I created my account and made the payment on September 11th, and it's still pending. The estimated timeframe is 48 hours, and so far nothing. I've already sent two emails to support and haven't received any response either.

I submitted everything for a new company on the 6th of September, and haven't heard anything either.
With another company I submitted a ticket about an issue I was having with an app submission and they never responded at all.
