My team has reached the maximum number of registered iPhone devices on our profile and would like to reset the list to remove those that are no longer valid. Hi, I need to temporarily add a developer to my Apple Developer account so they can manage Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles and make necessary changes. However, when I add them as a team member through Users and Access, Apple requires them to verify their Apple ID using two-factor authentication (2FA). The problem is that due to regional restrictions, they are unable to receive the verification code, which prevents them from accessing the account. What I’ve Tried: I added the developer as a team member under Users and Access in the Apple Developer portal. They received the invitation email and accepted it. When they try to log in, Apple prompts them for 2FA verification, but they cannot complete it due to the restrictions. My Questions: Is there a way to allow my developer to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles without requiring them to verify their Apple ID via 2FA? Would creating a new Apple ID and adding it as a team member work as a workaround? Are there any alternative solutions to grant access without sharing my personal Apple ID credentials? Dear Apple support team, I have some questions for you about this topic: I'm designing an app that need to send a notification like a classic clock alarm timer to the user, let's say each and every 25 minutes of cellphone usage, ofc only if the device is being used. The thing is that when my app is put to background, then Apple will shut it down after 30-60secs. I was thinking to send a silent push notification to my app just so I can wake it up for an instant just so it can shoot a local notification, and then keep in the background totally inactive. That means I'll have to send to my app around 3 silent push notifications x hour. Do you think it is a problem for you? or it's ok to do that? Hi, I have setup Apple SignIn on a platform i am developing and configure all the required Service IDs and redirect URLs. The integration worked up until I moved the platform to a new domain name last friday. I have reconfigured the list of allowed domains and redirect urls to the new domain name, and removed all the mentions of the former one. Since then, when trying to Sign In with Apple, I am greated with the following error : " invalid_request - Invalid web redirect url". I have also observed that if i manually change the domain name in the redirect_uri parameter but keep the rest of the OAuth URL identical, the error disappears. This should not be possible since the former domain name has been completely removed from the Service ID configuration. Is there a propagation time for this ? And if so, it seems very long (5 days and pending). I have checked and rechecked and tripled checked my configuration, every time by going in my dev account > Identifiers > Service IDs > Sign In with Apple > Configure, then clicking Done > Continue > Save. I can confirm that : the redirect domains and URLs there are correct, and no mention of the former domain name is present I can still login using the former domain redirect urls (so my implementation is valid, but the configuration is not up to date) the new redirect urls are still not working as of now https is included in the redirect_urls, no trailing slash is present. again, the same URLs but with a different domain name were configured and worked (if anything, still work) properly TLS 1.3 connection (i know 1.2 is a requirement) Any advice would be welcome

My app’s migration has been blocked for over 14 days due to an error in our latest build and it was during a prolonged and delayed migration with Apple. I have requested 14 days now to pause the migration to allow us to upload a new build. This is ruining my brand and reputation. I'm at the hands of Apple support but this truly is unacceptable service. I need HELP. PAUSE the migration asap. I have emailed Apple support repeatedly for two weeks requesting a pause on the migration so I can update a new build, but no response so far. I’ve also tweeted, tagged Apple’s channels, and followed all official steps with no success. This delay is severely impacting my users and business, and I need an immediate resolution or a way to pause the migration so I can fix this error and get my app working again.
