Additional background information: I previously submitted my documents and passed the review, but encountered issues at the payment stage when using a credit card. I asked the advisor whether alternative payment methods were possible if I couldn't use a credit card—I just wanted to understand the options. However, my application was directly revoked and switched to applying via the mobile app, forcing me to restart the entire process. Now, I'm stuck because the mobile app keeps reporting errors. I hope to switch back to the web application instead. Currently, the web application portal remains unavailable. If any Apple technical advisors see this, please help address my issue. We are facing a challenge with the renewal of our Apple Developer Program. Last year, we renewed it using a UPI ID, but that UPI ID is no longer available. We have added a new UPI ID and want the payment to be deducted from it. However, when we click on ‘Renew the Program,’ it redirects us to the old UPI ID, which we are unable to delete. It also shows that there is a currently active subscription linked to that UPI ID. We are in the 30-day grace period. We contacted the Apple Support team, but they have not provided a solution. Is there anyone who can help with this?”

Hi, We run an app house where we're creating a new app through our store for clients every few weeks. We've been using the Apple ID login through fastlane to create new apps in our CI, however we find having to log in to multiple machines every few weeks very frustrating, as it requires 2fa, and always seems to happen right when the system admins are on leave. We've tried to use the API key instead however creating apps doesn't appear to be supported, as we get a 403 error stating we can't use create. This was with the App manager role. Is it at all possible to crate an app using the api key, turn off the timeout on the ID Login or, automate this so we don't need to log in every few weeks?

Hello I have been developing an app that I want to deploy on the App Store through EAS cloud. My boss had purchased the apple developer account and invited me to a development team and I signed in with the same credentials. But when I try eas build and then select IOS as the platform I am getting this error shown in the image. Does this mean I have to purchase an apple developer account? When we go to https://developer.apple.com/enroll/purchase, I check the checkbox and proceed by clicking Purchase. This takes us to the next page: https://secure6.store.apple.com/nl/shop/checkout?_s=Billing-init On that page, we’re asked how we want to pay (the page is in Dutch), but the form gives the following issues: Street name: Error message says I need to enter bank details (even though this is the address field). Postal code: Error message keeps asking for the postal code, even though it’s filled in. City: Same issue – the field is filled in, but the form shows an error. Email and Mobile: Error message saying I need to enter bank details (unclear why). Mobile number: It says I need to enter a mobile number, even though it’s already filled. Because of this, I can’t proceed to check payment and finalize the €99 payment.

I am trying to create a developer account for my organization. I have validated our DUNS number and Entity Name on https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/. However, when I try to add this number to create a developer account, I get a pop-up suggesting a mismatch in the entity and DUNS number. I have tried this several times without any success. I received an email confirming my order summary, stating that the payment would be processed within two business days and that I would receive a notification once it was completed. However, it has been longer than that, and I haven’t received any updates—no confirmation of account activation or payment rejection. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Hi, I have setup Apple SignIn on a platform i am developing and configure all the required Service IDs and redirect URLs. The integration worked up until I moved the platform to a new domain name last friday. I have reconfigured the list of allowed domains and redirect urls to the new domain name, and removed all the mentions of the former one. Since then, when trying to Sign In with Apple, I am greated with the following error : " invalid_request - Invalid web redirect url". I have also observed that if i manually change the domain name in the redirect_uri parameter but keep the rest of the OAuth URL identical, the error disappears. This should not be possible since the former domain name has been completely removed from the Service ID configuration. Is there a propagation time for this ? And if so, it seems very long (5 days and pending). I have checked and rechecked and tripled checked my configuration, every time by going in my dev account > Identifiers > Service IDs > Sign In with Apple > Configure, then clicking Done > Continue > Save. I can confirm that : the redirect domains and URLs there are correct, and no mention of the former domain name is present I can still login using the former domain redirect urls (so my implementation is valid, but the configuration is not up to date) the new redirect urls are still not working as of now https is included in the redirect_urls, no trailing slash is present. again, the same URLs but with a different domain name were configured and worked (if anything, still work) properly TLS 1.3 connection (i know 1.2 is a requirement) Any advice would be welcome

I am testing the Music API and I am hitting walls every single moment when I try to do something that is DOCUMENTED but doesn't work/exists. Documentation says, /v1/catalog/us/artists/{ID}/view/{view}/ NEVER returns 404, while I am getting 404 for even content I know it's available on Apple Music. e.g /v1/catalog/us/artists/1487603897/view/appears-on-albums/ results 404 while they are appearing on an album FRIGID TORTURE of Nosphere artist. So when I request for appears-on or featured albums it shoud appear as a result, but I get 404. It's here so it should appear: https://music.apple.com/us/album/frigid-silence/1791001624?i=1791001626 I found NO WAY to get that album for this artist using the API, which is very frustrating and annoying. Similarly if I try this: /v1/catalog/us/artists/{ID}?views=>appears-on-albums it will result an EMPTY array for the data property Also the documentation is unclear about the several limitation max values, many parameters (e.g. include parameters are unknown ) we can't tell what value can we use. Is Apple Music Api unreliable or I just don't understand something?! I don't even understand why I have to do 4 different requests to get an artists all albums (full, single, featured, appears-on)... this should be MUCH more easier to do it one single request (with pagination). We are working on a long-term major investment in music startup and trying to move from Spotify API (due to recent changes and limitations) and finding a better alternative. Based on the docs Apple Music API seemed the most promising one, but now we are testing it we are very disappointed so far. So should we trust in this or should we forget about Apple Music API?

We'd like to give account holder role to another person in our team and when I tried to verify my account and post id photos in Developer app, I always got the next answer: 'Unable to Send Information, Your information could not be sent due to a connection error' with 2 buttons (try, cancel). I tried it many times with same result. I don't know what is wrong.

We are a group of 10 friends using the same device and Apple ID, but each of us has a different account within the same app. We want to purchase the same auto-renewable monthly subscription plan, each using our own app credentials. The issue: after the first person subscribes, the next user (with a different in-app account) is unable to buy the same plan—it shows "already subscribed" and only allows access after the next billing cycle. We don’t mind the auto-renewal being charged each month by a different person. We just want each app account to have access to the same package independently, for 1 month each. How can we achieve this without changing the Apple ID or device?
