Hello,
I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual. The "Enroll Now" button in the Developer app is inactive and redirects me to developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/. There I select "Individual," accept the agreement, and then the process stops with:
"Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time."
My Apple Account info (name, phone, email, payment method) is correct and up to date at account.apple.com. I've retried multiple times with the same result.
I've already opened a support case (ID: 20000133591514) but haven't received a resolution yet. Has anyone else run into this and found a fix, or knows how to get it escalated?
