It has been 8 days. Developer enrollment is still being processed.
I have raised multiple tickets for the same on developer enrollment. There's no one to get back on the status. I have submitted all documents as requested, and was acknowledged of the same. Yet it's been more than a week, and I have no status update and no email from the developer enrollment team. My enrollment ID is M5B36N5PJ9. Kindly look into this at the earliest. This is not the experience I expected from Apple. Best

However, today is April 29, 2026. Excluding the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), it has been 4 full business days since my submission, and I still haven't received any response or update regarding my account status. My project timeline is currently blocked by this delay, and I urgently need this account to be activated. We have an active business-critical issue and need immediate assistance. Our Apple Developer Program membership for Tolemar LLC expired on April 22, 2026, and we are attempting to renew it immediately. However, there is no available method to complete the renewal. Current situation: • No “Renew” option is visible in the Apple Developer Membership section • No renewal prompt appears in the Apple Developer app (iOS or macOS) • No renewal option is available in App Store Connect • The membership is not listed under Apple ID Subscriptions • We are logged in as the Account Holder using the correct Apple ID • Multiple devices and browsers have been tested with the same result Impact: • All apps are currently unavailable on the App Store • We cannot push updates or manage existing applications • Agreements cannot be accepted due to expired membership status • This is actively impacting production systems and business operations This appears to be a system-level issue preventing renewal, not a user error. Ongoing Enrollment Delay for Over 3 Months – Repeated Document Requests and No Resolution
Hello, I am writing to express my frustration regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment, which has now been ongoing for over 3 months without resolution. Since my initial application, I have been asked to provide more than 20 different documents in multiple stages. I have promptly submitted every single document requested, without delay, each time. Despite this, my enrollment status is still showing as “In Progress,” and I have not received any clear timeline or final decision. This process has become extremely exhausting and inefficient. Continuously requesting additional documents over such a long period, without concluding the review, is not a reasonable experience. At this point, I kindly but firmly request that: My application be reviewed in full without further unnecessary delays A final decision be made as soon as possible Any remaining requirements (if truly necessary) be clearly communicated all at once I have done everything required on my end, and I expect the same level of efficiency and clarity from Apple. Renew Membership Button Missing (Recurring Issue, Account Holder)
Hello, I’m facing a recurring issue with my Apple Developer account. Every year, around the renewal period, the “Renew Membership” button does not appear in the developer portal. This already happened last year and now it’s happening again. I am the Account Holder, and I’m unable to renew my membership in any way: No “Renew Membership” option in the developer portal No active subscription available in my Apple ID (Subscriptions section) No way to proceed with renewal I have already: Logged in from different devices (Mac and iPhone) Checked Apple Developer portal and Apple ID settings Verified payment methods Tried alternative flows Nothing works — the renewal option is simply missing. I also created a support ticket, but I received a generic response that does not address this issue. This is now blocking my ability to maintain and update my apps in the App Store, which has a direct business impact. Has anyone experienced this recently? Issue with enrollment
Hi. I have submitted all required documents, and paid the yearly fee but now my Developer application on iphone and mac say that "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple account" and to visit website. When I visit website it wants me to pay again to continue. Is that normal? In my Apple subscriptions I can see it already active, and it for sure was paid, eg. deducted from my bank account

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to resolve a persistent issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I have attempted to register multiple times using different accounts due to recurring errors, and I am now in a position where I have been charged but do not have access to the program. Account History & Details: Primary Account: bilal[dot]akbas1999[at]icloud[dot]com (Initial failed attempt). Previous Attempt: bilalniyaziakbas[at]gmail[dot]com (Verified identity via friend's device, charged 650 TRY but not activated). Target Account: akbas[dot]bilal1999[at]gmail[dot]com (The account I want to use for development). The Core Issue: Whenever I attempt to complete the final payment of 1029 TRY on the official website for my target account, the transaction is rejected with the message "Check your billing information," despite my banks confirming there are no issues with my cards. I have tried 4-5 different bank accounts, all with the same result. Requested Action: I have already made a partial payment of 650 TRY via my previous attempt and I am ready to pay the full required fee to have my developer access activated on my target account: akbas[dot]bilal1999[at]gmail[dot]com. Unable to enroll in Apple Developer Program – blocked before code entry (Academy enrollment)
Hello, I am currently a learner in the Apple Developer Academy and have received a valid Apple Developer Program enrollment code. However, I am completely blocked from enrolling. Whenever I try to access the Apple Developer Program enrollment page, I immediately see the message: “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” Because of this, I cannot even reach the step where I can enter my enrollment code. This is preventing me from continuing with the Academy program, as Developer Program access is required. Details: 2FA enabled Payment method added Signed in on iPhone and used App Store Issue persists for several days I have already contacted Apple Developer Support, but received a generic response without a specific reason. This seems to be an account restriction issue rather than a problem with the enrollment code. Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or is there a way to resolve this? Thank you.

