Now, my app "iSwitcher" can switch songs only in Apple Music. How to switch songs in any app that are playing? It is available in Android system.

We don't currently have any API for this. If you'd like to see us add API support for this in the future, then the best approach is to file a bug asking for us to add new API for this.
