PROBLEM Cannot upload this app to App Store Connect from Swift Playgrounds on iPad Pro. Upload spinner runs 5+ minutes and never completes. "Upload succeeded" is never shown. Sometimes Swift Playgrounds shows: "Another upload is already in progress." Stopped and retried 5-6 times over 36+ hours. Changed build numbers. Restarted iPad, changed Wi-Fi, reinstalled Playgrounds.

ISOLATION (important) Same iPad Pro, same Swift Playgrounds, same Apple Developer account:

  • ANOTHER app uploads successfully
  • Only com.musepianolab.piano3 fails

App Store Connect state

  • TestFlight shows only previously completed builds
  • New upload attempts do NOT appear in TestFlight or Build Uploads
  • No Processing builds visible

Developer Support phone Told they can only see metadata, not upload queue status. Directed me to Feedback Assistant.

REQUEST Please investigate and clear any stuck upload session for bundle ID com.musepianolab.piano3.

Environment: Swift Playgrounds on iPad Pro (not Xcode). Small app bundle (~few MB).

I tried uploading again today from Swift Playgrounds on the same iPad Pro, using the same developer account and the same bundle ID (com.musepianolab.piano3).

The behavior is unchanged:

I can create the upload record in Swift Playgrounds. After that, the app stays on “Uploading app…” with the spinner running indefinitely. This attempt ran for more than 10 minutes without completing. Normally, uploads from this device finish in about 2–3 minutes. I never received the “Upload succeeded” message. I also checked App Store Connect again:

There is still no new build for the version number I entered. The attempt does not appear in TestFlight or in Build Uploads. There is no “Processing” entry and no “Failed” status either. So it still looks like the upload is not reaching App Store Connect at all, or it is getting stuck before App Store Connect can record the attempt.

Could you please investigate again and, if possible, clear any stuck upload session for com.musepianolab.piano3?
