Enrollment Delay After Completing the Purchase
I recently purchased an Apple Developer Account on March 01, 2025. Upon completing the purchase, I received a confirmation message stating that my account would be activated within 48 hours. However, it has now been more than ten days, and my account still remains inactive. I didn't recieve any further email regarding apple developer account enrollment. Two days ago, I sent email and discuss my issue but still there is no response from apple team what should I do?

Notice of Termination
Dear Apple Support Team, I am Tianwei Yue. I received your email this morning regarding the immediate termination of our Apple Developer Program License Agreement and Apple Developer Agreement, citing alleged fraudulent behavior and violations of certain terms. We are both surprised and deeply anxious about this decision. Firstly, the email mentioned that if we wish to file an official complaint under the applicable Platform Regulation, we could contact you via “Contact Us”. However, when I logged in with my account and clicked the “Contact Us” link, the system responded with “You’re not eligible to make this request.” We would appreciate guidance on how to properly submit an official complaint or if there is an alternative way to reach out for assistance. Secondly, I would like to emphasize that the “mathos ai” application operated under this account currently has over 3 million active users. Our application has consistently maintained a high user rating of 4.6 and a record of excellent service. The immediate deletion of our account has rendered the service inaccessible to a large number of customers who use Apple products, severely impacting their experience. We believe that this decision does not align with the shared values of customer care that both Apple and we have always upheld. We have always been proactive in handling user accounts, refunds, and payment issues, and we continuously strive to provide high-quality service to our users. Consequently, we are puzzled by the reason for the account suspension and believe that there might be some misunderstanding or miscommunication. We sincerely hope to connect with the relevant Apple personnel to understand the issue in detail and provide any necessary additional information to resolve any concerns and restore our service. For Apple Engineers
I been searching about this for so long now i don’t think it’s possible anymore & its more of a talk about thing than doing😭😭. But i’m a Mixing/Mastering Engineer for Music, & I’m always seeing people music releasing to Apple Music, with the icon “Apple Digital Master“ But when I do research the only thing i can find is it needs to be done in an approved Apple Studio, But me personally i’ve never heard or seen one. So i’m patiently & sincerely waiting for the right response that can help me or lead me to the right person or direction to help me out please, Because all this seeking is really starting to make my brain have aneurysm.

Stuck in Manual ID Review for Apple Developer Program (39 Days and Counting)
Hi everyone, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program nearly two months ago. Initially, I had issues using both the website and the Developer app on Mac/iPhone to complete the process. After contacting Apple Developer Support, I was told that they don't accept EU residence permits through the automatic system, only national ID cards or a driver’s license, which I don’t have, as a few years ago I relocated from a 3rd world non-EU country. But they said this can be reviewed manually. Eventually, Apple Support provided me with a link to upload my passport and residence permit photos. I submitted them right away, but it’s now been 39 days with no progress. I followed up multiple times.. after 10 days, 3 weeks, and again just recently, and each time I’m told my documents are still under review, with no ETA or further details. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything else I can do to move this forward, or is it just a matter of waiting indefinitely? Thanks in advance for any advice or insight.

Pls does anyone know how to downgrad from iOS 26 back to 18, I also don’t have a MacBook, If theres a way to downgrade without it let me know pls and if I have to use a MacBook I’ll get a friends macbook but I need to how to downgrade and if it’s possible to downgrade

Hi Apple team, I'm integrating Sign in with Apple on my website https://roomieqindia.com using a custom Node.js backend, and I'm consistently receiving this error: invalid_client My configuration: ✅ Service ID: com.roomieq.auth ✅ Team ID: 75XVX5RXMQ ✅ Key ID: (from Apple-generated .p8 key) ✅ Private Key: (.p8 key pasted correctly in backend) ✅ App ID Selected: com.roomieq.roomieq ✅ Domain Added: roomieqindia.com ✅ Return URL: https://roomieqindia.com ✅ Clicked Done → Continue → Save after configuration Behavior: When I open this URL directly in browser: https://appleid.apple.com/auth/authorize?client_id=com.roomieq.auth&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Froomieqindia.com&response_type=code%20id_token&scope=name%20email&response_mode=web_message&frame_id=ef13a755-75bb-4eef-8dd6-73bd75d6ede5&m=11&v=1.5.5 I get invalid_client. My backend uses apple-signin-auth Node.js package to: Generate the client secret (JWT) Exchange auth code for tokens Verify ID token Everything fails at step 1 because Apple doesn’t seem to recognize my Service ID as valid. What I Need: Can you please verify if: My Service ID ( com.roomieq.auth ) is fully active and recognized My App ID and Service ID are properly linked on Apple’s end There are any hidden issues with domain or return URL setup Let me know if I need to reset the Service ID or regenerate anything. No response from appeal
Hello, In 2024 I received notice of Apple Developer Account termination (Team ID: FCKZLDS8EQ) (with no reason) and in 5 days I have sended the appeal. After 30+ days - my account was terminated. The notification said that I only have a month to file an appeal, I did it within 5 days, but neither during the month nor so far - I have not received a response. Also, after the appeal, I contacted support saying that there was no response to the appeal and still remained unanswered to these tickets: 102346160903 and 102349953096. I described everything in detail in that appeal. I have an Apple Developer membership since 2014 and this is some kind of misunderstanding, I have an old trusted developer account without any violations.

