Apple Developer Enrollment – Over 2 Months Without Progress
Dear Apple Developer team, dear Apple Developer community, I’m posting this publicly because I honestly don’t know how else to get a response. Timeline: December 3rd: I applied for the Apple Developer Program and received the confirmation email: “Your program enrollment has been received.” After that: complete silence for weeks – no status updates, no emails, nothing. End of December: Only after I opened a support ticket myself did I receive a response asking me to upload additional documents. January 12th: I uploaded all requested documents in full. Since then: silence again. Last Monday, I sent a follow-up email → no reply. Today (January 26th), I opened a new ticket, referencing the existing case number. Honestly, I have to ask: Where is the professionalism in this process? For comparison: The Google Play Developer account verification (including identity and company checks) took around 24 hours. Apple is one of the most valuable technology companies in the world. Why does a basic developer enrollment take over two months, without transparent communication or even a simple status update? At this point, I would really appreciate: a clear status update, or at least a realistic timeline for when this process will be completed Right now, this experience feels neither professional nor developer-friendly. Apple Developer Enrollment Stalled
Enrolled via website for the apple developer account last Jan. 17 and got the e-invoice last Jan. 19. However, until now I still have not received any confirmation from Apple. I thought it was supposed to be 48hrs max only? Worth noting that I started the process in the developer app but had to withdraw it due to incorrect details but when I tried to enroll again, the button was disabled already so I had to do it via website. I also submitted 2 support tickets, one on Jan. 18 and one today, Jan. 20. Both no reply. Anyone else here had the same problem or knows the solution?

Stuck in enrollment since Jan 1st: "Team must speak to you" but no phone option available
Hi everyone, I am writing this out of extreme frustration as I have been unable to complete my Apple Developer enrollment for nearly four weeks. My Enrollment ID is LT5A4XR4UF. I started this process on January 1st. On January 18th, I received an email from Apple stating that the developer team "must speak with me" to move forward. However, I am facing two major blockers that have brought the process to a complete standstill: No Phone Option: When I go to the "Contact Us" page as instructed, there is no option for a phone call—only an email form. I cannot fulfill the request to "speak" with the team if no live channel is provided. No Email Response: I have sent numerous emails over the last several days explaining this situation and providing my contact details, but Apple has not responded to any of them. It has been many days of total radio silence despite this being a time-sensitive enrollment. Details: Enrollment ID: LT5A4XR4UF Region: New Zealand Account Type: Orgnisation Total Delay: 25 days and counting Is there an Apple representative here who can look into why my case has been ghosted? Alternatively, if anyone knows a direct line or a specific time of day when the "Phone" button actually appears for New Zealand developers, please let me know. Is Speech framework allowed?
Hello, I want to use the Speech framework in my app. However, I found that if I want it to work offline, it must be downloaded separately on the device. Do I understand correctly that it is not allowed to use it in a Swift Student Challenge submission if English (as the speech language) must be downloaded by the tester on their device using the internet beforehand?

Bug with editor under files
When trying to edit the last line in a pdf document it is not allowing me to go lower in the document further to edit the last part in the pdf. I expect the tool to disappear or at least I can zoom in or out to be able to edit the last line in the document. it is the new „preview„ program with thr latest update last week. I use iphone 14 with ios 26.2

Time Machine BackUp Not Completed Error
For the last two weeks Time Machine has been unable to complete back up. It's throwing up the following: The error detail shows : The file does not exist in finder and have tried logging Mac out of iCloud and back in again but error remains. Any thoughts much appreciated.

Digital Services Act in "In Review"
Hi everyone, my Digital Services Act (DSA) status in App Store Connect has been “In Review” for over a week. Is this normal? The app is already available in 178 countries, but it can’t be released in the EU (my home market) solely because this DSA isn’t approved yet. How long did it take for you? Is there anything that helps speed up the DSA review? Thanks for any insights.

Program Purchase and Renewal
I purchased a developer account approximately 4 days ago, on Saturday. The payment was successfully charged to my card and I have the receipt, but I have not received any approval. The status is still PENDING, and we are about to enter the 5th day without approval. How can this issue be resolved? We are also not receiving any responses to our support tickets.

Hash is appended to redirect URL with Login
Hi, We have a application where we open the login page in the Web browser of that iPad once user enters the credentials with OAuth2.0 authentication Authcode appended to the registered redirect URL But lately the hash symbol is appended after the AuthCode in the redirect URL in iPad but not in Mac web browser.

Before investing development effort, I'd like to understand: Has anyone successfully implemented Wallet passes for brands in restricted categories (tobacco, alcohol, etc.)? Are there specific guidelines or restrictions I should be aware of beyond the standard Wallet documentation? Hello everyone, I am working on an enterprise solution for a "closed network" environment using Cellular Local Push Notifications via the NEAppPushManager and NEAppPushProvider frameworks. Current Status: We have successfully implemented and tested Local Push over both Wi-Fi (matching SSIDs) and Cellular networks. For cellular, we are currently manually configuring the NEPrivateLTENetwork with specific Mobile Country Codes (MCC) and Mobile Network Codes (MNC). The implementation is working correctly in our test environment. The Challenge: To move this into a production environment and ensure global reliability across different regions, we need a "Golden Source" for these network codes. Relying on manual lookups or unofficial community databases introduces risk for a production-grade application. My Questions: Production-Grade Source: What is the Apple-recommended or industry-standard "source of truth" for a comprehensive and up-to-date list of global MCC/MNC pairs for 2026? Validation: For those who have deployed NEPrivateLTENetwork at scale, how do you handle the validation of these codes to ensure the matchPrivateLTENetworks array always contains the correct, current data for the user’s provisioned SIM? Private Network Standards: Since we are operating in a closed environment, are there specific recommendations for using the ITU-designated shared MCC (e.g., 999 or 901) versus standard public carrier codes in a production context?
