Dear Apple Developer team, dear Apple Developer community, I’m posting this publicly because I honestly don’t know how else to get a response. Timeline: December 3rd: I applied for the Apple Developer Program and received the confirmation email: “Your program enrollment has been received.” After that: complete silence for weeks – no status updates, no emails, nothing. End of December: Only after I opened a support ticket myself did I receive a response asking me to upload additional documents. January 12th: I uploaded all requested documents in full. Since then: silence again. Last Monday, I sent a follow-up email → no reply. Today (January 26th), I opened a new ticket, referencing the existing case number. Honestly, I have to ask: Where is the professionalism in this process? For comparison: The Google Play Developer account verification (including identity and company checks) took around 24 hours. Apple is one of the most valuable technology companies in the world. Why does a basic developer enrollment take over two months, without transparent communication or even a simple status update? At this point, I would really appreciate: a clear status update, or at least a realistic timeline for when this process will be completed Right now, this experience feels neither professional nor developer-friendly. I'm suddenly receiving zero products from SKProductsRequest, even though this setup previously worked without issues. The debugger shows that both of my product identifiers are now being returned under invalidIdentifiers, and response.products is empty. I’ve confirmed the following: There are no pending agreements in App Store Connect. The subscription is active and configured correctly. The product identifiers match exactly with what’s defined in App Store Connect. Hi there, I am new to Xcode26 and dragged my AppIcon.icon (created with Icon Composer) into the project. Then build failed with "Could not locate icontool". I have developed three apps using the Screen Time API. The following are common problems I encountered in the three apps: DeviceActivityMonitorExtension is automatically killed after running for a few days (frequently) The same DeviceActivityEvent in DeviceActivityMonitorExtension is triggered twice during eventDidReachThreshold (especially obvious in iOS18.5) Screen Time authorization is automatically canceled for no reason (occasionally) I hope to get help

Since updating to iOS 18.4 the auto-lock on iPhone 16 Pro isn’t functioning. All settings remain unchanged from previous versions, however the display will not turn off. Same iOS on my older iPhone 11 doesn’t have the issue and screen turns off as usual with the same system settings. Have tried a force restart on the 16 Pro, nothing changed. Any ideas?

With ios 26 the chapter images are not updating anymore. At first I thought this is carlay related but it also occures when the phone is connected only through USB or bluetooth to play a podcast. I tried Apple podcasts and other apps like Pocketcast or audible. Same problem. The phone shows the correct chapter image while my car shows the inital image all the time. Even tried a different car :-) I checked focus and settings but found nothing related. With ios18 everything works fine. Any ideas?

I am writing to report an issue encountered while testing the iOS 26 beta. It appears that adding VPN configurations is currently not possible in this version. Specifically, attempts to add a new VPN configuration through the Settings app or via programmatic configuration profiles are unresponsive. As VPN functionality is essential for a number of development and enterprise use cases, I would appreciate it if your team could confirm whether this is a known issue, or provide guidance on any changes to VPN configuration handling in iOS 26. Hello. I need to develop for iOS 18. I've recently updated Xcode and it says I have to download ios 26 platform. I don't need it, but I can no longer build my existing projects against ios 18, even though Xcode says it's still installed and used 13 days ago. How to I remedy this?

since updating from 18.3 to 18.4, both on cellular and WiFi Networks I can’t connect to the internet. Since the phone wont connect to the internet I’m not able to turn off “find my iPhone“ to restore my iPhone to iOS 18.3 this way my iPhone is useless any ideas / thoughts about this?

My account has been active and in good standing for the past 2 years, and during this time I have never received any warnings or issues. Recently, after Apple reviewed my account, I received a notification about possible termination. After carefully reviewing the situation myself, I realized what may have caused this: I originally registered my Apple Developer account as an Individual Developer Account, However, the bank account used for App Store payments belongs to my registered company, At the time, I was not aware that the legal entity of the bank account must match the Apple Developer account registration. This was not done with any intention to misrepresent or misuse the platform. It was simply a misunderstanding of the account requirements. We have never deceived our users or the Apple Review Team in any way. For us as developers, providing an excellent user experience has always been our top priority, and we have always aimed to follow Apple’s review and compliance standards closely. We sincerely hope that, given our situation, the Apple Review Team could grant us an opportunity to correct these issues.

This is my first problem and my first question hopefully somebody can help or give me some suggestions. I was in the developr beta of IOS 26 build(235260n) for a while I haven't updated it since the new beat has came out, beta 3. I have been trying to update requested, after about 20 seconds it goes away but does not start the download the update. The problem also begins to download something into the system beta goes from 22.85 GB to 33.78 GB. It just holds the update but doesn't;t update the phone. I have tried power cycling the device and everytime I do that it just resets the system data and allows up to try the update again. Unsure what to do and don't know if I would need to wait for the public beta for IOS26 to change anything on the device. Please let me know if you guys have any more suggestions what should be the next step. I also was unsure if I should backup the device and reinstall it to make sure that its not something with the conncetion.

Hey everyone. Ever since installed OS26 (and 26.1 now) - whenever I fast play any video on 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x on the AppleTV - the audio gets massively distorted on HomePods. Be it on YouTube, Difuse, or any supporting app. I even tried mirroring from iPhone -same issue. Anyone else experiencing the same? I noticed no posts about troubleshooting.

I tried to update to the currently released beta version of iPad OS26, but I can't seem to update due to lack of storage space on my iPad. Is there any other way to update besides freeing up space? Hi everyone, I’m developing an app for managing internet services, which includes features like controlling modems, paying internet bills, purchasing internet packages, buying cameras, subscribing to FSafety (modem management), UltraFast (boosting internet speed for gaming), and selling health-related devices like blood glucose monitors, as well as other telecom-related products. I have some questions about Apple’s review process and payment policies: Do features like paying internet bills, buying internet packages, purchasing cameras, subscribing to FSafety and UltraFast violate any of Apple’s policies (App Store Review Guidelines)? If my app doesn’t violate any policies, how would Apple charge for these transactions, and what is the fee structure? If I use an external payment gateway (not Apple’s) for transactions like paying bills or buying products, would I need to provide additional documentation for my app to be approved on the App Store? What is the review process for apps with external payment features? Is there anything special I need to do when submitting the app to the App Store? I would appreciate any insights from those who have experience with developing apps that include payment functionality. Thanks so much!

For the last two weeks Time Machine has been unable to complete back up. It's throwing up the following: The error detail shows : The file does not exist in finder and have tried logging Mac out of iCloud and back in again but error remains. Any thoughts much appreciated.
