Help get access please

Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I am looking for guidance regarding a prolonged Apple Developer Program enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community or Apple Developer Support team. I created an Individual Apple Developer account on 10 January 2026 and completed the payment successfully on 11 January 2026. Since then, the enrollment status has remained pending, and I am still unable to access App Store Connect, create certificates, or manage identifiers. Here is what I have already completed from my side:
• Verified my Apple ID with Two-Factor Authentication enabled
• Submitted all required information and provided proper documents during enrollment
• Checked for any pending agreements or additional actions in the developer portal
• Opened an official support case via Apple Developer Contact Support
• Followed up multiple times on the same case Unfortunately, it has now been more than one month, and there has been no response or update from the Apple Developer Support team, while the account remains in pending status. I kindly request guidance from the community and, if possible, visibility from Apple Developer Support regarding the following:
• Is there any direct escalation process for enrollment issues?
• Are there alternative ways to contact Apple when a support case remains unanswered?
• Could there be any additional verification steps that are not visible in the portal? Any professional advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

A year ago, I had an app published on Apple Developer, but I didn’t renew the subscription. Months later, when I tried to subscribe again, I started getting an error when trying to purchase the Apple Developer subscription. I've already tried different cards, and the error continues to appear. I'm really exhausted at this point. I’ve been speaking with support through chat and phone calls for almost three months, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I keep being told to wait 24 hours, then 72 hours, but the error is still there. I’ve contacted both Apple Support and Apple Developer Support, and neither team has been able to help. I’ve been trying to pay a $100 subscription for three months, and I still can’t complete the purchase. I honestly don’t understand how a company like Apple can provide such a poor experience for something as simple as paying for a subscription.

Hello it’s my first time to signup on apple developers account .I followed all the necessary instructions an email was sent to my mail box that payment deductions will be done in the next 48hrs since that was on Friday 8 days down the line no deductions have been made kindly advise me on the right actions to take...email..mgariservices@gmail.com

Hello developers and the support teeam, I have tried to enroll my apple developer account, but got charged twice. Firstly, I tried it with the developers iOS app and paid the fee with Apple Pay on my phone. I haven't received any approval/activation/confirmation email. After that I saw on my phone this message: enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available. Then I looked on the website for the enrollement and it said that I should pay again. So I did and now I got charged twice on my card and there is still the same message. Does anyone have the same experience? How do I get a refund? I have already created a ticket, but no answer yet...

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Apple Developer Program. Yesterday, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and entered my Visa card details. However, later that night, I received a notification from my bank that the payment was charged but failed because my balance was insufficient. After that, I added funds to my bank account, withdrew/canceled my previous enrollment, and then enrolled again using the same Visa card. After re-enrolling, I received a notification from my bank and an email confirming that the payment was successful, with the order ID: “We're processing your order – D00****” However, when I try to track the order by clicking the link in the email or checking the order status, it shows the following message: Something went wrong. There was a problem with your request. Please try again. Could you please explain why this issue is happening and help me check the status of my Apple Developer Program enrollment?

Hi, I paid for the developer program membership more than 2 days ago. Nothing is happening, though. I wrote to support twice, but nothing as well. What's going on? I read few posts here and it seems like a normal thing.

Hi everyone, I completed my Apple Developer registration on November 8, 2025, and paid the fee. Afterwards, I was charged another €99, so I basically paid twice. But nothing has changed on my account so far — it doesn’t even show as “pending” or “waiting” anymore. I also can’t reach Apple Support, since I’m unable to get a call or send an email. Has anyone else experienced something like this or knows what I can do?

So i just started developing ios apps where i recently purchased macbook, i tried to create developer account got saying i cannot create the acount as of now.

I've been wating for 5 business days now and one weekend to get my Apple Developer ID approved. This does delay the publishing of applications. Could a possible solution be delegating the work to other groups? Could the employees in physical stores be included in this work, if the staff allocated to this in head office are not sufficient?

It's been about two weeks since I provided all the relevant documents needed to migrate my Apple Developer membership from Individual to Organization. So far, the migration is still in progress, and I am getting the following message: "We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization. Please note that your membership benefits are temporarily disabled during this time." I have a scheduled go-live date in two weeks and would like our release to span both Google and Apple. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed if the migration isn't completed in time? Can I create a new account, release under "Individual" and transfer the app to the organization later when it is done? Will this affect the App Store reviews?

After an Apple Developer Enterprise Program account expires, can certificates and provisioning profiles still work if they are within their valid period? Do apps continue working for up to 90 days? Hello everyone, I recently contacted Apple Developer Support regarding access to an older iOS beta build (specifically iOS 26.0 Developer Beta 1, build 23A5260u for iPhone 15 Pro). Developer Support confirmed that they can’t provide access to previous betas and advised me to bring the question here. My question: Is there any official or supported method for developers to reinstall or access older, unsigned beta builds for the purpose of testing compatibility or debugging legacy features? I’m aware that Apple stops signing older versions once newer builds are released, but I’m wondering whether programs like AppleSeed, enterprise testing frameworks, or specific partner channels provide legitimate access to prior betas for regression or compatibility testing. In my project, I would like to access the main camera using the Enterprise APIs for visionOS. However, when I try to request permission or view the documentation, I receive the following message: "Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. You must be the Account Holder of an Apple Developer Program for Organizations or an Apple Developer Enterprise Program to view this page." I am currently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual. My question is: Is it possible to use the Enterprise APIs with an individual developer account? If not, what are the available options for students or researchers who wish to use these APIs for academic purposes? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how I can gain access, or alternative ways to use the main camera for research in visionOS. Thank you for your help. Is there something incorrect with how I’m generating the JWT (e.g., iat/exp values, formatting, or encoding)? Hi, I tried to sign up for the Developer Program 7 times, starting on January 5th. It's now been a month. I contacted customer support, they said to try enrolling through the Apple Developer App. I tried that, it asked me to do an identity verification, which I did, successfully. Then the "enroll" button on the app got grayed out and it says: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit http:// developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/." I go to that link, I click "continue with your enrollment", I pay the $99, it goes through, I don't get charged anything, just a $0.00 authorization transaction, then get the "Order Acknowledgment" email, then nothing happens, it just goes nowhere. Please help. If there is anything I can do, or any more information I should supply for this to go through. I contacted support multiple times, but I don't get any response. My enrollment ID is DPTB3R8T2Z.

For iPhones 16 and below, orientation is applied in UIImage or CIImage, but not for iPhone 17. The camera is front-facing, and it uses Vision to capture facial images. Thanks for your help.
