we’ve identified that our PDF rendering pipeline leverages the native CGPDFDocument APIs to convert PDF pages into images. However, in the latest release of iOS 18, the provided document fails to render even at the CGPDFDocument level. Our analysis suggests that the issue may stem from the embedded custom fonts not being correctly processed in this version of the iOS platform. This appears to be consistent with several other reports and discussions around font rendering problems introduced in iOS 18, particularly involving subset fonts. (It’s my first post so idk if i’m in the right place) I have been testing iOS 26 since launch and it is great (kind of buggy but that’s to be expected). I have come across an issue though : government and banking apps either crash or get stuck on splashscreen on launch. Do you think it is something that is gonna be fixed on the apple side of things, or that it’s gonna be for the developers to figure out compatibility ? (I am asking because governments don’t tend to be quick to fix problems so i am hoping it not the latter) Any idea?

Hi everyone, After updating to iOS 26 Developer Preview on my iPhone, I’m experiencing a repeated issue with certain third-party apps. ⸻ -Issue details: • The apps open as if freshly installed, showing the onboarding or login screen each time • User session is completely lost (no saved login or data) • Around 10 seconds after launch, the app automatically closes • It disappears from the app switcher (not just backgrounded) • This happens every time, with no crash message or error shown ⸻ -What I’ve tried: • Reinstalled the apps • Restarted the device • Toggled Face ID, Background App Refresh, etc. • Confirmed I’m running the latest iOS 26 Developer Preview build ➡️ Problem still occurs exactly the same way ⸻ -Feedback status: I submitted a report via Feedback Assistant with a screen recording and full reproduction steps. I just downloaded ios 26 atm i was upgrading my phone battery was 50% and charging , now when i fully installated ios 26 it shows battery 1% and even i try to charge it still stays at 1% any idea how to fix it

Hi, After installing Macos 26 Beta on my Mac Mini M1 it doesn't boot. On the front panel there is an orange blinking light. The monitor doesn't recognize it. In DFU mode my other Mac Mini (M4) recognizes it but I can't restore it from Configurator (see print). Thanks for your help.

After updating my iPhone to iOS 26 beta, images displayed inside an in-app WebView (WKWebView) suddenly look almost black, as if a black overlay were sitting on top of them. The same image files are delivered from the server without any problems. I inspected the DOM and CSS in Safari’s remote debugger and confirmed that no extra overlay element or dark background layer is being injected. The effect only appears inside the WebView on iOS 26 beta; the same page renders correctly on earlier iOS versions and on desktop browsers. I would like to understand what change in iOS 26 beta could be causing this darkening effect.

iPadOS 26 Dev Beta 1 - need to do a restore via DFU mode. I made sure iPad in normal mode shows up in Finder and I can see device details. When I boot into DFU mode (I have kept the ipad connected to mac), it does not show up in Finder. No matter what combination of plugging/unplugging cables, rebooting, again into DFU mode, it will not show up in Finder. Looking for steps to resolve this, or do I need to wait until beta 2 to resolve this?

Just did an update from MacOS 26b1 to b2 and now the Mail app crashes on launch (Thread 0 - something to do with fonts and the webkit. Happens every time on launch of the Mail app.

Hello, I'm experiencing issues with multiple apps on macOS related to network-related tasks. FIrst, I had problems with the network filter on Avast security. It told me to allow net work filtering, so I pressed the popup button that said allow filtering, but did nothing and gave me a error. Later on, on Nord VPN didnt work aswell, when I had to grant permission to configure a VPN. It didn't even give me a description of the error, just said something went wrong. I contacted NordVPN support, which didnt do anything exept for telling me to uninstall avast and restart my mac, which I did but was useless. Please help me.

i have installed the ios 26 developer beta on iphone se2 and i was testing on my phone then i got stuck on assistive access and i am not able return from there i have tried rebooting then nothing is happening there i see the some option when i pressed and hold power button and volume down for few second there is the option to exit but when i tap on it it freeze for few second it land on the lock screen of that assistive access
