Hi everyone,
My app transfer (individual → company account) has been stuck since February 6th (68+ days), and I’ve been completely blocked from shipping any updates during this time.
Impact:
- Cannot release bug fixes or improvements
- iOS app is now out of sync with Android
- Paying users are affected
Developer Support has confirmed it’s with engineering, but there’s been no ETA or workaround.
Has anyone experienced this before or found a way to:
- Regain the ability to push updates during a transfer?
- Escalate this internally?
This is starting to significantly impact my business, so any guidance would be hugely appreciated.