Hello, I am currently unable to proceed with the Apple Developer Program enrollment because the “Enroll Now” button is disabled on my account. Here is my situation: During a previous enrollment attempt, there was an issue with my address information. Since then, I have not been able to restart or continue the enrollment process. The “Enroll Now” button remains greyed. Additional details: I am unable to proceed with a new enrollment attempt. I do not have access to phone support in my region. Hi, I can sign in to my Apple ID, but my Apple Developer account shows a “closed” status and I’m unable to access App Store Connect features. My app is currently showing “Ready for Distribution,” so the account appears active, but developer access is restricted. I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support and am waiting for their response. Also, I temporarily can’t access my primary email due to a verification issue, so I’ve provided an alternate contact email and phone number in my support request. Has anyone experienced a similar situation or knows possible reasons for a “closed” developer status while the app remains approved? Thanks.

Changing account type from individual to organization
Hello, I requested to change my Apple Developer account from Individual to Organization, but I haven’t received any feedback for several weeks now. I also don’t see any indication in the UI that the request is still pending, which makes me unsure whether it was processed at all. Additionally, I created a support ticket regarding this issue, but I have not received any response there either. Could someone please help me check the status of my request or advise me on what I should do next? Thank you.

Struggling to enroll to developer program
I am currently stuck while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. Initially, the app kept throwing an error without any details, so I reached out to support. Unfortunately, responses take nearly a week, and in several cases, I received only generic replies. Eventually, I was asked to submit documents for ID verification, which I did a week ago. Since then, there has been no update. On top of that, the “Enroll” button in the app is now disabled. I have requested escalation multiple times, but there has been no progress on that either. This delay has already impacted my app launch timeline. Due to the lack of progress with Apple enrollment, I went ahead and released the app on Android instead. I didn’t expect this kind of experience. If the high volume of support tickets is causing delays, it seems like something needs to be improved on Apple’s support side. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can get this unblocked?

Still waiting for account to be approved
Has anyone got any advice or similar experience in waiting weeks for an organisation developer account to go live? Apple advised they had all the documents they needed and was ready to set me up but checked whether I wanted individual or organisation account (I asked a question about this) and it’s been 3 weeks since I requested the account and I’m not sure how long it should take? is anyone from Apple able to check my application to see if its lost in the system? thanks :)

issue with my Apple Developer Program membership
Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my Apple Developer Program membership and App Store Connect access. My Apple Developer Program membership appears to be active. I received confirmation from Apple that the membership was approved and that the payment was successfully processed. However, when I try to sign in to App Store Connect with the same Apple Account, after completing two-factor authentication, I still get this message: “To access App Store Connect, you must be an individual or team member in the Apple Developer Program, or invited by an individual to access their content in App Store Connect.” It has already been more than 48 hours since the payment and activation, but App Store Connect still does not recognize my account. I contacted Apple Developer Support several times, but I still haven’t received a clear response or solution. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there an additional activation step, account linking issue, or App Store Connect setup step that I might be missing? I would really appreciate any advice from the community. Thank you.

its been more than 4 days (i.e. 106Hours) i made payment for my developer account and still didn't received my access. it asked me to wait for 48Hrs and after that i raised a case as well (case ID is 102879074844). no call, no email or any kind of communication. need help with this. anyone else also facing the same issue?

Pending Approval for Developer Account
Hi. I'm not sure if that's normal, but I'm waiting for the approval of the Developer Account today, already it's the 6th day. But not only waiting time confusing me. When I'm opening the account, it says that I need to process enrollment and wait 48 even considering that the payment was issued 6 days ago.

I created an Apple developer account, but I couldn't get past the enrollment screen. I created a new iCloud account, and this time when I try to enroll and enter my payment information, it says the payment wasn't approved. I've tried four different cards and three different accounts, but none of them are accepted.
