping me to complete apple developer account enrollement.

Cannot create new developer account
Trying to make a new developer account but says I cannot. Here are the variables. I have a personal icloud account, it was tied to a developer organization account for an app and company I shut down. I let that developer account expire. Both tied to my mobile number. I can access it but cannot do anything. Trying to setup a new organization developer account using that mobile phone number, but it will not let me create the account. (have a new app/company) Used a different phone number and still got the message that I could not create a new account at this time.

Feedback Assistant, Apple Feedback wants me to install beta software
How to report a bug says "With Feedback Assistant available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web, it’s easy to report issues you encounter". The Feedback Assistant User Guide says "Tell Apple about your experience with beta or seed releases". Is Feedback Assistant only intended for reporting bugs in beta software? A year ago I reported a bug in Xcode 14 and now I'm being asked to verify this issue with Xcode 16 Beta 3. I'm not a beta tester and I don't want to install beta software. How should I proceed?

Enrollment Stuck Since April 28 — No Updates Despite Full Document Submission (Estonian Company)
We applied for the Apple Developer Program on April 28, and our enrollment has been stuck in review since then — over three weeks now. We have already submitted all required documents, including: Turkish National ID and Passport Estonian e-Residency Card Company registration documents from the Estonian e-Business Register D-U-N-S number VAT and Registry information Detailed explanations as a sole founder and legal representative Enrollment Case number is 102586593909 We even had a follow-up phone call with Apple Developer Support (Case ID: 102589592062) and were told the submitted documents should be sufficient. I also followed all upload instructions and confirmed that the files were delivered successfully. Despite all this, we haven’t received any updates, timelines, or specific feedback on what’s missing — if anything at all. ✅ Meanwhile, we’ve completed similar business verification processes with Google, Meta, and Stripe within 48 hours. We’re trying to launch our app under an officially registered business (Mobisense OÜ), and this delay is affecting our go-to-market timeline and business operations. 🔹 Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay recently? 🔹 Is there a reliable way to escalate or request an actual review update? App Attest Service Quota Limits
Hello, Preparing to use the app attest service documentation suggests we call attestKey(_:clientDataHash:completionHandler:) fewer than 100 requests per second. I had a question - Our app might theoretically hit this limit on launch. Would Apple be able to relax these limits or is this a hard limit?

Developer team invite form not opening
I received a developer team invite. When I click on the link to accept the invite, a new page opens. There is a proccessing spinner on the page, but it does not go any farther. I have left if run for quite some time, but it just keeps spinning. I am on a mac book pro Thanks

Should I Be Worried?
I Got The Developer Beta For iOS AND iPadOS 26. On my main devices because im poor and cant buy another one. so.. should i be worried of it being unstable? Also i didnt backup because iCloud Is Full and im not paying for a better subscription thats more expensiv.

App Store Connect SOC 2 Report
Does anyone know if App Store Connect (or any subset of Apple's toolsuite) has publicly available SOC 2 report? Or if there's a relevant email we can request that from. I tried security-certifications emails and got no response so it seems decently hard to find (didn't see on any searches/with aid of GPT). Thanks!
