Hi, We are trying to make the PKAddPaymentPassViewController to show the correct list of devices to where the pass can be added. We have analysed the documentation and we are using the PrimaryAccountIdentifier field which is the field that supposedly controls this behavior but the list of devices presented in the view controller always include one iPhone and one Apple Watch, regardless of where the card has been already added. We are initializing the PKAddPaymentPassRequestConfiguration object with: PKEncryptionScheme PrimaryAccountIdentifier CardholderName PrimaryAccountSuffix LocalizedDescription PaymentNetwork PrimaryAccountIdentifier CardholderName PrimaryAccountSuffix LocalizedDescription We have also verified the configuration in our payment pass processor and everything should be ok. We would like to have some help on achieving the desired flow for Apple Pay, which is to present the PKAddPaymentPassViewController with the correct list of available devices and not the full list. This is because we need to include the ApplePay In-App Provisioning Development extended entitlement in our Bancoagricola app. Currently, when creating new provisioning profiles, the screen to configure Additional Entitlements is not displayed for our team. I've completed the setup required for in-app push provisioning on the iOS platform. Encountering an issue at the completion handler step while sending data back to the PassKit framework. The delegate method used is: func addPaymentPassViewController(completionHandler handler: @escaping (PKAddPaymentPassRequest) -> Void) The error observed is: Error Domain=PKPassKitErrorDomainCode=2 which is PKUnsupportedVersionError The device used for testing is running iOS version 17.4.1.

Hello, I am setting up a feature for my company's banking app that allows users to add their payment/debit card they have with us to the Apple Wallet on their device. We have the in-app provisioning entitlement setup and configured in the app and configured with our banking partner/TSP. We are able to manually provision production environment cards via the Wallet app. I am using test card data from my TSP. I send them the two certificates, nonce, and nonce signature data and am given activationData, encryptedPassData, and an ephmeralPublicKey that we then set on an instance of PKAddPaymentPassRequest. We call the handler on the delegate method that is called with that request object and get an error: The operation couldn’t be completed. (PKPassKitErrorDomain error 2.) Looking at the PassKit library shows this is PKUnsupportedVersionError - Unsupported pass version. Our TSP hasn't been super helpful in troubleshooting this issue and just said we should contact Apple as it is an Apple error. I am trying to figure out if the issue is with how we are implementing the feature or with the test data itself given to us.

Hello -- We're preparing to roll out Apple Pay on website in the next week but encountered some issues during testing. While we successfully processed transactions using a VISA card, we ran into errors when testing with other card brands. Has anyone come across this issue before?

'Company A' is scheduled to merge with its parent company, 'Company B'. Both A and B have Apple accounts. A's account has one domain registered for Apple Pay integration, while Account B has no domain registered. We attempted to register A’s domain under B’s account. However, the notification 'Requested domain name has been verified previously.' appeared, and we could not complete the registration. Please confirm whether it is correct that a domain already registered under Account A cannot be registered again under Account B. If we cannot register same domain in two accounts, we believe that the domain registered under A's account must be deleted first and then registered under B's account. In that case, will payments become unavailable immediately upon deletion of the domain, or will payments still be possible for a certain period of time after deletion? In our testing, we found that payments were not blocked immediately, but we would like to confirm further. We are concerned about the possibility of transaction failures during the short period between deleting the domain from A's Account and registering it under B's Account.

Two subscriptions, Plus and Max, are under the same subscription group, with Max having a higher tier than Plus. Promotional Offers for Max are configured in Apple Store Connect. When a user subscribes to Plus and then upgrades to Max using Promotional Offers, they are prompted with "Upgrade upon expiration" (Figure 1); if they don't use Promotional Offers, they are prompted to "Upgrade immediately" (Figure 2). Question 1: What is the situation with the "upgrade upon expiration" message in Figure 1? Is upgrading using Promotional Offers special? I couldn't find any relevant explanation in Apple's technical documentation. Question 2: Figure 1 shows an "upgrade upon expiration," but after subscribing, the webhook still shows the subscription start time as the current time, meaning the upgrade hasn't started immediately. Is the message incorrect?

