Hello, I am trying to gather information on the global availability of the Apple Find My Network. Specifically, I would like to know: Which countries currently support this feature? Is it available worldwide, with only a few specific countries/regions facing usage restrictions or complete unavailability? I have already reviewed the public Feature Availability page, but was unable to find any documentation addressing regional restrictions. The FindMy device is currently MFI certified, but we plan to support UWB ranging functionality in the Find My app, similar to AirTag. After searching for relevant information, I found the relevant UWB functions in this article "Nearby-Interaction-Accessory-Protocol-Specification-Release-R4", but we need to develop third-party applications ourselves. So how can we make it display distance and direction in the "Find My" app like AirTag does?

I followed the instructions on the page https://mfi.apple.com/en/help/login-help/How-to-Register-Your-Existing-Apple-ID.html to apply for the MFi Program. According to step 7 of the guide: "You have now created and registered your Apple Account. You will be automatically directed to the MFi Portal to begin the enrollment process," I should have been taken to the enrollment process after logging in. However, instead of accessing the enrollment page, a pop-up message appears stating: "The Apple Account you signed in with does not have permission to view this page. If you believe your company is currently enrolled in the MFi Program, please contact your company’s Account Administrator to request access to the MFi Portal. If your company is not currently enrolled in the MFi Program, please click here to learn about the program and start the enrollment process." This has created an endless loop—I cannot proceed to the enrollment process as instructed, and the pop-up only redirects me to information that leads back to the same login and permission issue. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this and successfully access the MFi Program enrollment process?

Hi all, Our company is applying for the Find My certification for our smartwearable product. Now we submitted the product plan and it's approved. The lab asked us to get the token but we searched on internet and the documents about it are limited. The CSR has approved and we already had .pem and .key file. I wonder what should we do next. Any helps are appreciated

I am new to Find My network development and i am going to use Nordic solution for my FMN application. I have asked the MFi representative to enable the "Find My network" in our MFi portal. But there are just a sets of PDF in the "Find My network" under "Technology" in MFi Portal. Is there any Find My network Supplementary Agreement in MFi portal? Is it a PDF or where can i find it? Because I need to sign this document back to Nordic solution representative. But it seems there are no such FMN Supplementary Agreement.

We have developed an accessory that supports Find My. When using the Find My app to set it up, it occasionally gets stuck at the final " setting up"" interface. The app just stays like that. We would like to know what could cause this situation and how to resolve it. Thanks a lot.

Hi, I have a couple of questions about how to proceed and prepare the implementation for the DeviceLock MDM command for macOS in a secure and proper manner. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/devicemanagement/device-lock-command In documentation "PIN" is "(string) The six-character PIN for Find My. This value is available in macOS 10.8 and later." - is this the PIN that is used to unlock the device? Is there any video online that I can see how the process would look like for the end user with locking and unlocking a device? What should be done before sending a DeviceLock command? What should be done to safely test the command without bricking a device. How to unlock a device that was locked with a DeviceLock command? Is there any Unlock command or can the user unlock device with the provided PIN earlier? Thank you for any help!

Backup and restore Personal IOS data to a Supervised device? We currently have around 200+ iPhone users that are using their devices as personal devices. We are planning on moving them to Intune using Automated Device Enrollment (Supervised). Is it any way possible to backup their devices, do a factory reset, enroll them in Intune, then restore the old data? Is it possible to do backup and restore in this situation? Is there an alternative way to restore the data back to a supervised device?

My husband and I have the same iPhones. We both have location sharing on. When he uses Find My, he can see my location. He has shared his location with me, but my phone always says “No location found,” We have the exact same settings on our phones and have followed the instructions to use Find My. Is there something wrong with my phone since I cannot see his location? I have no trouble seeing the location of another family member. Or is something wrong with my husbands phone? This is so frustrating.

Does this app need us to develop? Can I use the Find My app to add my accessories and use the UWB high-precision lookup feature?

After the new update IOS 18 and iOS 18.1, every time I find my, it exits out of the app, then ends up freezing my phone screen and crashing my phone. I have taken it to the Genius Bar once already and they couldn't solve my issue aside from resetting my phone settings, I have also deleted and redownloaded the app. Any other suggestions? I have an iPhone 13, only half of my storage is used, and my battery is great. Genius bar said there are no hardware issues present.

There is no more way to change location name in Find My, or change what device the Find My location should be on in iOS18.

When viewing relatives' in Find My back in Europe (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia) their location shows as some nonsense like " , 18" rather than the town, region, or country they're in. This used to work, but stopped a couple of years ago. I've opened a couple of Feedback tickets over the last couple of years, but they've seen zero activity and after numerous iOS and macOS updates, there's been no improvement in the behavior, so it's been recommended to me that I point out the question here. Stopped updating the location of my family members on June 21st while they can see my location just fine. Restarted, turned on and off sharing, nothing works. any suggestions?
