I am contacting you regarding an invoice for my annual Apple Developer Program membership payment of $99.
This is the third consecutive year that I have paid for my Apple Developer Program membership.
In the first year, I received the invoice immediately after the payment, on September 3, by email with the subject “Your Apple invoice #…”.
In the second year, I also received the invoice immediately after the payment, on September 9, at the contact email address associated with my account.
This year, I renewed and paid for the membership in the same way as in previous years, but I have not received an invoice.
I tried to contact Apple Developer Support through the following path:
Contact Apple Developer Support → Get help with a new issue → Membership and Account → Program Purchase and Renewal → Email
Email is the only contact option available to me.
The contact form automatically displays my name and Apple Account email address, and these fields cannot be changed. However, after entering my message and trying to submit the form, I receive the following error:
“This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address, visit account.apple.com.”
When I visit account.apple.com and sign in, the email address associated with my Apple Account is exactly the same as the email address automatically displayed in the Apple Developer Support form. I cannot see anything in my account settings that needs to be updated or corrected.
I also have a valid phone number associated with my Apple Account. However, Apple Developer Support does not offer me a phone contact option for this issue — only email, and I am unable to submit the email form because of the error described above.
Could you please help me obtain the invoice for this year’s $99 Apple Developer Program membership payment?
I would also appreciate your help in resolving the issue with the Developer Support contact form, so that I can contact Apple Developer Support in the future if necessary.
