There does not seem to be a good area of this forum to post this, so i just post it. I joined the developer program, i made a payment of 99 US dollars, the money was sent from my bank account to Apple.Com, it said on my developers account that it could take up to 48 hours to get things registered and i would be all set to go with the developers account after that. Well, the money is still gone, and 1-2 hours after i made the payment my account now asks me to Join the program, just like before i joined and made the payment. This was two days ago so i sent a message to apple about this, still no answer from them so i dont feel very happy about this, no way in h*** i am going to make a new payment to try to join again when i already did join and did not ever got my money back. Anyone had any similar issues or know what i should do next ?

A year ago, I had an app published on Apple Developer, but I didn’t renew the subscription. Months later, when I tried to subscribe again, I started getting an error when trying to purchase the Apple Developer subscription. I've already tried different cards, and the error continues to appear. I'm really exhausted at this point. I’ve been speaking with support through chat and phone calls for almost three months, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I keep being told to wait 24 hours, then 72 hours, but the error is still there. I’ve contacted both Apple Support and Apple Developer Support, and neither team has been able to help. I’ve been trying to pay a $100 subscription for three months, and I still can’t complete the purchase. I honestly don’t understand how a company like Apple can provide such a poor experience for something as simple as paying for a subscription.

Hi everyone, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday afternoon, November 11th, 2025. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated. Hi everyone, I completed my Apple Developer registration on November 8, 2025, and paid the fee. Afterwards, I was charged another €99, so I basically paid twice. But nothing has changed on my account so far — it doesn’t even show as “pending” or “waiting” anymore. I also can’t reach Apple Support, since I’m unable to get a call or send an email. Has anyone else experienced something like this or knows what I can do?

So I just managed to build one app for personal use that I want to use daily in my iphone. However, once installed in my device through XCode, after one week the application is no longer available. I'm aware about the one week trial for free users and one year for a paid account, but... for real? Isn't there an alternative? And if not... does it means that in order to use my app for let's say 5 years I will have to pay 500$? Is just a bit crazy to think about it but I did look on the internet and did not found a clear information about how this works. Thank you in advance :)

Hi Team, Its been 4 weeks and still my enrollment is reflecting in pending status. I want to set up my application and to do it we have to enroll for the development to give access to the the tech team to configure the application. I am not able to find the contact us info to raise the issue.

No matter what I do, no matter which link or advice I follow, I can't end up at the invoice of my paid subscription. Not on screen, nor for download. Just as if it does not exist (emails doesn't count, it is just a receipt text). I sign in, I go to Orders, I enter the order number (e.g. AEM079****), I enter the SAME email where I received the confirmation email for the purchase. At the end it says either "there was a problem... blah-blah, try again" or something similar to "The order number entered is already linked to an Apple ID.". Well, that IS ME, the same email. I am really sick of this already, every time my accountant asks me for the invoice, I go to Apple hoping "let me find it this time". But Nope, never happened. And it is not onle me. Can Apple solve this years-old-issue? Please do NOT close this question until I (we) all get an advice or answer which REALLY WORKS! Thank you. Hello everyone, I recently contacted Apple Developer Support regarding access to an older iOS beta build (specifically iOS 26.0 Developer Beta 1, build 23A5260u for iPhone 15 Pro). Developer Support confirmed that they can’t provide access to previous betas and advised me to bring the question here. My question: Is there any official or supported method for developers to reinstall or access older, unsigned beta builds for the purpose of testing compatibility or debugging legacy features? I’m aware that Apple stops signing older versions once newer builds are released, but I’m wondering whether programs like AppleSeed, enterprise testing frameworks, or specific partner channels provide legitimate access to prior betas for regression or compatibility testing. Has anyone else run across this after manually renewing an expired developer account? Happens when I go to the "Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles" page and click on anything. Also unable to download any of the iOS SDK's. Any ideas?
