Digital Services Act in "In Review"

Hi everyone, my Digital Services Act (DSA) status in App Store Connect has been “In Review” for over a week. Is this normal?

The app is already available in 178 countries, but it can’t be released in the EU (my home market) solely because this DSA isn’t approved yet.

How long did it take for you? Is there anything that helps speed up the DSA review?

Thanks for any insights.

Hello Tom,

I'm facing exactly the same issue - DSA in review for more than 2 weeks now.

Just wanted to ask, if you got the problem resolved? If so, what did you do?

Thank you for your answer in advance.

Hi, I’m experiencing exactly the same issue. My DSA status has been “In Review” for about 2 weeks now and it hasn’t changed at all.

Did you manage to get approved in the end? If so, how long did it take?

I’d really appreciate any info - this delay is blocking my app in the EU as well.

Just an update from my side - after about 14 days, my DSA status was finally approved. It seems it just takes time on Apple’s side.

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my app CarHA (App ID: 6779731608) regarding Digital Services Act (DSA) trader status compliance.

On June 12, 2026, I completed the DSA trader self-assessment in App Store Connect (Business > Agreements > Compliance > Digital Services Act). The status has been showing "In Review" ever since — now 7 days with no change.

As a result, all 27 EU countries show "Cannot Sell" / "Trader Status Not Provided" in my App Availability page, and users in the EU see "This app is not available in your country or region."

What I've tried:

  • Submitted the DSA self-assessment form on June 12
  • Completed DAC7 information separately (now shows Active)
  • Contacted Apple Developer Support via email — no response yet
  • There is no "Complete Compliance Requirements" button visible in my App Store Connect interface to resubmit or check status

Has anyone else experienced DSA compliance stuck in "In Review" for this long? Was it resolved on its own, or did you need to contact Apple directly?

Any help appreciated. Thank you.
