Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. 🔥 Developer Account Expired — No Option to Renew, No Timely Support (India)
I’m extremely disappointed with the Apple Developer Program experience. Our organization account (JD SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED) expired on October 26, 2024, and to this day, there is no visible option to renew — not in the Apple Developer app (iOS/Mac), not on the developer website. We've followed every instruction Apple provides, and nothing works. To make things worse, I’m based in India, but Apple’s support is clearly U.S.-centered and unresponsive. I contacted support and got a canned response asking me to wait 24 hours. Why does a global company like Apple not provide time zone–relevant or regional developer support? This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a major business disruption. Our apps are unavailable, and we can’t push updates. And yet we’re met with silence and confusion when we try to give Apple more money to renew our account. Apple enforces the strictest guidelines on developers, yet offers no proper channel to resolve something as basic as account renewal. It’s absurd. We’re now being forced to consider alternative app stores and distribution platforms—not because we want to leave, but because Apple is making it impossible to stay. Apple, please fix this. DUNS Number Mismatch
I am trying to create a developer account for my organization. I have validated our DUNS number and Entity Name on https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/. However, when I try to add this number to create a developer account, I get a pop-up suggesting a mismatch in the entity and DUNS number. I have tried this several times without any success. Applying for Developer Program outside of supported regions
Hello, I'm currently living in Finland and would like to apply for the developer program in order to develop an app for the Apple Vision Pro. I understand that Finland is not supported in this matter, so I thought about making an German AppleID, since that is supported in the AVP App Store, and enroll in the program with that. The problem is that, since I'm not a German citizen nor have a residency there, would that cause a problem in the identity verification process? Is this allowed at all? If not, are there any workarounds to be able to get the developer account outside of supported regions? Thank you!

Help! Free to paid dev account
I’m very new to mobile app development but not new to application development in general. I’m close to completing my first app and really excited to get things moving along and then hit a major roadblock and am at my wits end with this. I currently have a free account and have been testing on my own phone. I’m ready to move to TestFlight so went to enroll in the paid program and it just says can’t do so at this time. I sent support an email and they said it’s because they can’t identify me. I called and they told me the same thing and that there is literally nothing that can be done. I tried to create a new Apple ID and figured I’d just use it for the dev work I want to do but I can’t even create a new ID. I did have Family Sharing setup with myself as the organize and removed myself from that to ensure nothing was preventing identification. Still nothing. I can’t possibly be the only one that has gone through this. Frustrated is an understatement and getting this app out was really going to be such a big deal for me. So disappointed. Any suggestions?

Apple developer program membership issue
Hi, I paid to renew my membership and I received an order confirmation email. But when i go to my account it says it is still expired - so what did i pay for then? I've emailed Apple developer support and they just sent me a generic bot/copy and paste email telling me i need to renew my account. Everyone i speak to tells me to click a link and it just leads to an email option, i email them, then i get an unhelpful email, then the cycle repeats. It's like: Me: "Hey Apple, i've just paid to renew my account and you're not giving me what i paid for". Apple: "Just renew your account". Me: "....yeah but that's the issue" Apple: "click this link to send an email and start the infinite useless cycle all over again". I have also called apple multiple times and spoke with three people and they are not able to help. I spoke with one of the people's managers and i explained to him that i've stuck in this infinite loop where nothing gets resolved and he sent me a link which just. lead. to. the. same. email. option! I then explained that this is like a dystopian sci-fi movie where this faceless mega-corp (Apple) has taken my money for a service and not given me that service (false advertising / crime). He said he can't help. Then you know what he said? ................... ........ ..... .. "post on the forum". So Apple takes my money and doesn't give me the service they advertised to me then says they can't help me and that i have to ask in the forum. I said "so basically you're advising me that non-apple employees are better suited to help me than Apple employees, lol". What should i do here?? I have a had a team of developers stop working for weeks and this has brought my app development plan to a halt, costing me money.

Getting invalid_client error when using Sign in with Apple (Web) via Firebase
I'm currently facing an issue while integrating Sign in with Apple on a Firebase web app using JavaScript. ✅ What I’ve done: Created a Service ID Created an App ID and enabled Sign in with Apple Linked the Service ID to the App ID under Web Authentication Configuration and also add these Domains and sub-domains: apple-signin-test-next.firebaseapp.com Registered return URL: https://apple-signin-test-next.firebaseapp.com/__/auth/handler Generated a key with Sign in with Apple capability and added: Key ID Team ID Private Key Client ID (Service ID not App ID) all in the Firebase Auth Apple Sign-In configuration I’ve tried multiple test projects and keys, including deleting and recreating everything, but I still consistently receive this error: invalid_client 🔎 Additional Details: The client_id in the auth request matches the Service ID exactly I’m not using an iOS app — this is purely web-based Sign in with Apple I am using a valid Apple Developer account enrolled in the program What could be the reason Apple keeps returning invalid_client even though all configuration seems correct? Please help us to resolve the issue. We are ready to connect for a call too. Thanks

