Every time I try to renew my Apple Developer account, I get a message like "This item is not available in your country or region." (I'm in the United States) I reached out to Apple Developer support via email (because Apple Developer does not offer phone options anymore for any support topics on the website), and they gave me the following response. "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." This is ridiculous! I have multiple apps on the App Store and in TestFlight. I use my Apple Developer account to make a living- how is this even allowed? I have never done anything to violate any terms or agreements. Has anyone else been through this issue and how did they get it resolved?

When I tried to pay the fee of enrollment, it declines. I've tried 2 credit cards but the results were same!

It has been 576 hours since I got email that purchase will be completed in next 48 hours (Aug 19th).I tried it again on Aug 30th and Sept 4th but still no other resposne than those same emails.No charge on my bank account, nothing. I even sent support message and still no answer.What is happening Apple?

Hi all, I obtained a D-U-N-S number, confirmed that it's available for lookup, and submitted a request to upgrade to an Organization account 12 days ago. I then followed up 3 days ago. Still haven't received a response. Does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get a response to these inquiries? Only reason I'm upgrading to Organization account is so that multiple developers can sign debug builds for physical iPhone devices so they can collaborate on my project.

Hello everyone, I am unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The payment (credit card) is accepted by my bank but systematically declined by Apple. Note: I am located in France. Its been more than a week and my account is still in the same status as my developer account membership purchase is still pending This is frustrating for a developer to loose so many days spending so much of a premium just to get registered and even then facing this descrimination. For an Organisation of this scale, i think this will not look good. You take the time to scrutinise the developer but do not take his time, effort and their money. give a realistic timeline and not this far, which is not a good practice

Having issues updating app and publishing online, due to paid apps agreement. The app is free for distribution not a paid app, hence it is price at 0$. Can't access the agreement as well to verify and account is showing error messages when action is done. Also getting a membership expired message, and account membership is renewed till 2026.

However, when I try to request permission or view the documentation, I receive the following message: "Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. You must be the Account Holder of an Apple Developer Program for Organizations or an Apple Developer Enterprise Program to view this page." I am currently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual. My question is: Is it possible to use the Enterprise APIs with an individual developer account? If not, what are the available options for students or researchers who wish to use these APIs for academic purposes?
