Renew button not showing anywhere — membership expired, apps removed from App Store

My Apple Developer Program membership expired on April 22, 2026, and the auto-renewal did not process. The Renew button is not showing anywhere. I have tried the following without success:

  1. Apple Developer app on iPhone and Mac
  2. developer.apple.com/account
  3. App Store Connect (both Paid Apps and Free Apps Agreements show as Expired)
  4. Settings > Subscriptions on all devices

My apps have been removed from the App Store. I submitted a support request several days ago but have not received any response. I also requested a callback through developer.apple.com/contact but no one connected. I am ready to complete the payment immediately but there is simply no Renew option available. Could anyone advise or could Apple staff please assist?

Same problem. I'd like to give them some money but i can't find out how to do it. This seems to be a common thread in forum over the past 10 years. Hopefully someone will post the solution in the forum

Have you looked under Business > Agreements to see all items have been accepted?

Support reached out after about five days and granted a one-week extension to my membership. By then, I had already gone ahead and renewed it.