Developer Account Payment Made, But No Activation Email After 3 Weeks
Hello, I created an Apple Developer account and paid the €79 membership fee. It has now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received any email confirming the activation or approval of my account. Apple mentioned that I would receive a response within 48 hours, but I have only received two emails related to the payment invoice. There has been no update regarding the status or activation of my developer account. Can someone help me understand what might be causing the delay, or how I can get in touch with the right support team to resolve this? Thank you.

Issue when apps are not available
Hi anybody else experiencing or have experienced issues to renew membership? My company's app is no longer available in the app store for the users to download and update. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated as I have reached out a few times to apple and after a few days the issue still exists, affecting my job and company operations. Below are the issues we are facing if anybody knows how to solve it: Account was deprecated We managed to access the developer website, also the appstoreconnect website, but so far all apps are not yet available in the store. Enrollment not successful - no reply from German dev Team
We registered an Apple Account and started the enrollment as company. Entered DUNS number and everything. Afterwards we got the mail, there is somthing suspicous, we have to reply to germandev@ why we want to be registered. We found out, that we had a student once who started developing an app and registered themselves with company details. This account seems to be closed, but anyhow, it is mixed now. I tried to write several times to germandev@ team, but we don't get any reply for weeks. Who else can help us? Some phone number? Thanks

Stuck after Master Developer Account was enrolled in Apple Business Domain
Hi All, Posting here after completely spinning our wheels with Apple Business Support AND Apple Developer Support thus far. Problem: Our team of Developers have been using Corporate e-mail addresses (companyname.com) as Apple Developer Accounts. A couple of months ago we enrolled in Apple Business and enrolled our .com domain under management. Developers and others were given 30 days to enroll their accounts manually at the end of which it would be done automatically. One of our Developers did the manual transition with the result that his Developer Account "came with him" i.e. signing certificates and whatnot. Our Master Developer - my term, sorry if incorrect reference to the primary Developer Account - did nothing and his e-mail address but not his Developer Account was "forcibly" enrolled. The result being that he lost access to his Developer Account. Apple Support explained that the Developer Account had automatically been assigned a temporary access in the format "user dot name-company dot com at temporary.appleaccount.com". Great, all the Developer needs to do is to log in and follow the immediate prompting to assign a new valid e-mail address. Unfortunately, any address that the User enters is accepted and a verification code is expected. But no verification code is ever received. Not in our Corporate e-mail gateway under a working alias, not in other private accounts. Not in Spam, Junk etcetera. Something is inhibiting the change. The Developer is now stuck because he cannot log in in order to create his own support ticket. I have done so on his behalf, explained clearly the issue, received a link to an open page that does not require authentication, and he created a new ticket. The response comes again back from L1 Support on how to recover or change your login e-mail. Absolutely no recognition of the problem that has been clearly and repeatedly documented. (Bangs head against wall in frustration.) Questions: Is this Problem Description clear? If not PLEASE ask for clarification! Does anyone recognise this issue? Does anyone have a solution OR a way to reach the appropriate level in Apple Developer Support SO THAT our key Certificates etcetera that are no longer accessible in this "blocked" account can be recovered! Stuck in Manual ID Review for Apple Developer Program (39 Days and Counting)
Hi everyone, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program nearly two months ago. Initially, I had issues using both the website and the Developer app on Mac/iPhone to complete the process. After contacting Apple Developer Support, I was told that they don't accept EU residence permits through the automatic system, only national ID cards or a driver’s license, which I don’t have, as a few years ago I relocated from a 3rd world non-EU country. But they said this can be reviewed manually. Eventually, Apple Support provided me with a link to upload my passport and residence permit photos. I submitted them right away, but it’s now been 39 days with no progress. I followed up multiple times.. after 10 days, 3 weeks, and again just recently, and each time I’m told my documents are still under review, with no ETA or further details. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything else I can do to move this forward, or is it just a matter of waiting indefinitely? Thanks in advance for any advice or insight.

