Initially, I tried using a newly created Apple ID, and when that didn’t work, I attempted it with my older Apple ID. Unfortunately, I received the same error both times. Hello, I am experiencing a critical issue with my Apple Developer Program account. I successfully enrolled months ago, and my subscription is active as per my account details. However, I am now unable to access my developer membership features, and when I sign into my account it redirects me to the enrollment page as if I had never enrolled. Key details of the issue: Active subscription: My Apple Developer Program membership is active and set to renew on 17 October 2025. The subscription page confirms this, and the payment was successfully processed. REVOKED CERTIFICATES: Certificates I created weeks ago have been revoked without any explanation or notification. No email notifications: I have not received any communication from Apple regarding issues with my account or certificates. Attempts to Resolve: Cleared cookies and cache. Tried logging in on multiple devices and browsers. Signed out of all devices and logged back in. Could someone please assist me in understanding why my account is behaving this way? I'm at my wit's end with Apple's ridiculous timeframes! They promise 2 days but then completely ghost you for weeks. Here I am, literally trying to give them my money and get things moving, but it's like hitting a brick wall over and over. I've tried everything - even set up a whole separate account - and what do I get? Just more 'pending' status. No updates, no explanations, just endless waiting. How is it possible for a trillion-dollar company to make something as simple as accepting payment so infuriatingly difficult?

Hey everyone. This is probably the last straw I am trying to pull since I tried almost everything else. I have applied for the Apple Developer Program and the whole process started at the end of 2024. I got rejected the first time because Apple could not charge my card. It was clearly shown that the cost is $99, however, it was 106.65 Euros (I created a Revolut card with the $100 because I don't trust placing my card everywhere). I started the new process but this time I knew about the amount issue so I placed 150 Euros just to be safe. Automatic rejection with robotic AI response: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time." When I raised ticket about it I got no replies. Than both my friend and wife tried to apply for the program. Both rejected with the exact same messaging. I created a new Apple ID, new card, new everything and did everything "by the book". Again. Rejection with the same exact messaging: For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time... Can someone from Apple please tell me what are those reasons? I have been an Apple user for almost 10 years now. I was buying Apps from store. I am using iCloud+. Modest Citizen as some would say. What's the problem? How can I finally get to Apple Developer Program without being rejected by AI or some poor auto system?

I enrolled to the program via the Developer app and paid for the subscription, got my receipt. The app now says the enrollment is not available. Xcode says I have no developer account. The Appstore mac app says the subscription is active. The developer website says I need to pay. Again. Is this some kind of scam or what?

We are currently experiencing the following: Developers who are invited to Appstore Connect in the "Administrator" role and are members of the development team no longer have access to the team's developer resources at https://developer.apple.com Even after deleting the user and a new invitation, there is no access to the developer resources. The problem has existed since yesterday and can be traced in several developer accounts.

We had a work card attached to our developer's account. team ID 924RUYJZ34 dev ID 8771bf7b-31a9-4602-baae-02580fe5b6c4 Funds are debited from this card in other services, there are no problems with it, the amount in the account is sufficient. Our membership subscription did not renew automatically. The applications are blocked. We can't renew our subscription, there's no Renew button anywhere. There is no way to extend it on any device, web version, or anywhere else. We can't even cancel and re-arrange it, all the functions don't work. Please help us, how can we renew our subscription?!

I'm trying to create an app that authenticates to Apple Music using MusicKit but whenever I try to build my profile through eas, I am getting this error: Provisioning profile doesn't include the com.apple.developer.music-kit entitlement. However, my provisioning profile does have MusicKit enabled.

I'm not sure how to proceed. I paid for Apple Develoepr Program but not seeing it applied to my account and I still see "Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired.'

After my account was converted to an organizational account, I tried to submit a new W-9, but I get an error: "The Type of Beneficial Owner does not match the individual or company status you previously provided." I had selected "Individual/Sole proprietor", based on my understanding that this is what should be selected on the W-9 for a single-member LLC. My initial guess as to what's causing the error, is my single-member LLC may have been miscategorized in the migration to an organization account so the intended option doesn't work. As per the official W-9 instructions, a single-member LLC should be categorized as an "Individual/sole proprietor or single-member LLC" on the form for tax purposes, but when I select "Individual/Sole Proprietor" on the "Type of Beneficiary Owner" dropdown on the App Store Connect front-end form for the W-9, which I assume corresponds with the aforementioned option on the true W-9 form that includes "single-member LLC", I get the aforementioned error. I was alternatively informed by Developer Support that the above error may be occurring because I haven't signed the latest Apple Program License Agreement, which I haven't been able to access, which they claimed is because I hadn't provided banking information for my account. So I added my business bank account but a week later the top of the Business section still says "Your banking updates are processing, and you should see the changes in 24 hours. You won't be able to make any additional updates until then." I contacted Apple Developer Support about all of the above and am still waiting for a response. While I wait, I'd like to ask here whether anyone has any ideas as to why the W-9 error is occuring or how long banking changes actually take to process, in case either of these is something I can resolve in the meantime.

Hi, I tried to apply Enroll in Apple Developer Program in the mobile app and I got this error: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us." Then I did contact Apple by phone as the error message says. I got the response as: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrollment at this time." I am already shocked - so I asked what can I do? Answer - nothing. Is this normal to not get a response what's the reason that is blocking me to enroll the program ?

"Failed to verify your identity. Try again." I only see this text. I have the correct apple account and password and I have made the payment. I can't log in with my password, why? Question 1: What should I do to log in with my password? Question 2: What is the error?

When we initiated the app transfer, we were eligible for app transfer and it was transferred as well. But App's bundle identifiers are not transferred yet which is blocking to push new updates. We contacted various time to apple, but we get similar responses. What may be the exact reason that is blocking to transfer the app bundle identifiers. However, app has already been transferred and active from recipient developer account.
