Hello,
Our company enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization in July 2026. After several weeks, Developer Support told us we must request reinstatement of an "original membership" terminated on March 31, 2025. The reinstatement request was then declined.
Our current team has no record of any earlier membership, and we cannot identify which account or Account Holder it belongs to.
We are not trying to bypass any decision. We only need to know: whether the earlier membership is registered to our organization or to an individual, and how to identify its Account Holder or regain control of it.
Our last message to Developer Support has not been answered yet. Has anyone resolved a similar situation?