Dears, We are developing an apple wallet extension. In the Non-ui extension, in the getPaymentPassEntry overriden function we have to return an object such as: ``PKIssuerProvisioningExtensionPaymentPassEntry(identifier: identifier, title: label, art: getEntryArt(image: uiImage), addRequestConfiguration: requestConfig)!`` What is not clear are the requirements for this "art" parameter. Somewhere in the FAQ it says that the art has to be an image of 1536 x 969 resolution, <4 MB, squared corners, no chip contacts, and so forth) but we set there images of any size and the extension displays them without any problem. Are those requirements (1536 x 969 resolution, and so on) only for the images that are displayed in the wallet only after the card has been added? In this case, are those images coming from the PNO directly and not coming from the function above which is in the wallet extension? Thanks,

But when we want verify the domain in your platform we can't do it and you see the message "Domain verification failed". Currently, we can retrieve the card type information (credit/debit) from the Apple Pay response payload, but this is only available after the payment has been processed. However, we need to determine the card type in advance, as our system calculates and applies transaction fees based on the card type, which should be added to the total transaction amount before submission. Could you please advise if there is any parameter, API field, or pre-authorization mechanism available to identify the card type prior to initiating the transaction request? We would appreciate your guidance or any related documentation for implementing this. STEPS TO REPRODUCE Initiate Apple pay Payment from Apple pay Getting payload we can retrieve the card type information (credit/debit) from the Apple Pay response payload, but this is only available after the payment has been processed. Hello, I'm trying to make changes to my website's apple pay flow and an unable to verify if the flow works because I get the following error in the console when trying to pay: TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'applePaySession.completeMerchantValidation') By following this error message, I try to setup an ngrok proxy to verify my local development domain and that fails as well even though as you can see, the file does actually exist. Can anyone help with A) giving me a different way to develop locally aka having a "successful" apple pay payment so I can verify my website's flow after payment or B) help me figure out why the domain verification is failing. Review your TLS Certificate configuration to confirm that the certificate is accessible and a supported TLS Cipher Suite is used. I have uploaded the required apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association.txt file and it is reachable from the Internet in the proper location https://www..com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association.txt. The SSL certificate has been renewed and it offers at least one of required cipher suites based on the Apple document https://developer.apple.com/documentation/applepayontheweb/setting-up-your-server. We have developed Apple Wallet Extension for our App. The in-app provisioning for the card is working. However when we try to add the card from Wallet extension it gives error saying "Your issuer does not yet offer support for this card". I am encountering an issue with the in-app provisioning flow using PKAddPaymentPassViewController. Specifically, when presenting the controller to allow users to add a pass to Apple Wallet, the device selection screen is showing all the devices, even after setting the primaryAccountIdentifier on the PKAddPaymentPassRequestConfiguration. Here's the context: I'm using PKAddPaymentPassViewController for in-app provisioning. I provide a valid primaryAccountIdentifier in the configuration. But after adding the pass, if i print back the primaryAccountIdentifier it displays some other value different than the identifier i had set(Example masked identifier: FAPLMC1GB000000066aa4xxxxxxxxxxxa744f16axxxxxxxx). The provisioning flow works, but the device list shown to the user includes all the devices (e.g., Apple Watches and iPhone even though it is already added to Apple Watch or iPhone).

We are trying to develop a coupon/offer code module where our app users can avail a free trail offer for 2 months period after applying the code. We already had a subscription module with monthly & yearly subscriptions with 7 day free trial period. Now, we want to implement a offer/coupon module, where, a user can either select monthly or yearly subscription, and upon entering the offer/coupon code, they will get 2 months free trial (or) a discount on the chosen subscription. (this will overwrite the existing 7 day free trial). We are confused on choosing the type of “offer/coupon” from AppStore connect. In App Store connect, we have introductory offers, promotional offer & Offer codes. Based on our requirements, we have done research and found that we cannot implement the offer code & promotional codes in the develop environment as there is no possibility to test in Sandbox environment. We observed that we need to push the app to App store and upon approval, we need to implement “offer/coupon” module. Can some one please suggest or guide us on choosing the best solution for our requirement? Thanks in advance.
