I am unable to attach my In-App purchases and Subscriptions to my only Draft Submission for my app. My IAP and Subs say "Ready For Review" but Im not able to see or select them to submit them for review.

I contacted Apple support but unfortunately they were not able to offer me any suggestions or assistance in resolving this issue. Looking for any suggestions.
I am having the same issue. It is an unreleased app and the button to add to review is greyed out.
There is apparently bug in the system that allowed the IAPs to be orphaned in the incorrect state. My solution was to recreate the IAPs and submit a new version of the app using these new IAPs.
