We are facing a challenge with the renewal of our Apple Developer Program. Last year, we renewed it using a UPI ID, but that UPI ID is no longer available. We have added a new UPI ID and want the payment to be deducted from it. However, when we click on ‘Renew the Program,’ it redirects us to the old UPI ID, which we are unable to delete. It also shows that there is a currently active subscription linked to that UPI ID. We are in the 30-day grace period. We contacted the Apple Support team, but they have not provided a solution. Is there anyone who can help with this?”

Hi all, I initiated the request to Apple to convert from individual to organization membership. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks since last email from Apple. Is there any way to escalate it? I am not receiving any further email updates after asking for an update twice. It would be really good at least to know how many days to expect the outcome if Apple could have simply replied so. So basically Apple suspended my developer account for no reason, I just had a lot of purchases from my game, then Apple sent me an email saying they are investigating my account, and finally they suspended my account, I don't know why, so can anyone help me?

Hello Community, A few years ago, I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but the process was blocked with the following error message: "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." As a developer, I regularly help businesses and individuals set up their Apple developer accounts, and I’ve never encountered this issue with any of my clients—only on my own personal account. I’ve since discovered that others have faced this problem too, but none seem to have found a working solution. I’ve sent multiple emails to Apple Support and I have yet to receive a single response. I'm using RevenueCat in a Flutter app to manage in-app subscriptions. On iOS, the subscription products load and display correctly when running in debug mode on a real device. However, when I upload the app to TestFlight, the products fail to load — I get an empty list or no products shown at all.

I applied for an Apple Developer Organization account more than two weeks ago, but I have not received any further information regarding the registration process. Apple previously requested some supporting documents, which I submitted as instructed. I have also followed up, but have yet to receive a response. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? I get this error when registering as a developer'Your enrollment could not be completed'

I have been trying to enrol for an apple developer program for more than 2 weeks now. The goal is to enrol as a company. We got a DUNS number and everything. 1st attempt: With a new appleid account based on a company address, done through a browser. Payment details submitted, got thank you page, a week later nothing... Apple support suggests doing this on the app. 2nd attempt: WIthdrew application, used a mobile device and logon with the new appleid on the device. Downloaded apple developer app. Logged on the app with the same apple id. App asked me to take pictures of my id card, failed to submit with message "Unable to send information - Your information could not be sent due to a connection error" Googled the above saw 100s of people facing the same issue, apple developer forum is flooded with people that are stuck to either the first or the second scenario. 3rd attempt: Used my existing personal appleid to create an account. Again either stuck on 1st or 2nd scenario 4rd attempt: Created a brand new apple id with a new email address. Again stuck in either the first or second scenario. Dear Apple, why are you making this so complicated? Apple support, can we get some individual support here and not just the canned replies? Enrolment IDs and case numbers available upon request. I'm signing up as an Apple Developer, but I've paid 4 times, and after about 10 hours each time, the order status changes to Cancelled, and there is no email explaining the reason for the cancellation, and the payment has not been refunded to me, and no staff has contacted me. I was confused

After making payment, I received an email from Apple Developer Support advising me to re-enroll using the Apple Developer app due to a card processing issue. They mentioned our application would be "fast-tracked" if submitted through the app. However, since re-enrolling via the app, I haven’t received any updates from support. Hello, I'm currently living in Finland and would like to apply for the developer program in order to develop an app for the Apple Vision Pro. I understand that Finland is not supported in this matter, so I thought about making an German AppleID, since that is supported in the AVP App Store, and enroll in the program with that. The problem is that, since I'm not a German citizen nor have a residency there, would that cause a problem in the identity verification process? Is this allowed at all? If not, are there any workarounds to be able to get the developer account outside of supported regions? Thank you!

Hi! I completed the enrollment for my company on April 22, 2024. And since then we have successfully placed our application in the Store and continue to work on it. On March 27, 2025, I needed to renew my participation in the Apple Developer Program and I did it successfully - I received a confirmation letter from you. However, later I discovered that my order was canceled and now, when I go to developer.applе.com, I am offered to go through the enrollment procedure! I'm confused! We are registering as an Apple developer, but the entity type selection is incorrect. How can we switch from personal type to organizational type? We haven't paid yet

When we initiated the app transfer, we were eligible for app transfer and it was transferred as well. But App's bundle identifiers are not transferred yet which is blocking to push new updates. We contacted various time to apple, but we get similar responses. What may be the exact reason that is blocking to transfer the app bundle identifiers. However, app has already been transferred and active from recipient developer account.

I'm currently unable to create new identifiers in the Apple Developer portal at this URL: https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list The “+” button that should appear to create a new identifier is missing entirely from the page. What’s odd is that another team member (with the same access level and role under the same team) can see and use the button without any issues. So this doesn't appear to be a permissions-related problem. I’ve already tried: Logging out and back in Clearing browser cache Using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Using Incognito/Private mode Still no luck.
