Request a one-on-one App Review appointment

If you have questions about the review process, you can request to meet with App Review over Webex. In each 30-minute video appointment, you can ask for advice on what to expect during review, how your app can best align with guidelines, reasons for common rejections, and topics related to the process of reviewing your app for distribution.

How to request an App Review appointment

  1. Request an appointment on the Meet with Apple schedule page. Appointments are subject to availability during your local business hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  2. In your request, include your app's Apple ID from App Store Connect (if you have one) and the specific questions you'd like to discuss.

  3. Discuss your app with an App Review expert during the appointment. Appointments are conducted on video over Webex; having your camera on is optional.

Note: A Meet with Apple appointment is informational. It doesn't replace, expedite, or guarantee the outcome of your app's review.

Tips about appointment requests

Do

  • Request an appointment if you're unsure how a specific guideline applies to your app, or want general guidance on how to prepare an app for review.

  • Come with specific questions so App Review can provide useful feedback in the time available.

  • Keep in mind every submission is evaluated against the App Review Guidelines at the time of review, so App Review cannot preapprove apps or specific features during your appointment.

Don't

  • Don't consider an App Review appointment a replacement for reading the App Review Guidelines yourself.
