How to keep Sign in with Apple users signed in after app transfer?
I'm currently transferring an iOS app to a new Apple Developer account and following the process outlined in Apple’s documentation: 🔗 TN3159 - Migrating Sign in with Apple users for an app transfer The process for generating transfer_identifiers and migrating existing users is clear, and I don’t expect issues with that part. However, I have a question about preserving the user session after the transfer. My setup: The app uses Sign in with Apple via a backend-based authentication flow. On login, the app retrieves the authorization_code and sends it to the backend. The backend exchanges the code for tokens from Apple, including a refresh_token. That refresh_token is then used on the backend to validate the user’s identity on subsequent requests. My concern: Once I initiate the app transfer, migrate users, and update the backend with new Apple credentials (client ID, team ID, etc.), I assume that the existing tokens issued under the old credentials will become invalid. So my question is: Is there a way to maintain the user’s authenticated session through this transition without requiring them to manually sign in again? I’d like to ensure a seamless experience for users, if possible.

Developer Program pending for a week
Hi there, Last week i was finally able to get through and purchase my membership for the Apple Developer Program. The problem is, even though I already paid, it keeps saying: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now, Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." I've tried to reach out to apple developer support numerous times, but no reply whatsoever... What do i do at this point?

CMMovemnt Disorder Library
Info.plist contained no UIScene configuration dictionary (looking for configuration named "Default Configuration") {"msg":"Usage of CMMovementDisorderManager requires a special entitlement. I have the entitlement, I sent the request yesterday. I have added in Info.plist Privacy - Motion Usage Description message. But nothing changes. It always crashes . Added also everything to Entitlements File to watch. It crashes on private let manager = CMMovementDisorderManager()

Day 5 of Apple Developer Support – Urgent Review Delay & Lack of Response
I am now on Day 5 of waiting for our Apple Developer Program approval, and despite multiple attempts to get an update, I have received no meaningful response from Apple. I have: ✅ Successfully paid membership fee and received invoice for same ✅ Reached out via support tickets, but got 0 replies. This delay is unreasonable and impacting my work. I am prepared to launch a critical app that aligns with Apple’s ecosystem and guidelines, but Apple’s lack of communication is preventing me from moving forward. After lot of hard work and resources I have completed app development and set up other processes for marketing. I demand a real update from an Apple Developer Program representative today. • Not silence. • A direct response with a timeline for approval. Apple claims to support developers, but these excessive delays and lack of transparency tell a different story. If there is a legitimate issue, I expect clear communication. Apple developer program membership issue
Hi, I paid to renew my membership and I received an order confirmation email. But when i go to my account it says it is still expired - so what did i pay for then? I've emailed Apple developer support and they just sent me a generic bot/copy and paste email telling me i need to renew my account. Everyone i speak to tells me to click a link and it just leads to an email option, i email them, then i get an unhelpful email, then the cycle repeats. It's like: Me: "Hey Apple, i've just paid to renew my account and you're not giving me what i paid for". Apple: "Just renew your account". Me: "....yeah but that's the issue" Apple: "click this link to send an email and start the infinite useless cycle all over again". I have also called apple multiple times and spoke with three people and they are not able to help. I spoke with one of the people's managers and i explained to him that i've stuck in this infinite loop where nothing gets resolved and he sent me a link which just. lead. to. the. same. email. option! I then explained that this is like a dystopian sci-fi movie where this faceless mega-corp (Apple) has taken my money for a service and not given me that service (false advertising / crime). He said he can't help. Then you know what he said? ................... ........ ..... .. "post on the forum". So Apple takes my money and doesn't give me the service they advertised to me then says they can't help me and that i have to ask in the forum. I said "so basically you're advising me that non-apple employees are better suited to help me than Apple employees, lol". What should i do here?? I have a had a team of developers stop working for weeks and this has brought my app development plan to a halt, costing me money.

Can't change phone number for my Apple Developer account
Hello. I've moved from France to the UK a year ago and submitted changes regarding my new address and phone number. After several months, my phone number was reverted to the old French one (which I no longer have access to). Since then, I've been trying to update it, submitting numerous support tickets, but have gotten nowhere. Support isn't helpful; they are misunderstanding the Apple Developer phone number with my iCloud number, suggesting I update it myself in the iCloud settings (which is not related at all). One of the tickets was escalated to senior developer support, but I received the same reply: to update the number myself in my iCloud settings (which, again, is not relevant). I log in to my account using a passkey, but I'm still afraid of losing access to my account at any time. Since support is ghosting me, I don't have any other choice left rather but to ask for help here. My ticket number is 102519091037.

Cannot Create Identifiers – “+” Button Missing on Identifiers Page
I'm currently unable to create new identifiers in the Apple Developer portal at this URL: https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list The “+” button that should appear to create a new identifier is missing entirely from the page. What’s odd is that another team member (with the same access level and role under the same team) can see and use the button without any issues. So this doesn't appear to be a permissions-related problem. I’ve already tried: Logging out and back in Clearing browser cache Using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Using Incognito/Private mode Still no luck. Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

Apple support unresponsive
I've been contacting Apple Developer support for over 3 weeks now regarding new agreement that is not visible anywhere in account and no option to accept it either. Submitted ticket twice but no response at all. All they have to say is "Thank you for contacting us. We’ve received your support request and will get back to you as soon as possible. Your case ID is 102320028158. If you have any additional information you’d like to provide or would like a status update on your case, please reply back to this email."

Ongoing Issue with Apple Developer Program Enrollment
Hello, I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and have already added $100 to my Apple account. However, every time I try to proceed with the enrollment, I encounter an error. I have reached out to Apple Support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Each time, the case is escalated to a senior representative, yet no clear solution has been provided. It feels as though the issue is being passed back and forth without accountability. Furthermore, I’m receiving conflicting guidance—Apple.com refers me to developer.apple.com, and vice versa—leaving me stuck without a resolution. Enrollment Issue: Payment Acknowledged but Not Charged
Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with my enrollment process. I initiated three payments on the following dates: February 12, 2025: Payment attempted, received an “Order acknowledgment” email, but the amount wasn’t deducted. February 19, 2025: Reattempted payment with the same outcome. February 25, 2025: Tried again, and still no deduction from my account. I’ve contacted support (Case ID: 102538526682), but haven’t received any response. This situation affects my production process, and I’m growing increasingly concerned. Has anyone else faced and resolved successfully a similar problem, or does anyone have advice on how to escalate this issue for a quicker resolution? Thanks in advance for your help!

Apple developer subscription
To the team, I am totally trapped with my organisation subscription and am unable to renew my Apple developer licence because the autorenew option did not work. A preloaded debit card with the monthly fees is already attached, but it isn't working. We, as a large organisation, are completely stuck on this matter which will lead to a huge business impact An Immediate assistance is appreciated, dear apple developer team

I have mistakenly submitted the enroll two times, via the web
Hei everyone. As the title says, I have submitted the enrollment for the developer program two times, by mistake. I did it once, two days ago, I have received the order aknowledgement and that was it. However, today I have logged in the dev account on the web, and I saw this : To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I was like, oh, finally. let me finish the enrollment. but in reality, I have applied again, and received the same order aknowledgment. How bad in trouble I am, or how bad did I messed up? And more importantly, what happens now? I mention that no money charge has been issued from my card on neither of the attempts. Thank you, Best regards, Gabriel.