Can't figure out first subscription
I have created my first subscription and pay wall, everything works 100% in testing, however when it comes to launching to Apple for review I feel like I get caught up in a chicken and egg issue which never resolves. When the product goes in to waiting for review it can no longer be displayed or fake purchased on my Superwall paywall. If it doesn't display apple can't approve and this goes on and on. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

Form bug in signing up for Apple Developer Program enrollment
Hi, We’ve encountered a bug in the payment form and are currently unable to complete the payment for our Apple Developer Program enrollment. When we go to https://developer.apple.com/enroll/purchase, I check the checkbox and proceed by clicking Purchase. This takes us to the next page: https://secure6.store.apple.com/nl/shop/checkout?_s=Billing-init On that page, we’re asked how we want to pay (the page is in Dutch), but the form gives the following issues: Street name: Error message says I need to enter bank details (even though this is the address field). Postal code: Error message keeps asking for the postal code, even though it’s filled in. City: Same issue – the field is filled in, but the form shows an error. Email and Mobile: Error message saying I need to enter bank details (unclear why). Mobile number: It says I need to enter a mobile number, even though it’s already filled. Because of this, I can’t proceed to check payment and finalize the €99 payment.

Enrollment Blocked: "Identity Cannot Be Confirmed" - Support Says Decision is Final
Hello, I'm hoping to find a solution for a persistent enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community. For several months, I have been unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The automated system rejected my application, stating my identity could not be verified. This first occurred in December 2023. I have contacted Apple Support and spoken with a Senior Advisor. I explained that I am willing to provide any documentation needed to verify my identity (passport, driver's license, etc.), but was told this was not possible. The advisor stated the decision from the automated system is final and the issue cannot be escalated or resolved. This has put my app, which is fully developed and ready for submission, on indefinite hold. Has anyone else encountered this specific "identity verification" block where support states the decision is final? Is there a known workaround, a different department to contact, or any other path to get this reviewed by a human? Thank you for any help you can provide.

Call app crash
post update to beta latest update, call app crashes and unable to view, check who called and unable to save contacts. It crashes as I try to open this. It’s becoming a problem now as unable to make call. Already tried settings reset, reboot. Can you provide a solution please?

Hi everyone, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program nearly two months ago. Initially, I had issues using both the website and the Developer app on Mac/iPhone to complete the process. After contacting Apple Developer Support, I was told that they don't accept EU residence permits through the automatic system, only national ID cards or a driver’s license, which I don’t have, as a few years ago I relocated from a 3rd world non-EU country. But they said this can be reviewed manually. Eventually, Apple Support provided me with a link to upload my passport and residence permit photos. I submitted them right away, but it’s now been 39 days with no progress. I followed up multiple times.. after 10 days, 3 weeks, and again just recently, and each time I’m told my documents are still under review, with no ETA or further details. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything else I can do to move this forward, or is it just a matter of waiting indefinitely? Thanks in advance for any advice or insight.

Can't figure out first subscription
I have created my first subscription and pay wall, everything works 100% in testing, however when it comes to launching to Apple for review I feel like I get caught up in a chicken and egg issue which never resolves. When the product goes in to waiting for review it can no longer be displayed or fake purchased on my Superwall paywall. If it doesn't display apple can't approve and this goes on and on. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

Form bug in signing up for Apple Developer Program enrollment
Hi, We’ve encountered a bug in the payment form and are currently unable to complete the payment for our Apple Developer Program enrollment. When we go to https://developer.apple.com/enroll/purchase, I check the checkbox and proceed by clicking Purchase. This takes us to the next page: https://secure6.store.apple.com/nl/shop/checkout?_s=Billing-init On that page, we’re asked how we want to pay (the page is in Dutch), but the form gives the following issues: Street name: Error message says I need to enter bank details (even though this is the address field). Postal code: Error message keeps asking for the postal code, even though it’s filled in. City: Same issue – the field is filled in, but the form shows an error. Email and Mobile: Error message saying I need to enter bank details (unclear why). Mobile number: It says I need to enter a mobile number, even though it’s already filled. Because of this, I can’t proceed to check payment and finalize the €99 payment.

Enrollment Blocked: "Identity Cannot Be Confirmed" - Support Says Decision is Final
Hello, I'm hoping to find a solution for a persistent enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community. For several months, I have been unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The automated system rejected my application, stating my identity could not be verified. This first occurred in December 2023. I have contacted Apple Support and spoken with a Senior Advisor. I explained that I am willing to provide any documentation needed to verify my identity (passport, driver's license, etc.), but was told this was not possible. The advisor stated the decision from the automated system is final and the issue cannot be escalated or resolved. This has put my app, which is fully developed and ready for submission, on indefinite hold. Has anyone else encountered this specific "identity verification" block where support states the decision is final? Is there a known workaround, a different department to contact, or any other path to get this reviewed by a human? Thank you for any help you can provide.
