individual to an organization

Hello, it's been 3 weeks now since I started the process of migrating my individual profile to a company profile. However, I still haven't received any information, and despite contacting support multiple times, I haven't received a response.

When I log into my profile, all I see is:

"We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization.

Please note that your membership benefits are temporarily disabled during this time."

It's been about 2-3 weeks, and there hasn't been much progress in resolving the issue. The biggest problem for us is that beta testing is halted, leaving us with no option to push updates.
