Family Controls entitlement: no response for over 1 month

Hi,

I submitted my Family Controls entitlement requests on April 15 for my iOS app, but I still haven’t received an approval, rejection, or any status update.

This is blocking my ability to properly test and move forward with the app, since it depends on the Screen Time / Family Controls APIs.

I've tried contact to apple developer support and filed a code-level support on app connect dashboard. and still nothing received.
