Hi everyone, I just noticed that my subscription to the Apple Developer Program was automatically renewed, but we’re currently not using it and had no plans to continue the subscription. I didn’t intend to renew and would like to request a full refund for the recent charge. I’ve submitted a message through the official support channel, but I’m posting here as well in case anyone has experienced something similar or can guide me on how long the refund process usually takes. I’m very new to mobile app development but not new to application development in general. I’m close to completing my first app and really excited to get things moving along and then hit a major roadblock and am at my wits end with this. I currently have a free account and have been testing on my own phone. I’m ready to move to TestFlight so went to enroll in the paid program and it just says can’t do so at this time. I sent support an email and they said it’s because they can’t identify me. I called and they told me the same thing and that there is literally nothing that can be done. I tried to create a new Apple ID and figured I’d just use it for the dev work I want to do but I can’t even create a new ID. I did have Family Sharing setup with myself as the organize and removed myself from that to ensure nothing was preventing identification. Still nothing. I can’t possibly be the only one that has gone through this. Frustrated is an understatement and getting this app out was really going to be such a big deal for me. So disappointed. Any suggestions?

After I added the USB HID function to my Mac program, it failed to pass Apple's review. The reviewer replied that four non-public or deprecated APIs were used. ··· • _IOHIDEventGetFloatValue • _IOHIDEventSystemClientCreate • _IOHIDEventSystemClientSetMatching • _IOHIDServiceClientCopyEvent ··· The program used the HidAPI library, the open source address is: https://github.com/libusb/hidapi All interactions with HID are completed through the HidAPI library, but I checked the source code of the HidAPI library, and the above APIs were not used At the same time, I used Xcode's Instruments tool to monitor the calls of the app during runtime, but no calls to the above APIs were found in System Trace, CPU Profiler, or Timer Profiler However, Apple's review still replied that the above APIs were used, and the USB HID function is very important. Is there any way to check where the library or program uses the above non-public or deprecated APIs?

Does anyone know why I can't enroll for Apple Dev. Program? It says: 'Your enrollment could not be completed.' 'Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.'

I am trying to enroll my company in the Apple Developer Program. My enrollment status shows as “Under Review,” and I received instructions to contact Apple to continue enrollment. However, when I attempt to submit a support request, I got: "This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address." I can't submit Contact Apple Developer Support Online ticket, I got "This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address.". And I cannot change my email. Even tho, my email is correct and used for Apple Business Account. I try calling Contact Apple Support - Apple Support, but they can't help me, They are only technical support for devices. Email is used for Apple Business Account only. How can I continue enrollment?

Hello, I am currently developing a game streaming application using ReplayKit and Broadcast Upload Extension. I would like to ask for your assistance regarding capturing snapshots of a WKWebView in the upload extension without adding it to a visible view hierarchy. From my understanding, calling takeSnapshot(with:) on a WKWebView that is not added to the view hierarchy generally works for simple web pages. However, when it comes to more complex web content — such as animations or WebGL — the snapshot returns a blank or static image. I believe this is because rendering such content requires access to the GPU, which is not fully available when the web view is off-screen. That said, I’ve observed that certain apps are able to capture live animated web content inside their broadcast upload extensions, even when the main app is terminated. This suggests that the snapshot is not being generated by the main app or from a remote server — especially since the network activity confirms the content is served locally (via localhost or local IP). Given this, I believe there must be a way to achieve GPU-accelerated rendering for WKWebView directly within the upload extension context, without attaching it to the app's UI. I would greatly appreciate any guidance, APIs, or recommended techniques that could help me achieve this behavior correctly and within system limitations. Thank you in advance for your support. Hello everyone. I'm hoping to get some guidance on a unique and difficult situation we've been facing for over a year. Our app was approved and had been live on the App Store for some time. However, 13 months ago, our developer account enrollment was revoked. Since then, our app has remained live on the App Store, but we've been unable to make any updates, fix bugs, or respond to user feedback. We've been trying to resolve this with Apple for over a year, sending countless emails and making numerous phone calls, but we've had no luck getting through to anyone who can help. To make matters even more confusing, we were recently charged for our annual developer program renewal, despite being unable to use the service. This renewal charge has left us in an unclear position. We were starting to lose hope that this issue could ever be resolved, but this recent charge has made us wonder if there's still a chance. We are seeking advice on whether we should continue to hold out hope or if this is a sign we should move on. If anyone has experience with a similar issue or knows of an effective way to escalate this matter to the right people at Apple, your advice would be greatly appreciated. I already enrolled and paid for the developer program but on the main developer page it still says "Join the Apple Developer Program" with a button to "Enroll Today" but when I click on it, it redirects me to a page that says "Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." I tried to speak to apple support about it at least a dozen times and they give me no reasonings or anything as to what the issue is and why I'm not able to get past this error. Every time I ask them for any update or an estimate on when I will even get an update, they just say they can't provide any information.

After upgrading my Mac to macOS 26, I encountered a domain resolution error with the rsync command. I ran both the ping and nslookup commands, and they were able to resolve the correct IP address. However, the rsync command resolved to an incorrect IP address. Upon comparison, I found that rsync seems to be parsing the user@hostname as a whole string for resolution.Did anyone get the same error?

Hi anybody else experiencing or have experienced issues to renew membership? My company's app is no longer available in the app store for the users to download and update. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated as I have reached out a few times to apple and after a few days the issue still exists, affecting my job and company operations. Below are the issues we are facing if anybody knows how to solve it: Account was deprecated We managed to access the developer website, also the appstoreconnect website, but so far all apps are not yet available in the store. We are facing an issue with creating a developer account for our organisation on the App Store. Apple mentions that there was already an account with this entity whose membership got terminated 4 years back and they can't create another one. We don't have any idea who created that account. It was created and terminated before we got our DUNS number. Despite us submitting proofs that me and my partner are the authorised person for this organisation and creating a case multiple times, we have made no progress on this. How can we escalate this and ensure someone from team actually looks at our case carefully?

i am not a developer but im being hacked and my devices are being enrolled into developer / mdm on all my personal apple devices it startted off with all these logs on my phone/ mac that was logging all my activity, networks, device details etc. its gotten to the point that its putting my life in danger my 911 calls even were being intercepted and i saw a list of voices downloaded and when certain words i said were said; they would be ignored or replaced. i suspect my identity haa been stolen and ive been illegally enrolled or configurated by apple configurator to basically have a software license agreement that i never agreed to and do not even have the capability of using when i go to apple developer it says all system status active please i need help asap someone is hacking me and i do not agree to these terms!!

For un unknown reason, my Apple ID has been blocked. Since I can not connect anymore to my developer account ! I've asked to unblock it (iforgot.apple.com) but according to support the unblock sequence is not send because this Apple ID is in used. I need help to unblock my ID in order to manage my app.... note : I use an another account to post this messages.

Hello Community, A few years ago, I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but the process was blocked with the following error message: "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." As a developer, I regularly help businesses and individuals set up their Apple developer accounts, and I’ve never encountered this issue with any of my clients—only on my own personal account. I’ve since discovered that others have faced this problem too, but none seem to have found a working solution. I’ve sent multiple emails to Apple Support and I have yet to receive a single response. This matter is extremely urgent for me. If anyone has experienced this issue and successfully resolved it, please share your solution. I’d greatly appreciate any insight. Thank you.