Form bug in signing up for Apple Developer Program enrollment
Hi, We’ve encountered a bug in the payment form and are currently unable to complete the payment for our Apple Developer Program enrollment. When we go to https://developer.apple.com/enroll/purchase, I check the checkbox and proceed by clicking Purchase. This takes us to the next page: https://secure6.store.apple.com/nl/shop/checkout?_s=Billing-init On that page, we’re asked how we want to pay (the page is in Dutch), but the form gives the following issues: Street name: Error message says I need to enter bank details (even though this is the address field). Postal code: Error message keeps asking for the postal code, even though it’s filled in. City: Same issue – the field is filled in, but the form shows an error. Email and Mobile: Error message saying I need to enter bank details (unclear why). Mobile number: It says I need to enter a mobile number, even though it’s already filled. Because of this, I can’t proceed to check payment and finalize the €99 payment.

Cannot create a second Identifier
I have an application that uses WeatherKit for which I use the registered identifier com.[mycompanyname].[myappname] . I'm now developing a second application using WeatherKit, so I need to create a new identifier on https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/add/appId/bundle so that WeatherKit will recognize requests from com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2]. (in this post, I'm using "[xxx]" instead of the real strings) When I go to create an identifier for the new app, I get the error message: An attribute in the provided entity has invalid value An App ID with Identifier 'com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2]' is not available. Please enter a different string. Can anybody explain why I can't register the new app name, and how I can fix this?

Confirmation on the Use of MDM Vendor CSR Certificates in On-Premises MDM Solutions
We are developing an MDM solution. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

Apple Developer Enrollment — I'm the LLC Owner but Getting Upload Error
Hey everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as a company (LLC), and I’m the sole owner and CEO. I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? Do I just create a business card or write the verification letter myself? Any help or advice would be much appreciated. 🙏 Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have a question about obtaining the MDM Vendor CSR Signing Certificate. Is it possible to obtain this certificate with an Apple Developer Program account? From the official documentation below, it seems like it might be possible: https://developer.apple.com/help/account/certificates/mdm-vendor-csr-signing-certificate/ However, I have also seen past forum posts stating that it is only available through the Apple Developer Enterprise Program: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/671716 If anyone has detailed knowledge about this, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

My clients are waiting, enrollment process more than one month ?
My clients are waiting.. i had to give them some excuses and discounts... everything is ready from my side but the enrollment is delayed already more than 1 month. The support did replay after 1 week , all they did was to withdraw my enrollment and tell me to try again , and back to point zero... and I'm waiting... I did try to open two accounts , one personal and one for organization so i can at least give my clients their app. now I'm checking both accounts daily basis . oh you may wounder what happened with support ? they did answer fallow my case a little but didn't provide a solution , and then stopped responding... I'm losing money, time and hope to this system.

Apple developer program membership issue
Hi, I paid to renew my membership and I received an order confirmation email. But when i go to my account it says it is still expired - so what did i pay for then? I've emailed Apple developer support and they just sent me a generic bot/copy and paste email telling me i need to renew my account. Everyone i speak to tells me to click a link and it just leads to an email option, i email them, then i get an unhelpful email, then the cycle repeats. It's like: Me: "Hey Apple, i've just paid to renew my account and you're not giving me what i paid for". Apple: "Just renew your account". Me: "....yeah but that's the issue" Apple: "click this link to send an email and start the infinite useless cycle all over again". I have also called apple multiple times and spoke with three people and they are not able to help. I spoke with one of the people's managers and i explained to him that i've stuck in this infinite loop where nothing gets resolved and he sent me a link which just. lead. to. the. same. email. option! I then explained that this is like a dystopian sci-fi movie where this faceless mega-corp (Apple) has taken my money for a service and not given me that service (false advertising / crime). He said he can't help. Then you know what he said? ................... ........ ..... .. "post on the forum". So Apple takes my money and doesn't give me the service they advertised to me then says they can't help me and that i have to ask in the forum. I said "so basically you're advising me that non-apple employees are better suited to help me than Apple employees, lol". What should i do here?? I have a had a team of developers stop working for weeks and this has brought my app development plan to a halt, costing me money.

Need Help Updating Incorrect Information Submitted During Enrollment
Hello, I’m facing an issue with my developer account enrollment and would appreciate your guidance. I created an account and gave access to my developer to assist with the process. After I completed the payment, I didn’t proceed with enrollment immediately. Later, my developer attempted to enroll on my behalf, but he mistakenly submitted his own personal information instead of mine. Now, whenever we try to enroll, we keep encountering errors. I believe this is due to the incorrect identity information that was submitted earlier. I would like to update the enrollment details with my correct personal information so I can complete the process properly. However, I’m unable to find an option to edit or reset the information already submitted. My questions are: How can I change the identity information that was previously submitted? Is it possible to reset the enrollment process so I can start fresh with my correct details? Do you require any proof of identity or documentation to assist with this change?
