My Apple Developer Program enrollment is still pending after payment and identity document upload.
I enrolled on May 4, 2026. My payment was completed, I received the official invoice, and I uploaded the requested identity documents the same day. Apple also confirmed that my documents were received.
However, my Apple Developer account still shows “Buy your membership” / “Complete your purchase”, and my membership has not been activated after several business days.
